      I got scammed by Penske. I have a Penske signed and approved bill of sale with $1000 deposit for a truck that I want to buy. They don’t let me pay for the balance in cash. Instead they want to either keep my $1000 deposit. They are very big scam company. This is illegal.

      after i bought a truck and trailer from salesman in Greensboro, NC, I picked up the truck in Greensboro. Less than a week later, the truck kept having issues. I dropped it off in the Rocky Mount, NC location. After I go weeks with no response on status of repair. I will never do business with Penske again. Oh, and they won't provide a loaner while I wait endlessly.

      I purchased a box truck from Penske on February 2nd. That is the date the wire transfer was sent to Penske. I had been working with Candace B****. I sent Mrs. B**** the declaration page and she stated everything was good to go for me to pick up the truck on the 6th of February. She called me on the 3rd at 330 to let me know that I needed to contact my insurance company so they could change the date on the declaration page because the has to be before the bill of sale date. This process took weeks. Because of the error I have missed out on over 12,000 dollars and 700.00 for the insurance. I asked for the extended warranty to cover the truck. I have had several conversations with Penske about purchasing the warranty. June 7, I emailed Candace B**** about not receiving any information on the warranty and she stated my warranty was included in the price.I called Penske because my truck broke down and spoke with Janay and other employees adout the warranty August 3. I was given the number to National Truck Protection and they stated i didn't have a warranty. I emailed Candace B**** August 3 about my warranty and she stated, unfortunately you don't have a warranty. I spoke with Ann today August 7 and she said I can call National Truck Protection and purchased the warranty. Ann and Janay stated they would reach out to Justin of Penske to see if there's anything Penske can do.

      I rented the Penske unit on 06/12/2023. The truck was then towed from my home address back to the Penske location 2300 Weaver Way Norcross , GA 30071. Within the week of June 25-July 1 2023 . I then contacted Penske regarding my belongings that was still inside of the vehicle . Which the Penske location informed me that I had 30 Days to come an retrieve my belongings without anything being touched/or moved. On July 31, 2023 I arrived a Penske (2300 Weaver Way Norcross, Ga 30093) to retrieve my belongings out of the truck Unit ( 415560 ) which is when I noticed multiple of my belongings missing from the vehicle , and things in places I didn’t put . Very important items were stole from me including my deceased parents belongings , my mothers urn was moved , and other belongings listed below. There was no way the tow company could have accessed any of these things being as that the truck unit was locked , and the key to the truck unit (415560) was still in my possession up until July31,2023 . Meaning that it had to be someone who had access to the spare key which is easy accessible inside of the Penske Truck location (2309 Weaver Way) . The store location has done nothing but give me a hard time with resolving this matter . I sent multiple emails to you guys claim department , and they’re stating that they haven’t received any of my 5 emails I sent . Everytime I go to the office there is supposedly no manager on duty , and rude employees . It is not ok to take people belongings , and I will not stop until this is resolved.

      Will always use Penske . some of the best deals available in the truck rental world I have been using them for some time now and they are always efficient with my reservations and rentals . The staff is very helpful and respectful as well !! Daniel and Robert are both very professional and helpful. I usually use the location in Tampa off MLK for that reason .

      Yes, he is the worst rental company ever. I never received my deposit back and I rent it two months ago. They sent my deposit to the wrong address and thank God I called today 6/28 i’ve been waiting since April 28 to whole months just to find out it was mailed out today. If I was in the car I wouldn’t get my deposit back. Don’t trust these people they are professional they pass the buck nobody wants to be held accountable. They should’ve sent me my deposit overnight was not my fault so I will never ever ever deal with them again.

      Terrible customer service. I rented a truck for one day. They charged me for one week. When I put the keys in the Dropbox They somehow could not find a big 26' Box truck on their security cameras. And reported the truck Stolen. I called this place numerous timasking for a refund for the other 5 days. I did not use the truck for. Every time they said they would mail me a refund. I just recently called the store in Oakwood and talked to the assistant district Manager and She said I would get a refund. Then she just stops responding to my emails. What is scam never go here.

      dealing with Penske has been a nightmare. they make promises they don't keep they make arrangements that they don't stick by. they go into your bank account and take money out without authorization. they overcharged for services. they like to blame the leisure of the truck for anything that goes wrong. it's the worst mistake I ever made never again

      I’ll never do business again with them. I bought a truck from the Penske in Greensboro, NC. I caught a bus from Texas up here to pick it up. Truck been in the shop for a month for a plastic piece. I picked up the truck heading back to Texas & I only made it one exit away before it shut down. I finally got it crunk back up & brought it back 3 times after they fixed something different each time & now I have to stay overnight & wait for the same person I told the issues to come in so he can diagnose it when I told him what it was doing & he said I had to wait for a CDL mechanic to come test drive it. I’ve been here since 9am & will be here til they close at 11pm. The worst part is they are telling me I have to get a hotel when I spent my last into my down payment because I was DH’n back because I have work lined up. I missed out on a $2500 load home & the $2100 I was supposed to make tomorrow. I really wish it was a way I could sue them for wasting my time because the truck been in the shop for a month & they haven’t even made sure it runs correctly.
