      I bought a couch from Levins in January with a promotion of 2 yr, 0% interest. Several months later, I bought two matching recliners under a 1 year promotional 0% interest. I wanted to put my new purchase under a different account number so it would not interfere with my original couch purchase, with the deferred intrest. I asked for a separate account three times and even to put it in my husbands name, who was right there with me. I was assured that they would take each payment out of the purchase that was ending first and when that got paid off, the money would go to the other one. Well, that isnt happening and I now have to pay the whole thing off so I dont get charged the whole amount of back interest. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LEVIN AGAIN!!!!THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!Bad business!!!!

      I purchased a couch recently from Levin. The couch was delivered with imperfections in the fabric which were quite noticeable. I called the service **** and contacted my salesperson. I never heard from my salesperson. The service **** told me someone would have to come look at. The person who came out said the couch would be replaced. When I hadnt heard about the status of the delivery after 2 weeks for the new couch I was told that they would just be replacing the fabric since it was a special orde. Had it been a stock item they wouldve replaced the couch. It took 6 weeks for them to get the fabric in and then they never called to schedule pick up of the couch u til I called them several times. I was told the couch would take 2 weeks, it took 4.5 weeks. Each person I spoke to in the service **** was extremely rude and argumentative. When I went to the store location they were not able to help, offered to call on my behalf since I felt I should be given a new couch not a couch with partially replaced fabric but they never followed up. The k my good experience was with the delivery guys they were always kind and of course when they picked up and delivered the couch the second time it was raining and they took their time and made sure the couch was covered and didnt get wet. I have bought a lot of furniture from levin including dining room table, living room couch and 2 chairs, couch and oversized chair, end tables, coffee table. Queen bedroom set, desk, twin bed, twin matress, 2 queen mattresses one with an adjustable frame. I will never buy anything else from them. Such poor customer service.

      The delivery men were extremely professional and respectful to my home . Even before they were off the truck, they greeted me with a heart warming smile and wave. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so kind, I would even have them over for a cookout.

      Went to Levins to look at a specific couch, they had none in the showroom, walked across the street to the outlet store, none, looked it up, They don't make it at levins any longer, was their best seller, BUT, she told us about ****** Furniture, had it fir half the cost, so they price matched it.Thank you, ********************************** Just waiting on delivery, hope we aren't Disappointed BH, Rostraver

      Great experience. I have bought many items from Levin in the past. This purchase was a mattress. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into spending more than I wanted. The delivery people were great as well friendly and respectful of my house.

      I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture. And just recently send my sister there. In one evening she literally bought $12,000 worth of furniture all from my request to shop the store. Unfortunately she was not aware of my disappointment at this establishment. My last purchase was spring of 2022. I bought a couch from salesperson ******************* (sp). Along with that, I purchased an extended warranty which covered couch material. It was less than a year later where the couch cushion was literally breaking away from the couch. Its the best way I can put it as its very unusual to me. I reported the issue to ****. He was very apologetic as I knew he would. He was surprised of the issue. At that time he said he was going to put an order on the issue on hand. Time went on. I was later told they wont stand behind the issue as its a problem with the material. They did call me and told me they would give me $249.00 another couch, or probably anything there. I do not agree with their decision. At this time, the couch looks terrible, old and falling apart. Its literally embarrassing not to mention uncomfortable. At this time, I feel Levin is not standing behind their product. If they feel its not covered with the warranty, fine let them think that. But also realize if they don't stand behind it and compensate me by either repairing the couch or replacing it then they lost a good customer. Not to mention all my friends would mention the issue.

      We were extremely pleased from being assisted by ***** at Levin in *********** to the delivery (right down to the minute of arrival). The delivery drivers were very courteous, professional and did a great job making sure we were satisfied.
