      If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service and handling of issues. Ordered a couch in November 2023 with a January 2024 delivery. First it got delayed with no follow ups from the store, then got delayed again and received it in March., only to be delivered broken. It’s not March 27 and we still don’t have a couch. They say it’s in repair shop, it’s been a month, with no discounts offered for their fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I will never give them business again.

      My wife and I bought a living room set with the 5 year warranty. After a couple years the finish started to flake off. We waited because this the room is primarily for the kids and we aren't in there very much. So we waited until right before the warranty was set to expire before starting the claim. The salesperson told us to lie if we file a warranty claim and say the damage was caused by a pet if anything happens. I went to the store and the woman sitting at the window beside the one I was using overheard our conversation and said "The line of furniture is junk and they don't sell it anymore because the finish comes off". I gave the lady all of the information and even text pictures to her personal phone so she could add it to the claim. We got an email from the warranty center a couple weeks later and had to resubmit everything again. In the end it was denied because we didn't report the damage within 5 days and some other standard contract jargon. I feel they are aware this line if furniture had a manufacturing defect but they aren't willing to fix anything. They did refund the $300 for the warranty but we don't even want anything else from their store.

      Hello ****, thank you for your review. Our 5-year accidental warranty is for accidental rips, tears, *****, and stains of fabric/leather. It also covers human and pet bodily fluids but does not cover pet damage. We require any damage to be reported within 5 days of the occurrence. Leather peeling or flaking is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not considered an accident. Body oils from your hair or skin can break down the leather causing it to peel.       This place is horrible, we spent over $13,000 on 3 bedroom sets. My husband, children and I went to the store, ****** was quick to help us sure she was excited about just the commission. We walked up to each bedroom sets that we wanted, I showed her exactly what we wanted for our daughter; queen **** night stand and the dresser with the mirror. We went to the next area to point out what we wanted for our son which was the same things, queen **** night stand and the dresser with the mirror. Final we went to the set my husband and I wanted, we told her we wanted everything there and stated the King **** 2 night stands, dresser and mirror and the chest. she was writing down on her note book and then she went to look to see if everything was available and in stock for them, she came back said that everything was available, then we went and picked out 3 mattresses. We went her desk where she put all the items in, she had several issues with the computer and stated the system is horrible, so before we paid for everything we went over the requested to make sure she had it all. she assured us it was correct, and with the dollar amount i would not have thought differently. It took a few weeks for delivery, the 2 guys that set it all up were great. When they were finishing we asked them where the chest was for our room, they looked and stated there was no order for it. UM NO!! So of course I called the store and asked for ******, she was not there but the lady who answered looked it up and ****** didn't order it. she called back and said all she could do is give free shipping. NO this is on her and she won't even take responsibility, i want the chest that I was told I paid for. I have called 3 times, left 2 messages and the manager was supposed to call me back and it has not happened We wanted to get a sectional and other living room furniture next but not any more.

      Levin truck blocked me and other vehicles in our back lot for over 20 minutes (this is all at 9am on a weekday by the way). The bad part is they saw me pull up trying to leave then proceeded to come in and out of the building 2 different times to get new pieces of furniture and proceeded to go inside and install it all while blocking everyone from getting to work for over 20 minutes outside. Had to go inside to tell them to move, then they finally come out flipping me the finger and screaming at me trying to get me out the car basically. Couldn't believe it. I called in and made a complaint to Levin with the plate number but I'm not expecting to hear back from them, so I'm leaving this here online. Trash a** company.

      I purchased a coach, love seat, and recliner and had it delivered on 11/30/23. Not even a month later I have already had 2 problems with it most recently the motor blew on the power recline. I called the company to see if I could add the warranty and they told me I was too late and could only add up to 2 days after delivery. I have bought a lot of furniture over the years from Levin but based off this last experience I will consider shopping elsewhere.

      Stay away!! Once they have your money, youre on your own! After spending $19000 on furniture to fill my new house 18 months ago, Levin was completely unwilling to assist with a $3500 ********* dining room table that the finish is lifting off of the substrate. I understand policy and procedure, but after being in business for 42 years, I also understand the value of going above and beyond to keep a valuable customer satisfied. We will NEVER spend another dime there, and suggest you dont either. If I could give zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ***********************

      Back in October my husband and I bought a sectional from your levin store in State College. We had this sectional delivered to our home we purchased and left wrapped and placed in our garage while walls and flooring were being put in our home. Now I believe almost all people would do this while their home is being worked on. Well as our downstairs is finally finished my husband and I went to open the furniture this past week to find the sectional have all the springs inside completely broken and the sectional to be completely damaged inside. So we called the store and they told us they would send someone out to maintenance the furniture or replace it all together in a day or two. After four days and no one showing up my husband called to ask when they would be out and got told to pretty much eat shit and no one was coming out because we didn’t open the furniture as soon as we got it. Now we are stuck without any furniture sitting on our living room floor.

      We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your furniture. The furniture you purchased was a close out and sold as-is with no warranty, and it states that on your receipt. After two months of being in your home, you notified us that the springs are completely broken. To be fair to all of our customers, we cannot repair your furniture that was sold as-is with no warranty. But we can refer you to an out-of-warranty repair company to help you with ************.       Do not buy from Levin Furniture and Mattress. Purchased couch and love seat in June of 2022. About a year later the fabric is tearing and stuffing is falling out of the hole. Manufactures warranty is expired, Levins extended warranty doesnt cover it and Levin wont do a thing about it. I guess its common for their products to fail after just a year.

      I wasnt having anything delivered I was driving on ******* and ******** today at 8:45 truck was blocking the road ask the driver to move the truck because it was a very very tight squeeze he rudely told me no I would never buy anything from you the way I saw them impacting the furniture That is a one-way street and they shouldve been pulled over more instead of blocking the middle of the road one driver was so angry that he got on the curb and drive through peoples yards on the sidewalk
