Anthony &Sylvan has been very convenient for us! It’s piece of mind knowing that our pool equipment and chemicals are being maintained by professionals! Dillon S***** is our main pool service guy and he’s awesome! He always takes time to answer our questions and is very personable as well as knowledgeable! Thanks, Dillon!

Our experience has been great throughout the entire process. Patrick was great on the design process. Jeremy was on top of everything during the building process and Geoff has been nothing but responsive during the maintenance and service side. We had an issue during a recent cold spell and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours.

We have had the best experience with Anthony and Sylvan throughout the design, build and maintenance process. Jason S**** did a great job creating our vision and Tim F******* brought it to life. Throughout the building stage Tim was receptive and responsive to our needs in a timely manner. Even now, long after our pool has been completed Tim continues to be a trusted advisor and helps answer every question that I have. I highly recommend A&S.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools (A&S), Doylestown/Warminster, PA began our pool build in the summer of 2022. The Project Manager assigned was Harald B*****. On July 15, 2022, Harald B***** completed a pre-shot inspection of the rebar and plumbing phase of our pool build. Harald B***** failed to identify a significant oversight by the plumbers involving the location of the main drains in the deep section of the pool. The drains were not centered nor placed in accordance with the specifications of the pool design.
Second significant issue occurred during construction phase for the stonework. The sub-contractor crew represented Raymond S********, owner of ****** ******** and Landscaping, Douglassville, PA. Raymond was never on site with his crew. Raymond never contacted us to schedule an in-person consultation. The first day his crew showed up, they arrived in a pick-up truck and started unloading a pile of what appeared to be left-over veneer stone from a prior job. I never approved this stone for application on our pool or spa. Raymond’s crew was required to pour a footer for our dive rock. Raymond’s crew took some wood that was lying around, some broken pieces of gunite, small stones, and dirt and put it in a square area where the dive rock footer was supposed to go.
Upon completion of the construction phases, A&S representative Jeffrey Harrison drew my attention to some drain caps he removed on the floor of the spa. Recently, I determined Jeff Harrison significantly minimized an oversight by the plaster crew when he came to give us our orientation. The plaster crew filled in the recessed areas flush with the PVC pipes which led to an inability to install the proper spa return covers. Per A&S, the repair would involve a technician hammering out the plaster then installing the original covers. This process would require the technician to use new plaster that would be different in color and not match, thus visibly displaying rings around the return covers. This is unresolved.

Horrible craftsmanship, no supervision to employees, multiple returns to site without fixing problems. Contract work not completed to an industry standard. Subbed out contracted work to un qualified masons, Pretty much everything you don’t want in a contractor for a pool renovation. I would suggest using anyone else.

First and foremost. We love our pool! Our Pool Service Manager Geoff V****** with his team of professionals supports A&S customers (me) whenever there are any problems or issues with my pool. They respond the same day or within 24 hours. And when they’re busy they let you know and will get back to you! There are very easy to talk to and always give the best advice when it comes to maintaining your pool. If I could give him 10 Stars?!! That would not be enough! Thanks A&S for your highly trained professionals! And all that you do! -The Pettigrew’s

Anthony and Sylvan installed out pool last year. Quality of work or our project was top notch. Last week I had an issue with our salt system and after one year I was able to text our salt school guy (Geoff) directly and he was able to talk me through fixing our issue.
The only open issue we have is a warranty to replace one of our lights but I am confident they will get it resolved.

There were four stages to our renovation: Demolition, coping and tile, plaster, and finally mastic. All the crews were very well coordinated, professional, and they worked very efficiently. The only complaint I had was there was no communication with us.
Anthony & Sylvan provided the complete contract and never came to us for any additional money. I would happily use them again, except for the fact that the communication with them was nebulous from the beginning. If I were to use them again, I would write the contract so that there's a significant amount of money held by me until I was satisfied with the job, I would also want a technical contact, a single person to be communicating with the customer.
I was communicating with the salesman and someone called the scheduler. The emails I got to confirm the job contain three emails stating payments and they were all incorrect as if she had never read the contract. Also, on the first stage, the demolition stage, the crew was supposed to arrive between seven and nine, and at 8:15 we got a call that they were not coming. That was not expected as the scheduler told me that the only phase that would be affected by weather was plaster. There was a problem with the final phase which was mastic. When that phase was beginning, I got a email from the salesman that indicated to keep the mastic dry and not to swim for 48 hours. When the crew left I went out and skimmed the pool. I messed up some of the mastic. I went back into my house and I got an email that the mastic is done. Also a paragraph saying, essentially don't touch for goo on the mastic for 24 hours. I wish I had gotten that before it was done!
Also, they are not answering my emails anymore.

*The team pooped behind my pool house and left rag/underwear buried. My dog kept digging there. It smelled horrible.*They left raw pipe exposed in the pool *The 5 spa jets were to be replaced as they were yellowed.*They plastered in the 5 jets *Left them with no directional screwed in and 5 random directionals on my table that didnt even fit.*Left trash.*Someone came to try to fix jets a few weeks later and then chipped the old yellowed ones and its still in there.*There is a footprint in the middle of the spa plaster *After several social media posts someone finally got back to me *Then trespassed on property while I was away to try to fix the mistates when I told them not to come unless I am there to supervise *Left my pool with a layer of debris just in time for 4th of July

It started with our sales manager, Mike Spillane. He did not do his due diligence during the evaluating which caused us an extra $7k. He admitted that it was his mistake.
In July 2022, we informed our sales manager and schedulers that there was a leak in the pool. Again, it’s the end of October and I haven’t heard from anyone in months.
We paid for a complete renovation of our pool, new tile, coping, and plaster. We were told everything would be done by mid-July. Nine months later and still no response from anyone.
      Update 10/23/22:
After I posted my initial review, I received a call from Leslie O**** from the corporate office 10 minutes later. She sent someone to come look at our pool the next day.
Leslie O**** informed me there will be a cost associated with completing the project as the salt water installation was our responsibility to install.
I also reviewed the contract and learned we purchased an electrical panel for 4k, which we never received.
They also never did the pressure test, to ensure their were no leaks in the pool.
      Update 6/20/23
We are now in June 2023 and the renovations on my pool are not done. The salt water system that we purchased last year did not arrive until November 2022.
I have called numerous times, sent emails, and left messages and no one from the office has contacted me.
Early May, I finally got one of the office managers , Lauren O****, on the phone. She said she was driving and that she would call me back. She never called.
After the call, someone from Anthony Sylvan came to my home and dropped off 25 bags of salt. No one called to schedule an appointment. My pool was not open at the time, so whatever they were going to do with the 25 bags of salt, could not be done.
Last week, I received an email from Michelle C******* informing me that my project was complete. I called back to say that wasn’t the case. I was told my account would be reviewed and someone would get back to me - nothing as of 7/3/23
