    Checked with support on 7/22, was told 3 day processing. Placed order on 7/23.Have been emailing asking for updates since on 7/26, 7/30, 8/1, 8/2, 8/5, 8/6, occasionally get an update stating it's still processing, and no further information.Have requested to cancel since 8/5, no reply. This is false advertising stating an item is in stock, or available within 3 days, and almost 10 business days later still not available and no response.

    Placed an order for ignition coils, $175.00, never received the items when I inquired about the order they said it was still being worked on, its been a month now and they will not answer any inquiries that I send. Went completely silence.

    Ordered wrong product on Sunday july 21 , I emailed them early monday to try and cancel order. They did reply but then got ghosted when i requested to cancel order.

    On 7/7/2024 I reviewed website to make a purchase of fixed back seats and bases, website says items are available and will ship in estimated 3 days 4 items in total. On 7/10/2024, 7/11/2024 and 7/12/2024 inquired by email about status as I had not received tracking information. On third attempt I offered my phone number and requested a call back to discuss a path forward however, no call. Automated responses to emails at first and one time a response we from a ********** that would investigate, he stated that my order had be delayed prior to processing at their warehouse. So after reviewing policies online I requested a refund and cancellation of order 7/152024. No responses from anyone since and I have sent numerous emails and this organizations phone number is an automated message from Covid and no one picks up.

    I ordered a car part from the company on the 4th of July (order number R228250587) and still have yet to receive the product and or an official update on shipping. I reached out on a couple separate occasions (13th, 15th, and yesterday) on the 15th I received an update saying the order was still processing.

    I placed an order for a few different items. 2 of the items said same day shipping and the other was on back order. They never sent me tracking for my package but I had 1/3 of my items show up. I then emailed them on 7/9/24 about an update. They responded saying theyd check and have not responded again to any emails that Ive sent. *** tried to get ahold of them multiple times and I never seem to get a response

    Ordered a Charge pipe from Modded Euros on March 23rd. I have reached out multiple times with no update. Ive also reached out to the manufacturer directly.

    I ordered a clutch for 1300 dollars on the 21st of May 2024. I was then charged 1300 dollars on the 22nd of May. On May 30th 2024 I received an email stating that my order was Delayed and that It wouldnt ship Until early July. With that information I replied that I wanted to cancel the order. After that, *** at ModdedEuros then emailed me back saying he would keep me updated on the cancellation. (5:30pm May 30th). So a week or so goes by and on the 7th of June I email them asking them for updates, no reply. As of today, (24th of June) I still have no replies and sent them another email asking for an update. No reply. Ive read multiple threads online about people complaining about being scammed from this company and I refuse to have 1300 dollars simply taken away from me because a company has HORRIBLE customer support. I just want my earned money back.

    The charge for this order was disputed as fraudulent and not made by the card owner. We were able to stop the order before it shipped out, and have accepted the dispute so the funds should be returned to the credit card on file.

    Shipped back and item that did not fit my vehicle over a month ago. Tracking shows they received my item 3 weeks ago. I have been constantly reaching out for correspondence about my item with no information or response. I just want my money back

    Place an order on June 14th for an item that the website says will ship within 3 day, its not June 22nd and I have sent multiple email, and even ******** messager inquiries and I am being ignored. I either want my product shipped with faster ship time, or a full refund promptly.

    An item was backordered with the manufacturer and we were trying to get updates as this was supposed to dropship directly from them. We did not get a response but have refunded the customer in full as they have requested.

    I am rejecting this response because: it took the business 2 months to reply to this complaint and to offer a refund, they are scam artist and only ship things they feel necessary, do your research before you buy from them. I am not the only one who has had issues
