On April 15, 2023 at 5:45 PM GolfersRx thanked me for my F2 Wave Wedge order and withdrew $174.99 from my bank account. In their email they said it would take a couple of days to send out my order and they would notify me when it shipped.On April 30, 2023, after not receiving a shipping notice, I sent an order status request to their email address which they acknowledged receiving but never provided any status update.On May 7, 2023, I sent a second order status request email, but have not received any response.Customer Answer

Purchased a Pyramid Putter -$175.94, which was taken out of Credit Card on Dec.15. I have not received the product. I have tried to contact the company at least 5 times with no luck. I ordered online Feb 26, 2023 a Pharaoh 45 degree chipper. Used my credit card to charge $124.95. I recd a receipt by email for the **** from Golfers RX with invoice #******. When I didn't receive the golf club by Mar 13 2023 I called the cust serv # listed on the receipt. I called and heard a msg to leave my info etc, which I did.Mar 15 no response, so I called again. I stated I would prefer to receive the club, but not available, a refund. Mar 17, still no response, I called again and left same msg. Mar 23rd same call and response, and again Mar 24th. Called again Mar 29th, I stated I needed to know what is status of my order, and that if I didn't get a response today I would be contacting my credit card company and let them handle the situation. I am writing this complaint while I wait for their response. I emailed their Address on Mar 23rd.stating I had left numerous messages and that I was moving soon and wanted before that. And that they should call me. They responded they were working on responding and listed numerous frequently asked questions. That sounded like a canned response. I ordered a Pharoah 45 Chipper golf club Left Handed on 2/25/23. I paid ****** using my **** Card. I have not received it as of 3/29/23. I have called the phone number multiple times..the recorded answering machine says all representatives are busy helping other customers..leave a message with your contact information and someone will get back to you. I purchased a pair of golf glasses. I did not like them. They have a 30 return policy. I emailed at least 10 times with no response. I called and left at minimum. 6 messages. Ordered "TLess driver from GolfersRX on 2/24/23 for $200.00. Received an email saying it cold be returned for 30 days for full refund and a return authorization number would be provided by the customer support team. Received the driver on 3/4/23. Emailed a request for the return authorization number on 3/5/23 and received an email confirming receipt of my email request. No response. Requested again by email on 3/13/23 and received an email confirming receipt of my email request. No response. Called 4 times and left message with still no response.Customer Answer

On March 1, 2023 ordered and payed for a Pharaoh 45 Degree Chipper Paid $124.95 and credit card was billed that day. Have a receipt and invoice number. No confirmation or email except for receipt. Called several times and left message, no response. The date is now March 21, 2023. I purchased a Pyramid Pharaoh chipping wedge from Golfers Rx in February. I've received no shipping information, have called them numerous times over the past few weeks leaving messages, and gotten no response. Only when I came to this BBB website did I realize that this company appears to be a scam. BEWARE!!!
