      On November 28 2022 ordered from golfersrx pyramid putter for a total of $175.94 including tax. It was poared on my cc on 11/29//2. Item #******************* on my cc. Have been calling every month since January 12. 5th call 2/1/23 last two calls 3/7 and 3/8 today. Today I said I was contacting the BBB.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.i have repeatedly called the number they include in their web page with no response . I started calling them in January.  BBB is my next hope to get my money back

      I purchased a pair of golf sunglasses on 2/20/23 for $151.00. Have yet to receive product nor any response to numerous emails and calls. I would like to have my money refunded.

      Purchased the Sure-Set golf training aid on Dec 2, 2022 for $101.95 ( $89.00 + $12.95 shipping). They have a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason. Sent the product back on Dec 29, 2022 with the proper authorization. After almost 2 months, no credit has been applied to my credit card account. They do not respond to emails, and they do not return phone calls. They just have a recording that says they'll get back to you, but they never do. **************** is basically non-existent.

      Purchased V3 golf gps watch on Jan 22, 2023. Was charged $159.98 on invoice #****** according to website orders take ***** hours to process and then 3-5 days once shipped. Like other complaints no one is available to take my call and no response in email. A refund would be appreciated.

      Placed an order with GolfersRX Jan 2023 for an Impact Snap golf swing training tool. My credit card was billed immediately but never received the product. I have not received any shipping information or tracking number. *** called and left a voice mail message a few times with no reply. Ive also sent a few e mails to customer service but no reply. Horrible company with absolutely no customer service. Buyers beware!

      On 10/27/22 I ordered online a special wedge for ******, this transacton was processed by WePay,My complaint is that I never received the golf wedge and then on 10/28/22 i was double billed for ******.i called and left messages, I also sent e-mails but never got an snswer or refund to my credit card.

      On the 14 November2022 I ordered a Golf Net for which I paid ( including freight) an amount of $144.94.(invoice#******) I received an acknowledgement of the purchase and information on their 100% guarantee but at no stage did I receive any information as to the dispatch of the equipment. I have enquired several times by email and have received no response to my queries and have not received the equipment purchased. I have tried phoning but calls are always answered by voice mail with promises to get back to you - something which does not happen. Clearly i still want the product if it can be delivered but if not I want a full refund.After reading other complaints it is not hard to form the opinion that this is a deliberate strategy to collect money and not supply the goods as the dollar amounts involved are relatively small

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There has never any acknowledgement from this company about their non delivery of goods ordered and paid for .In viewing other complaints it appears that this may well be "par for the Course" for this firm. I appreciate there can be delays in manufacture etc but to ingnore all correspondence and keep the money must be close to mail fraud.

      On 12/21/2022 I ordered the Spark Trainer from GolfersRX. I paid $105.94 (invoice #******) and my credit card was billed immediately. I have not received the product. I have sent GolfersRX 18 emails, called them 6 times and written them 4 letters- all without any responses!
