  I called them because I was stuck in snow today. Let them know where I was and what was going on. They pretty much told me they couldnt help me. What is the point of AAA if they arent there to do their **** job? How do you not have the equipment to help? The company is a scam in itself, especially constantly mailing me nonsense to get life insurance from them. I had to call the police to see if they can help and they pulled me out. If youre stuck in snow, youre better off calling the cops. ************** I will never get a membership through them and I hope you all do your research on them.

  HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The 1 hour estimate battery service to replace my dead 7 month old AAA battery turned into 5 hours and a no show after TWO conversations directly with the dispatcher who assured me someone would be there after AAA accidentally assigned my service to a contractor who no longer worked for them! Seriously?! A Nor'Easter was predicted and my 7:45 pm call became more serious after 11 pm with parking bans in effect and my car on the side of the road. I had to cancel and reschedule my call because you CAN'T get a human on the phone, you're redirected to the web to fill out a request online so there is no way to ask what's up with your no-show service. At 12:30 am after 5 hours I see my previous 1 hour ETA (after 4 hours) request now says ETA 22h 33m. How about an apology call from a Manager? Oh right, they don't care. Dismal excuse for customer service.

  Would give zero stars. Terrible company. I know for a fact from person experience as well as other peoples experiences, that you can do an unattended tow meaning that I do not have to be with my vehicle until extreme circumstances. I absolutely have no way to be with my vehicle and I need it towed. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me and said there was absolutely no way they will help me and was very condescending. This is an emergency and I had to leave for my safety and theyre denying me help??? Terrible terrible company do not recommend and whoever answered my call does not know how to talk to people and is not a very nice person. Waste of money honestly. Scammers.

  I called for a tow to my garage as my battery was dead and I didn't trust the brakes--the car had been sitting for a while. The dispatcher was prompt to answer and I told her the problem, and gave her the address of the repair shop where I wanted the car towed to. The dispatcher tried to talk me into having my car towed to three other shops, two of them were further away! I explained that I had done business with my chosen garage for over 20 years and they were honest owners. She finally stopped trying to sell me on another business. The tow truck driver arrived promptly, surveyed the situation and in no time had my car on his truck. He was highly skilled and a very nice young man. In less than 10 minutes he was on the road with my car. The tow driver called me a few minutes later--he had been given the wrong address by the dispatcher. Hmmm.....I called my shop to alert them that my car was on the way and asked why where not one of the preferred AAA repair shops. I then learned that it costs thousands of dollars to be on the recommended vendor list...its all about the Benjamins....I wonder if the dispatcher gets a fee if a recommended shop is used. Beware of the shops recommended by the dispatchers. These may be reputable businesses, but the shops have paid dearly for that recommendation.

  I called AAA on the highway for road assistance, on 12/27/2023, I suspected battery problem, so I expected jump starting the car, to avoid, towing the vehicle, so I could proceed to work or tow it to my house, if jump start didn't work. While on the phone with AAA Agent, she told me the car could be towed to one of their branches nearby for them to check the problem, even though I said I prefer the car to tow to my house, or my mechanic's place. (She said it's just to check the problem ,and it no cost to me, because I am on Premium Plan). The towing guy arrived, with instruction to tow the car to the place mentioned by the AAA agent, he didn't make any attempt to jump start because, according to him, it was too dangerous. on our way to the AAA mechanic, I expressed my concern about the option to take the car to AAA mechanic, because, even though the agent said I was not going to pay, I did not want any surprises, Because, I once had a situation in the past with AAA, when they were not honest about a particular towing situation, and I ended up paying for the towing, in addition to that, they wasted my time so much, that my children were late for three hours to their school that day.This guy then took it upon himself to call AAA to confirm payment, he was still on the phone till we reached AAA Mechanic (because, he was transferred multiple times, from one line to another). At AAA, they didn't even check the car, they said the car will be be checked, maybe next week, and I was still going to pay! Finally someone came on the line, I explained the situation, and requested my car be towed to my house as I requested from the beginning, and that the previous towing must be canceled because it was not my request. She apologized, and said okay.When I decided to use 24 hours rental car advantage, ( the reason why I have to pay higher premium than the basic plan premium), I was told that because my car was towed more than 48 hours ago, I cannot use the Rental.

  Left my wife for 3 hours overnight because they didn't have a driver which is no excuse very unsatisfied with there service.

  Terrible customer service. Company cancelled my ********************** and **********************. They did not contact me. I haven't been able to drive since Sat. 2/3. Every day there has been additions to conditions of my auto insurance being reinstated. I am very upset.

  TERRIBLE experience waiting over 4 hours in a very large city in *********** when I locked keys in my car at 3am when i got out of work. After multiple calls and hangups dealing with sleepy angry ill informed "customer service" reps, one (1) driver on duty who showed up and was extremely angry and rude and had no explanation why i had to wait so long.BAD company. Not the same reliable trustworthy professional company in the past!BEWARE! Get another company if possible.

  Called AAA 12:21pm Sat Feb 3. My vehicle has no brakes and I managed to park it safely by the curb. (By a fire hydrant). But out of the way of traffic. Was told tow driver would contact me within an hour. No contact, no call. I called back 2:15, I was told they are trying to get in touch with tow driver. Also was told tow driver should be to me by 3:30. Now it's 4:10 and no tow truck or contact from AAA. Now ************** is calling me to see when I will arrive. Repair shop told me that they were closing soon and couldn't wait much longer. Finally tow truck driver calls me (4:43) and said he is an hour away doing another job and will call me when he is on the way to me. I told him that ************** is closed now and I don't know what to do. So he canceled the tow and said he could come back the following day. Almost 5 hours waiting for a tow truck like an idiot. Now I'm stuck with a disabled vehicle and no way to get home (45 miles away). So I pushed the vehicle into a safe and legal parking spot and got an Uber ride home. ($112.00). Not happy about that. Still have not heard back from AAA. Very disappointing. And really annoyed.

  They have the worst service they are not honest and will tell you someone is coming when they are not. They don't care about how long you wait a d they are not helpful at all you have to keep calling back to did out where your tow truck is
