On 1/08/2025 I went to MinuteClinic to receive care for a possible strep throat infection, I received good care and was told my **************** would cover and that I would have a copay, I provided my credit card for the possible co pay, in Feb. I was billed $******. I checked my SentaraHealth plan EOB which stated the co pay should have been $20.00. I called MinuteClinic billing department and they stated the bill was ****** based on what my insurance would cover. I reached out to my insurance trying to figure out what the disparity was. My insurance stated that MinuteClinic billed me incorrectly and that my insurance reached out 8x to settle the dispute but did not get a response. In conclusion MinuteClinic instead billed me directly the $****** to my credit card, this is unfortunate as MinuteClinic care was great but I fear the billing is unresponsive and unhelpful.

I went to MinuteClinic at *** on Jan 29 for an ear wax removal. I went there and the doctor said there was no ear wax in my ear after looking into my ears. The total process took less than 5 minutes. However, on Feb 14, I received a billing of $65.57, which is ridiculously high considering the service I received.I called MinuteClinic at CVS. The first ***** said the doctor left a note saying "no ear wax removal is carried out" so the fee can be waived. However, when my call is then transferred to the billing team, the other ***** totally reversed the statement and said it cannot be waived. It doesn't make sense to me.

I have not been employed for several months. I was ill, and went to the *** clinic on ***************************************** on 01/13/2025. I just got an Ambetter health plan, and figured I could pay the $5 copay on the card. I checked in, and ***** ***** CNP called me in for my appointment. I scanned my insurance card, and made her aware it DID NOT ASK FOR THE $5 COPAY. She stated the system may be down, and to pay ******** turns out that on 02/18/2025, I get a bill Minute Clinic for $700.22!!! If someone would have let me know before the appointment that it was out of network, I would have gone to another provider. AGAIN, NO MENTION OF OUT OF POCKET COSTS WAS RELAYED TO **. I HAVE LITTLE INCOME, AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS BILL. It was just for a check up for a cold/flu like symptom. I talked to several of the ***'s there, including ***** ***** CNP who saw me, and she said the bill is way too high. I see on your message board a fee for minor illnesses ranges from $99-139, self pay. AS OF A WEEK AGO, AND TODAY, THEY SENT AN EMAIL AND VOICEMAIL TO DISTRICT MANAGER ***** ******, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE ABOUT MY ISSUE. I HAVE GONE TO THE LOCATION AS WELL SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO FIX TO MY BILLING ISSUE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO TRY AND GET THIS RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My number is: ************, email is [email protected] have called billed, tried to get through to customer care at ***, and I either get hung up on, or no one answers the phone. Thank You,****** ******

Used the same ins for each of our visits. Instead of using the ins on the most recent visit they charged my account the full amount and the ins company. I want my ****** back. And I want to know why they double billed. Also, their customer service number for billing isn't right. Had to call 3x, before they stopped with the life alert message.

On January 15, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized $35 charge from CVS MinuteClinic on my credit card. When I contacted ***, I was initially told the charge was for a November 22, 2024 visit. However, after proving that visit was already paid for, *** changed their explanation and claimed it was for outstanding balances from 2017 and 2019balances I was never informed about or billed for.Additionally, *** sent these alleged bills to *. ******, which is neither my name nor my sons name (Jaden ******** I was never properly notified of any balance before this charge was made.Problems with CVSs Actions:1.Unauthorized Charge: CVS charged my card for a balance I was never properly billed for and without notifying me.2.Billing Errors: The bills were addressed incorrectly, which means I never received proper notice.3.Lack of Transparency: My son has visited MinuteClinic multiple times since 2017, and CVS never mentioned any outstanding balance.4.Unprofessional Conduct:When I asked to speak with a supervisor, a representative named ******* refused and told me I could not escalate the issue.******* also accused me of just trying to dodge paying, which is completely false and inappropriate.Another representative said I should have written return to sender if I didnt recognize the billignoring the fact that I never received a properly addressed bill. When I asked how to file a formal complaint, I was falsely told that *** has no corporate complaint departmentwhich seems like an attempt to block customers from holding them accountable.

I visited minute clinic as I had the flu. I was aware the incorrect insurance information was entered on my sign in form as my old provider was auto filled into it. I asked the doctor if this would be a problem and she assured me it would be fine and I would only be charged $25. Then without warning I receive this $330 charge. Please allow me to enter my correct insurance information and provide me with a direct refund on my card. This charge should be directed to my insurance company not me.

Never received compensation for being charged in full for minute clinic visit. On 2/19 at 9:20, I was told to reschedule my appointment for 9:10. Mind you, there is INCLEMENT weather and emergency snow routes open due to the weather. I told the nurse that it had only been 10 minutes and she still made me cancel the appointment and leave. The waiting room is completely empty. As I write this complaint, it is 9:45 am and no other customers have walked in.

1/4/2025 I went to Minute Clinic for an ear infection. The ** rushed me out within 2 minutes. She looked inside my ear, said "yep it's infected I'll send antibiotics." I explicitly asked her to please enter my insurance card information. She said "nope I've got it already in the computer" and told me I could leave. Today I received an almost $600 bill in the mail, because they clearly didn't have my updated insurance information. I tried calling, but I cannot get through.

Today I visited one of your minute clinics in palm coast 2 old ********** ! My family and I are on vacation and can only go to certain medical places. My 2 year old son is very sick with the flu. I visited the clinic today 2/13/2025 at 2:25 and waited for the Chinese lady to finish her lunch break! 1:30-2:30. There was no other patients waiting in waiting area . I asked her if she had time to see my sick 2 year old son sick with the flu. Which I know I made him take a flu test and my other son ******* was seen a few days ago by a lovely girl who worked at same location! This woman told me she has back to back appointment and cant see my son! I than asked her if your 2:40 appointment doesnt show up can u take him she told Me no! Now why would she tell Me no? Wouldnt that mean she has time to take a walk in if her appointment are a no show? What if no one shows up the next hour that means she gets to just sit and do nothing? I told her she is in the wrong profession if she doesnt care about a 2 year old sick with the flu! Shame on her she doesnt deserve to be in that position! I needed to be seen right away since tamaflu works if you have the flu within a certain time frame and her not seeing my child just shows how disgusting this person is! She didnt even say yes no problem take a seat I will try and get to him she told me no she cant see him is that ridiculous? Than wanted to send me somewhere else to go . I want to file a complaint on this woman she is in the wrong field! Shame on her no comparison or heart! My kid is so sick and all she needed to do is take five mins and look at him and send over a prescription . She seemed to good for that and only cared about doing absolutely nothing for the rest of the day!Sent from my iPhone

On June 29, 2024 I went to the *** MinuteClinic in ******************************* for a follow up on a ********. I presentedmy insurance and paid my co-pay today February 13, 2025. I receive an email at 7:30 in the morning that says I owe $173 forthis visit. Attempts to contact the corporate office have been unsuccessful. I am completely baffled by why it would take eight months for them to bill **** dont even have the same insurance anymore. It changed January 2025. Additionally, any other bills Ive received regarding this from the hospital the doctors ER have long been taken care of. I find this highly suspicious.
