      I can't reach minuteclinic in person or by phone to correct a billing error.

      they ordered more tests for me which is not covered by insurance. They refuse to change it. They are hard to reach out to, takes at least 1 hour even in the morning to connect to an agent. ***************** also called them multiple times and never got connected with anyone from the. So I had to pay for the bill that I am not supposed to. DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. according to the reviews here, looks like it's a common issue a lot of people are having. Regret not reading these reviews first.

      My niece when there for extreme ear pain and they closed in 15 minutes and the lady at the desk told my sister that they were already cleaned up for the day so they just arent going to take anymore patients for the day and while my niece is bawling the lady sent them away for a 5 minute exam and a Rx for ear drops. But they decided that being lazy was a better option. Its COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable for our healthcare workers to turn people away. It shouldnt matter if it 30 seconds till they close. If the hours are posted on their door they should be followed. If they are breaking a simple rule like that I cant imagine what else they are doing wrong. ************ Minute Clinic should be SHUT DOWN.

      They billed my wife for a flu shot, which is covered by her insurance! When she tried calling them, she was on hold for an hour! Her insurance company told her it was covered and to have them rebill them. HOW CAN WE RESOLVE THIS IF THEY DON'T PICK UP THEIR F*****G PHONE???

      Scheduled a flu shot and walked into what I thought was the *** pharmacy, only to find out later by a bill in the mail that it was a third party called minute clinic that was not covered by insurance. So now Im stuck with a $75 bill just for getting a flu shot for my child that is normally free/covered every time Ive gone to ***. I spoke to minute clinic about the bill and they are unwilling to absorb the fee even though I was mislead thinking that it was all part of ***. Minute Clinic is setup inside *** and deceiving *** customers and should be sued.

      Nurse practitioner took blood pressure and told me to go the the hospital and there was nothing they could do for me. She told me I would not be charged since they couldn't do more. A month later I receive a bill. I call to dispute and was told an investigation would happen. ***** later no contact so I call again and was told they would mark as priority and wait for outcome. No contact from them and today I find out the bill has gone to a debt collector and the nurse said charges were valid without letting me know of the outcome.

      Horrible. I was out of town and I have my own doctors in my state. I scheduled an appointment for a possible uti. I get there and go in stating I need to do a urine sample. She said no we need to do a complete exam on you because it is probably not a uti. I refused. She asked me questions then implyed my husband or me could be unfaithful. Std. Really! Finally took a urine sample she said I don't have a uti but a kidney infection. That is a uti. Test results back in 5 days. She left a message stating she was right that I had a uti and meds I am on are good. 2 minutes later another message stating I am resistant to the antibiotics and I need to get on something else. 4 later messages from other nurses stating I am very sick and need to call back or the bug you have is bad and you have to be in alot of pain. Called my gyn and she prescribed me something. All is good. This place is a joke.

      run away ! they charge you even if the test failed. The nurse was not able to take correctly the sample for the strep A. then she decided to take one more test. when i left i realized that she billed me two time the " *** MOLECULAR STREP A" and one indicated "INVALID".The phone xxxx-ASAP is useless! you don't have access to a person for the bill complaint.

      They are terrible....cancelled two appointments for a DOT physical 1 day prior both times, no explanation...cost me time from work and not certified......
