      Caremark is horrible. They have argued with me about prescription coverage, forced me to get medication through mail order at a HIGHER COST thank my local CVS pharmacy. They processed a made up order that was made a a price cost check to try to help see what the cost would be. It was not sent or approved by my husbands specialist & is trying to charge me $600.00. The supervisors all say different things and the 2 representatives that knew what they were doing probably were fired for giving me information they were not approved for I think its because they were telling me the truth about price cost and *************** the real script to ****************** because my husband was going to be without his medication that is needed daily. After 4 months of trying to straighten out this medication its is still not resonant now I am getting medication from an order that is not even real and being made to pay for it. How is this legal or even possible for them to process?

      I've been trying to obtain a prescription for weigh loss since 11/27/2023. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. I called myself being smart by having my RX sent to CVS for easier processing. Nope! I've been duped. Hours upon hours of being on the phone just to be told to call everyday to see if AN RX is available to be mailed. What type of customer service is that? IM EXHAUSTED! I am so glad that my life didn't depend on this medication!!! Do BETTER!!!

      This company is absolutely disgusting. They suddenly stopped covering my medication, told me I had to enroll in a prudentrx program that would cover the costs after my deductible was met. But then told me I would need to pay for the entire cost of the first fill, even though my deductible is being met during that fill (suddenly charged $2500 instead of the $1600 deductible). In the same phone call, I was told that my medication was a preferred brand in the formulary tier II (which means covered with a max ***** of $60 after meeting deductible - except then the same person later said it wasn't covered again). After 3 hours on the phone with them, their pharmacy, and the prudentrx scam, I'm stuck paying $2500 for my necessary medication, regardless of my deductible. What's the point of even having insurance through them if they ignore the deductible of the plan I'm paying for? I'm already forced to fill my medication through their pharmacy and participate in their data collection programs, how much more money do they need to try to force out of me when I'm already paying for their service. The monopoly they hold in having insurance, a pharmacy, and other medication related holdings needs to be stopped. Apparently, I would be better off not having insurance at all.

      In **, both Connecticare and Anthem healthcare automatically default to CVS as your preferred ************ rather use ********* and in order to switch, you have to jump through hoops. All I want is free choice and CVS doesnt adhere to that rule. How many people even know about this? Cant be good for ********* business and shows CVS has monopolized pharmacy choice in the ********************. Is this the case nationwide?

      If I could give them NO star, I would! It has been over 6 months, they lost my camera and NO ONE is willing to take responsibility. I have called and text and email at least 20 times with no response. The photos on my camera were my kids and we took a vacation which will never be back and they LOST everything and they do NOT care!! Horrible company and pharmacy!

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. Denies everything, and multiple phone calls has resulted in being given multiple excuses. I would love to give them a negative 5 stars!!!

      Worst pharmacy coverage I have ever had. I am a member of this joke of a company! How they can require you to follow their requirements before even considering providing coverage for medication in which my Doctor has prescribed!!! My doctor knows what is best for me not the insurance company! And I am on the ******** Employees Health Plan!!! I hope this company is removed from our insurance plans for the future!!! Also will make sure my voice is heard !!!

      One star is too many. They have caused my out of pocket costs to skyrocket as of January 1 this year and they denied medication. Nothing in my formulary has changed with the new year and the reason I need it is the same as it was in January but their representatives cannot tell me why I suddenly no longer meet the criteria. When I look up the criteria online on their website it tells me something different than they tell me which I take to mean CVS has not updated their criteria online for the new year. They claim nothing has changed and blame my insurance company and employer but my formulary didnt change. I pay $24,000 a year in insurance premiums and I cannot get my prescriptions covered now nor any answers as to why.

      Another BIG company that just doesn't care about their customers. Sadly I was beginning to think well of CVS as a mail order pharmacy until my ******** **** D Provider changed from them to a different mail order Rx provider. As 2023 came to a close CVS assured me twice that they were going to refill my scripts one more time.Then on Jan. 1, **** they just threw out all member info and order status as though I never existed. Too Bad... ***** to be You! No Notification, No Order Cancellation update. By the time I realized that my needed refills were not coming my account was inactive and I needed to have new scripts written by my Dr *** and transmitted to the new mail order pharmacy. I will go days without my needed meds. BAD CVS!

      Absolutely horrible service. Makes zero sense and complicates everything. There is no benefit to using them. The only service they provide is not managing any of your prescriptions or having any clue what is going on. I have to call every month and deal with pharmacy issues due to their system errors. Having to use them has been h*** and Im shocked theyre still in business.
