      If I could give negative stars I would. It should never take ELEVEN days to get a medication to the patient. By then Ive run out and end up having to go without it every single refill. (Cant refill early due to the nature of the medication) I absolutely HATE this service and only use it because my insurance makes me. Id dump CVS Caremark in a heartbeat if I could. I CANNOT wait for the day when I can. This is the absolute worst business.

      I logged onto CVS website to look for open job opportunities with one of their affliated companies. The career website offers you the option to select which of their affliated companies you would like to search for open job opportunites. Once you click the link you are directed to a webpage that occasionally loads as not secure https domain, then you are redirected to their job posting webpage. Upon trying to submit an application, you get several error messages and experience difficulty completing the application. I maded several calla to their support service. The 1st phone number routes you to an automated system and then disconnects the call. I finally spoke with a representative recently after the website was updated. Now you receive emails from Colleague Zone after submitting an application. The website asks for National ID identifiers such as drivers license or SS#. I've never had a company that hadn't made an official offer of employment request such information just to apply for open positions.

      Horrible! They have always been pretty bad but this year things have gotten 10x worse. I call with issues and the agents dont know how to solve simple problems. I always have to talk to a manager and even then it doesnt always get resolved. Im often on the phone for at least an hour. They say that its too soon to fill my prescription. Is it incompetence? Is it that theyre online system ***** or both? Whatever it is, its really unacceptable. Im sure a lot of people give up or dont keep insisting to talk to the manager. It shouldnt be this hard to get medications filled! We pay so much for insurance already. Theyre scammers and need to be held accountable.

      Caremark *****. They make me take a medication that doesnt work very well because they wont pay for the one that actually works. **************** is basically nonexistent. They are using customer service reps as doctors and they cant even pronounce the medications

      They have no idea on what they are doing. They denied my medication because I was on the same medication prior which I have been on for years due to a change in insurance . The need to be regulated and trained properly as they are not reputable. I am in pain and starting to feel Ill and have no other way to get my medication. *** practice to this company should be a viable alternative as they are not responsive to their clients needs. I need help

      Horrible cs!!! They sent my prescriptions to wrong address and acted as if I was lying. I never received my medication and sent multiple emails as well as phone for 40 minutes. Now ** is thru the roof because no medicine!!! They do want people to die.

      BEWARE! They will purposefully cheat you. I was quoted a price of $120 for a three-month supply of my prescription if I switched to them. I agreed. They said they would reach out to my physician for the prescription. They contacted my physician, apparently requested a 30-day prescription instead of the *************************************************** $120 for only the 30 days.

      This is Jazz, a CVS manager (680 ***** by Whole Foods) that just threatened my physical safety because I pointed that she was unnecessarily rude to me. Literally, I'm still in shock. I was trying fill a prescription. She ignored me, when I asked for help she said they weren't accepting prescriptions and mocked the drug I was trying to have filled. ***********, I asked her name because she was so rude to me. She told me to leave her store or she would call the police. I pointed out that I wasn't physically threatening her and she said it would be for MY safety, not hers. **, all I did was walk up to the pharmacy drop-off counter. BEWARE of this volatile store manager... if she had a gun, she'd have shot me on the spot!! ??

      Would give negative stars if possible. My prescription was called in on Sept 8 and 6 days later still shows dispensing. Every representative I speak to has a different story including 2 supervisors. Worst mistake of my life!!
