      Just DISGUSTING how they withhold our prescriptions from **, after months and months of being prescribed. Verified with my doctor and the prescription (Grasstek) is supposed to be auto filled. But this garbage company refuses to pay and authorize it be sent to me. They want me to confirm every month before its sent. I fly planes for a living and am not on the ground most of the time when they call me. Even after setting up to receive all notifications via text, they still dont send them. What a mess of an operation. Shameful at the very best

      So I made an online order on 8/20 for my blood thinner shots, then I called a week later realizing you stated it was not sending until 9/5 and I would be out before then. The lady on the phone assured me it would be to my house before 9/5. I then realized she lied to me later on. I called again, they assured me the ** would be sent out by 9/5 and I could go to my local pharmacy to get emergency shots if need be. My local pharmacy only had 3 shots in stock. I said that was fine because I was promised I would get my rx on time. I get a call today, 9/7 that they can't verify my address. I have received these before in the mail. It is now too late to overnight, too late to get my local pharmacy to do anything. I will be out of blood thinner shots while pregnant for the weekend. I got a blood clot my last pregnancy. You are killing people by lying to your customers over and over again just so you all can get off the phone with them. YOU ARE KILLING PEOPLE. The next closest pharmacy is 2 hours away from me.

      WORST company by far since January I have had 4 surgeries and after each on I'm prescribed pain medication first time I filled my prescription it was $2.90 after that any prescription pain med went up to $26.00 I call the other day to find out why they are not covering my prescriptions and was told they have to be preauthrised I was never informed of how they work so I asked if u can fill out paperwork to be reimbursed they said I can only go back 30 days. I had my pharmacy print out all of my 4 monthly prescription and CVS only pays on 1 of my prescription I'm very disappointed in this company

      Awful company I have got my medication for 23 years at the same pharmacy. They act like they don't know who I am like they have not filled the same prescription every month for 23 years. They are rude to me because of the medicine I take. Geez sorry I have panic attacks so bad they put me in the ** this medication is not yours and you have NO right to tell me if I need it or not! You have treated me like dirt for 23 years! Guess what you will not have another month if my life or money ! Some Months you fill it 4 days early then 2 days early then it has to be 30 days on the dot. That is not legal! 23 years go to your local town pharmacy if you have one this is pathetic.

      In April of 2023, CVS Caremark declined to cover my child's prescription and requested prior authorization from her doctor. At that time, we also discovered that they had still been paying this child's prescriptions from my old plan that I left as of January, four months before the issue arose. This was only happening with her and not the five other covered family members. After many phone calls and a lot of time I should not have had to spend dealing with their mistake, her doctor sent the letter explaining that she cannot take the alternative meds because they cause her severe side effects and the authorization was issued. She only takes this medication for school, so I am just now needing to refill it again in August of 2023. Again they reject for prior authorization and say that in April it was paid under the old plan and the prior auth that was issued in April, the one that says CVS Caremark at the top and says it's good through April of ****, was somehow attached to the old plan that was already expired for four months at that time. So basically CVS Caremark wants to make medical decisions about my daughter's care, but they can't even be trusted to attach the authorization they requested to a currently active plan. And now I am sitting on hold for 47 minutes and counting while they figure out if they can do me the "favor" of transferring the prior authorization that they attached to the wrong plan through no one's fault but theirs.

      Worst pharmacy in the world. They wont send your prescription at tme no even once!!!!!!!! You will run.out of your prescription while they will stilll be processing

      Specialty medicine company is horrible.. they outsource to other specialty pharmacies and dont follow up. If you want your script you need to babysit cvs specialty. Everything is prior authorization - inefficient and time consuming. Worst insurance Ive ever had.

      Not satisfied at all with Cvs Caremark . They take days when normal prescriptions take only hours! *** also stated several times to put our prescriptions on automatic renewal, and I still have to call them to renew our prescriptions. Very dissatisfied. With the amount of time it takes to fill a prescription.

      This is the worse company for customer service. They dont know what the left and right hands are doing. Preautho has denied my medication because no one is trained to properly view the system and help customers. Its amazing I spent 1.5 weeks talking to different departments and doctor even called to get my medication and it still was denied. Because the confirmation of Preautho hasnt updated the system. Thanks

      The worst insurance company I have ever heard of or encountered. I have over 90 hours of documented contact involving day-long hold times, multiple dropped calls, simple authorizations bungled for months and 60 contact hours, and then the authorization being issued improperly. If you ask 5 people there the same question you will get 5 different answers. Even the *** pharmacists hate dealing with CAREMARK.
