      The worst customer service I ever encountered period. I have to use CVS Caremark due to BCBS rules.I can't get a straight answer from CVS. They keep changing the delivery date, I was told at least twice that my medication will be arriving in few days but so far nothing was delivered. I called CVS Caremark several times and got no help. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

      I have had a horrible time trying to get my Wegovy refilled. The app doesnt update, representives are not informed. One of my prescriptions was even deleted out of my account. Also it took 4 weeks to get it refilled and I had to drop down to the starter level.My refill has been submitted 3 weeks ago and I it started processing the 11. I got a deliver date for the 13. So today, a day late, its tagged needing more info from my dr.This is the very worst experience I have every had with a pharmacy. I am a state employee and pay lots of $$$ for my coverage.

      Do NOT sign up for carepass. They will charge you without permission, when you try to cancel and get a refund, you'll NEVER GET A REFUND. I've been calling for 2 months after canceling online. I was met with unprofessional overseas call center. I've been hung up on by several agents numerous times. I've asked to be transfered to a supervisor and told they don't have one. I've spent hours collectively on hold. I have been given asinine information from "you never canceled" to " were refunding you, just give it one more day" to "you can't cancel online, that's impossible". Cvs does not care about its customers or how they're spoken to or disconnected by their call center.

      CVS and Aetna are the worst Insurance in the World!There is not one good thing to say about these totally incompetent people!Do not ever choose this insurance and if the company your going to work for offers this say goodbye !!!

      Awful Pharmacy. I honestly dont even know how Im still alive. Ive had to be hospitalized numerous times because they keep denying my medication due to an owed balance for another health insurance that is no longer in effect. Ive been bleeding internally for 2 months now and pooping blood every single day. Ive messaged, called and they still wont approve my medication. Im honestly so done with this pharmacy and they should not continue to operate. Stay away

      ZERO STAR needed as 1 isn't good enough for this place.This company cannot sort out an issue on phone call with one person! They want to waste your time with numerous calls and take over a week to solve a simple problem, I have had 2 issues (different months) and this place is just ridiculous to deal with. The first issue I had took 3-4 different people and over 3 hours of time and approx. 2 weeks to finally get resolved. My recent issue took 1 week and 4-5 phone calls to resolve. They sent me damaged item and only needed to reship it. You would think they are shipping gold the way they treat you. They will say they will call you back and then they do not. Then they claim they did call, and "you" weren't available. Why can't their staff just resolve an issue one phone call #1?????? I don't have this kind of time in my day! *********** is just awful, and I miss my previous Express-Scripts.

      I would NEVER recommend using this company for any reason whatsoever. Service is TERRIBLE for both prescriptions and customer service. If you would like to actually receive your prescriptions stay away from this company!!! Complete waste of time.

      CVS Specialty is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have lost hours that I can never get back to try to resolve something THEY should be resolving on their own. They constantly send "secured messages" with garbage replies. I actually cried yesterday because everytime I have to refill my Humira, i know its going to be painful and I am right everytime. I have saved chats that if anyone would read, would absolutely agree with what I am saying here. It is down right horrendous and so not worthy my time anymore. I am at the point where I may go off my meds and suffer the consequences so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

      This is the worst specialty pharmacy I have ever had to use. My insurance changed as of 6/4/23 and caused me to have to switch to CVS Caremark. Ive been trying to have my prescription of dimethyl fumerate filled since 6/5/23. My doctors office has spoken to them multiple times to get information over to them. The insurance company has flip flopped multiple times on whether a prior auth was needed. I was told one was needed, while my doctors office said the rep stated one was not. 3 weeks later my doctors office finally receives PA and completes it to get it approved by insurance. Now my prescription is still being held up because Caremark sent me to the drug manufacturer for copay assistance. The manufacturer provided info needed and for some reason it doesnt work in Caremarks system. I told them I need my medication and I dont have time for this back and forth. A Caremark rep is supposed to be working with manufacturer to get resolved, now 2 days later and nothing resolved. I have spoken to multiple reps, 2 supervisors, and the untrained, I knowledgeable people working there cant resolve the issue. I have never been this involved in trying to get medication. This company needs to be investigated. As soon as I have the ability to use another pharmacy I will. I will be taking my complaint further to ensure their business practices are looked into.

      Horrible service both on the phone and in store. Today I have spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to get an answer on whether or not a medication prescribed by my doc is covered. Still on the phone, still no answer. I am so dissatisfied with CVS I am actually beginning to resent my employer for giving me this as my only option.
