      Hi,I've made numerous calls to ************ and have always received conflicting information. I frequently phone my son to check or order, and he has granted me permission to *** todo so. they requested for the power of attorney information when I called and sought to speak with a supervisor. I'm shocked because the others just need verbal communication and verbal authorization had been give previously. Her name was *******, and based on her attitude, I immediately knew that she would not assist me. I put my son, who was recovering from a surgery, on the phone,to get his permission so CVS canspeak to me. She, had the same kind of attitude when I called originally on this complaint.the supervisor I spoke with on September 26, was more concerned about her staff backing her staff upthan any patient complaints. My grievance was that *** charged me an amount I did not agree on after speaking with the representative, and the attitude of the leadership was definitely unexpected. I asked if they can listen to the recorded call when I originally placed the call, it didn't seem like that was something they were willing to do. I wish I didn't have to use this pharmacy vendor.

      CVS Mail order is the worst and most unorganized there is. I have fought for over one year to get them on the correct page in filling and and sending more pills when I already have a 6 month supply when I should only have 90 days max. Weather you are talking to a *** that answers the phone or even asking for a Manager which is even worse than the *** in my opinion. ************** HMO on the medical side is awesome, but using their parent company CVS Caremark for the pharmacy is the absolute worst customer service you could ever ask for!

      Won't let me get a 30 day prescription. Only 90. We'll guess what urgent care isn't going to give me a 90 day prescription. Let me have my prescription as written.

      CVS Caremark has a glitch in their system that blocked me and our entire district from getting vaccines. When I told them, they required us to pay for the vaccine ($200 per family member) and request a reimbursement. Many of us do not have that kind of money on hand so WE ARE NOT BEING COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PAID FOR COVERAGE. This must be illegal. Could you imagine paying for milk at the grocer, the grocer takes your money, and then says you cannot take the milk home with you? The supervisor at CVS Caremark said, "We take full responsibility" while requiring me (and other members in our district) to take full responsibility. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      This company presented information to my Orthopedic Surgeon that caused my Ortho to lose trust in me and to refusal to prescribe medication necessary to assist me in having a tolerable quality of life. I was accused of "USING MULTIPLE PHARMACIES" and using "MULTIPLE PRESCRIBERS" . Although I have written evidence that I changed from one pain management center to a new one and also had surgery in the month of June 2024, no one from CVS Caremark will simply send a follow up explanation with the documents I submitted so that my orthopedic specialist will not continue to consider my profile to be "red flagged". I have been calling and talking to " Senior" resolution specialists for over two weeks now to no availe. Meanwhile I am physically and mentally deteriorated with each passing day. This is perhaps the worst medical experience of my life leaving me with ******************, tremendous physical pain and a breakdown of the trust of my ***

      THIS COMPANY IS MESSING WITH SENIORS AND DISABLED PEOPLES ****. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME CVS HAS TOLD ME THE ROADIE DELIEVERED MY ****. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR THEY ARE NOT TO LEAVE **** IN THE LOBBY THEY GET STOLEN. AND THEY ARE TO KNOCK ON MY APT DOOR. NO ONE DID!!!!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRE THE DRIVERS THAT CAN'T FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR CVS TO FILE A CLAIM AND TRY TO REFILL THE **** I DIDNOT RECEIVE. UNACCEPTABLE!!

      My doctor submitted my prescription to them for a specialty drug for my psoriasis and eczema. They denied it even though they stated they were working with my doctor for preauthorization. Now its denied, so back to painful skin issues because they are the self centered clowns they are. DO NOT get cvs if you have prescriptions that are to go year to year, because theyll cancel them without even giving some warning theyre being canceled. CVS doesnt care about the customer, they care about lining their pockets off your ailments. 10/10 would recommend to not go through them.

      Nothing in the whole world can be worse than the prior approval department at CVS CAREMARK. Worked and still working my **** off, pay for this insurance over 15 years, pay for my copays, follow THEIR guidelines, all so the prior approval department can undermine the very physicians their plan sends us to and decide that the medicine they prescribed does not fit their budget. I can see if it is a radioactive nuclear pill that contains highly controlled substances that costs millions of dollars, but hey I just want my p*** pill for constipation. Seriously yes that is it. (the generic of Amizita). I have called them, my physician called, and my physician sent in appeals, I have the physicians emails as proof and all they do is say your physician has to call. Well he did twice if not more times! They say well tell him.No wait a minute ladydo your job and you call him and tell him what you want to hear (IM SICK OF HARASSING MY PHYSICIAN FOR SOMETHING HE ALREADY DID OVER AND OVER) I have the email of how he sorted it out and made my record ******* clear so people (like those working in the prior approval departments) dont just assume about diagnoses and their meanings. Ironically, it was prior approved the year before for the same diagnosis so what is the problem? I am not as stupid as the prior approval department because why would I take a day off of work, go to the same doctor, pay 45$ to get my prior approval renewed to continue taking the med for the same reason it was approved for in the first place. Is it me? Hope I get a perforated intestine so I can *** the living heck out of this company. The number one company who took the CARE out of HealthCare and have placed a dollar sign on my (our) health and well being. This is not HealthCare!! In all honesty this company should be called CVS DEATHMARK.
