      My doctor proscribed Cosentyx. The copay was way too high and I refused to pay; instructed CVS to cancel: do not send the *** I can't pay for it. They sent it out anyway. Well, okay, all I have to do is call them and tell them to send it back and that's that. Which I did. Then I noticed they charged my bank account $200 "towards your copay." I never gave authorization to deduct any money from me, especially when I never got or used the medicine. That's pure theft. I should call the *** on these theives. What gives them the authority to take money out of my account? Not me. They are thieves. Their CEO made 15 million last year. Huh.

      The WORST customer service EVER! I am on hold with them for the THIRD time after being disconnected twice! This is a 24 hour location and you have to wait SO LONG to get anything done with them. I am SICK of hearing about the CVS App over and over. What has happened to common decency?

      Pretty awful always! They keep texting me telling me that n because of state laws my script cannot be filled until a later date. All they have to do is look at the original script to see when it can be filled. I've been thru thus issue with them for the past 6 months! Why can't they update my file for ****** sake. I'm moving to **********

      CVS is hands down the worst pharmacy I would NEVER recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind being lied to or being on hold for 30 min or more or being treated like a child due to their error. I've been with them for 8-9 yrs time for me to take my business elsewhere..

      I purchased a product at CVS a few days later tried to use a coupon from my receipt from my purchase i was told i couldn't use it because the number didn't match,why give out coupons if you can't use them they to expensive anyway Thumbs down!!!!

      My son got fired from CVS for using coupons!!! He was never warned by management not to use them, as a matter of fact 3 managers of this store cashed out his purchases while using them! So how does cvs treat their employees, they will fire you instead of letting you know that those coupons are for customers only! Beware!!!!! Watch out for Rich in corporate, he will coerce you into writing a confession and have you sign it without even having an understanding what you signed. Is that legal????

      I think that the management at CV S pharmacy at *********** in Southeast does not do her job. The outside the curb appeal is completely disgusting. They let people dig in their garbage. Throw it all over the parking lot and use the bathroom outside without doing anything about it. No matter how many times the community asked them to do so they do nothing.

      If there was a zero I would give it to them. I desperately need my Symbicort which I have had a prescription for for 10 + years Silver script what's medical prior authorization from the doctor and then it goes back to the insurance company for approval. I am in 24/7 oxygen without the symbicort or generic form. The most screwed up insurance ever. They ****

      I have found out that CVS doesn't care about customer's ********************** or complaints, they just care about profits. Today, I had to call the corporate office because this is the 3rd time they did not have a sensor which I needed and is suppose to be on auto-fill. The pharmacist at the *************** location, doesn't care about making sure that these are ready on time. He also doesn't call to let you know when the insurance needs a prior authorization for new medications. Instead, he just fills them and charges more then one's co-pay. This pharmacy should be shut down since no one there or at corporate do not care, except for collecting money and their profits.
