On February 20th I stopped by the CVS store located at ******************************************************** to pick up some Flonase using my ******** *** program as it was an eligible item per the guide that was sent me. Upon check out I was told by ****** that it was not, even though she was able to determine that my insurance was Aetna ******** and was current. She was unable to adequately explain the reasons why, and instead got more confusing and agitated, and I opted to buy the Flonase.I told my insurance rep about the experience. He said that that wasn't right, that he'd never had a client refused before and for me to go back and speak to the manager. I did go back to this same store when I next needed Flonase on April 9th and this time was able to use the *** benefit to purchase the Flonase. I asked to speak to the mgr. ***** who I was told was busy but that ***** had been told he had a customer wanting to speak to him. When ***** finally came out of his office, he instead helped another customer. When I finally spoke to him, ***** could not have been more unhelpful and disengaged, staring blanky at me, offering no explanations or a way to make the situation better. I called on April 10th wanting more information and spoke to ****** who began again talking over me and condescending. When I asked her name she at first refused but when I asked if there was a problem with her giving me her name, she replied that it was ******, which was the same name on my February receipt. When I finally interrupted to speak she groaned and hung up on **** called another CVS asking how I could file a complaint. When they heard who the store was they responded that they get 'several' such calls from customers wishing to complain about the ****** store. That story apologized and I called CVS corporate number requesting that ****** the District Leader call me. He has never called and I've had no missed calls. It's not hard to see why the ****** store gets so many complaints

Today was worst customer service experience I ever had at a CVS. Sure, its annoying when you cant find assistance and risk losing your place on the queue. But thats not even my issue today. As usual, nobody was behind the counter, people were waiting, trying to ring the bell for service, nothing changed. So we waited and waited. And finally, a very visibly frazzled woman (manager) came up and brought a guy along. He began waiting on the customers whilst she attempted to, seemingly, be tending a register. Every customer was gracious and patient, including myself. It is what it is. I dont get stressed about things like this. When it was my turn, I went to the resister where the manager was so I could let the person behind me go to the guy. Before I could even say hello, she snapped at me I am busy trying to fix this I cant help you right now! And the guy said everyone just needs to slow down, as if wed all been acting as stressed as manager. He offered me no eye contact, no smile, and when I asked how to bypass putting in my pin, he looked at me as if I were an idiot and condescendingly told me what to press. Then, after his service, I said thank you, a habit I was taught since childhood, and he didnt even reply. So I said it again, and he completely ignored me. And I was standing right in front of him. Definitely loud enough. After I purchased my nail polish, I went to Trader ****, and the polish slipped from my hand and spilt all over the floor. Of course, TJs attendant was beyond kind. I thought about going back into the store to get another, but I was so put off by my experience there that myself and other TJ employees began googling the nearest store where I could buy polish. Im on foot, and had my little dog and all my groceries (perishables) and walked 30 minutes out of my way rather than go next door! *That is how appallingly nasty the staff treated people. Plus, the place was a mess! Very understocked, disorganised, and filthy.

CVS pharmacies are the worst in customer service and are a rip off particularly for self pay patients. Several of my patients have had bad experiences but I have refrained so far from giving them a negative review. Today a family had made the appointment for vaccinations and reported for appointment. The technician requested for prescriptions to be faxed which my office did immediately within minutes. The head of the family had taken time off and had to travel miles to get this done and the to be told that it cannot be done. I asked for the telephone number so that I could speak to the pharmacist and I was told that I needed to ******* When I called I was routed through the prompts and finally disconnected. I persisted and called again and spoke with the pharmacist who was not helpful and had no consideration for my patient or his family. Finally I had to ask the rude pharmacist to return all the prescriptions to my patient. CVS has very poor communication with the physician's offices. In view of this I am going to actively discourage my patients to go any CVS pharmacies. I have noticed price gouging self pay and uninsured patients. My bad experience today was with CVS at ******************************************************************** around 4pm The problem seems to be systemic with CVS pharmacies in ********, ********.

On 4/14/2024 around 6:45 PM I went to the CVS Pharmacy in ******* on Prospect St. I approached the counter and was the only one there. One of the Pharmacy agents lifted up his finger and said I'll be with you shortly ********** he left the counter and went to the front. That was weird! I ended up standing in front of the counter for at least 4 minutes. Then a customer walks right beside me and asks about his medication and the Pharmacist on duty was an Asian guy at the center desk. This Asian Pharmacist starting helping this customer and completely ignored me. That was so disrespectful. I didn't know Asian people in ******* showed such bad treatment to African Americans. I said out loud that "I will never come back to this Pharmacy again. That is not the way customers should be treated". The Asian Pharmacist just ignored me. A gentlemen by the name of ******** saw what happened and came up to me and apologized! I really appreciated that but the Asian Pharmacist needs to be trained better on equal treatment or fired. I'm done with CVS unless I am contacted and told something productive that might lead to rectifying this issue

I purchased a CVS Upper Arm Series 100 blood pressure monitor. I've had it less than one month and it is GARBAGE. I used my OTC benefits through my insurance company and have been left holding the bag because CVS does not allow returns of blood pressure monitors. I should have read the product reviews before I got this because many other customers had similar issues with this unit. I desperately need an accurate ** monitor because of my health problems and don't know what to do, CVS won't let me return this piece of garbage. They'd only send an exact same model as a replacement but that wouldn't work because t is garbage and many other customers had the same issue. I am STUCK and scared I will have a hypertensive crisis that won't be caught in time. I am in very poor health, and am a disabled senior in a wheelchair. I don't know what to do. I can't afford to buy another one. I can't stop crying.

My doctor proscribed Cosentyx. The copay was way too high and I refused to pay; instructed CVS to cancel: do not send the *** I can't pay for it. They sent it out anyway. Well, okay, all I have to do is call them and tell them to send it back and that's that. Which I did. Then I noticed they charged my bank account $200 "towards your copay." I never gave authorization to deduct any money from me, especially when I never got or used the medicine. That's pure theft. I should call the *** on these theives. What gives them the authority to take money out of my account? Not me. They are thieves. Their CEO made 15 million last year. Huh.

The WORST customer service EVER! I am on hold with them for the THIRD time after being disconnected twice! This is a 24 hour location and you have to wait SO LONG to get anything done with them. I am SICK of hearing about the CVS App over and over. What has happened to common decency?

Pretty awful always! They keep texting me telling me that n because of state laws my script cannot be filled until a later date. All they have to do is look at the original script to see when it can be filled. I've been thru thus issue with them for the past 6 months! Why can't they update my file for ****** sake. I'm moving to **********

CVS is hands down the worst pharmacy I would NEVER recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind being lied to or being on hold for 30 min or more or being treated like a child due to their error. I've been with them for 8-9 yrs time for me to take my business elsewhere..
