      I bought two gift cards from CVS in ******* on ***************** . They were for ****** dollars each when I tried using them they didnt work. I went to the store and told them about the situation they said because I scratched off the stuff to get the code . They said I was out of luck and they wouldnt give me the money back for the cards .

      I ***** ******* went to CVS to pick up a prescription my doctor prescribed. Freestyle Libre2 Reader the cost for the reader was $84.99 . At the time I purchase the reader, I assumed I had everything I needed. Once I came home I found out I did not have the sensor. The next day a pharmacist assistant called to inform me the sensor would cost me $500. The pharmacist never spoke to me, I stated I would like to return the freestyle reader because, I cannot afford to pay for the sensor that my insurance does not cover it. CVS said they would not take the reader back also the assist stated the company would be discontinuing this item. Now I am stuck with a reader that I am unable to use, and out of $84.99. I would like to return the item and get my full return.

      CVS Fraudulent business practices/bait and switch After spending time researching various unit sizes at several stores I purchased a product on CVS.com for in-store pick-up. Since orders are to be fulfilled within one hour, as I am entering the store well after one hour I receive a cancellation email. At this point I had to purchase a lower unit count at a per unit 59% higher cost - and that even with an additional managers discount to match the original promo code I was to have received - without which the unit cost would have been nearly double that of my original order. If CVS.com had shown the item as out of stock, I would have looked at a different location or ordered from a different merchant. I emailed CVS and provided cost proof etc. 8 business days ago I received a response that my email was received and it was forwarded to cvs.com department. Since then no reply.

      I have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years due to insurance requirements. I have just tried to ignore the very poor customer service for the entirety of being a customer however today I had all I can take . The pharmacy staff are extremely rude . I have had to do without my asthma medication days at a time every time I go to refill my medication due to various different reasons they give me . ******** especially is so condescending and very snooty acting every time I have an encounter with her . I am the most patient , understanding and kind person ever and for them to act like this towards me makes me really wonder how they treat others . All I need is my medications . I also use CVS in *********** and they are absolute angels compared to this place . I would rather go an hour and a half out of my way to CVS in ******** than to have to deal with the unacceptable poor customer service from the Norton location . Management needs to do some serious housekeeping there .

      Very bad customer service. I called in advance was told my meds were ready. I came was told they werent, and when they were ready a tech by the name of **** was holding a conversation with office staff. I asked her could she give me my meds do I can leave. Her professionalism is very low, and office staff just watched as she acted like she wouldnt service me, and told me that I shouldnt speak to her that way. I didnt get loud, or use any verbiage. Just asked for my medication this is sad. To say this was the first bad experience at this location

      They consistently fill the incorrect prescriptions for me. I have asked them to deactivate old prescriptions, that have different doses, yet they still get filled every couple months. I've had my doctors send new, updated prescriptions, but they fail to discontinue the older doses.

      I had a disappointing experience at the store (Store ID: #****, ****************************************** m 02/02/25 that I feel compelled to share. My 7-year-old daughter had a bathroom emergency, but when we approached the restroom, it had an "Out of Order" sign posted.An employee named Mariawho refused to provide her last namewas coming out of the restroom. Despite my explaining the situation, she rudely denied us access and directed us to ask at the front. My husband then inquired if our daughter could use the bathroom due to her urgent need. Another kind employee questioned whether the restroom was truly out of order and asked ***** for the key, but she denied us again in a very unfriendly ********* add to our frustration, we were there to pick up our medication, and this unfortunate experience has led us to decide to change pharmacies. Ily, I don't want her to lose her job, but it's essential that she learns to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Proper training in customer service would benefit her greatly.

      **************************************************************************************. The pharmacy is worst. I had 3 medications, they only give 2. Even for 2 medications, The staff forget to mix first and gave the power. If I dont open in the store, no one knows. Then they spend 1 hour to mix the thing and chatting without anyone mix them. but sent out the message say it is ready. The medicine that I need requires to be taken within a timeframe. If you need medication urgent, dont ever come to the location. The 3rd medicine just take forever to get it. But the message has been sent out saying everything is ready to pickup
