      The manager is rude, unprofessional aggressive and unknowledgeable. I contacted corporate. I did get an apology but of course, excuses were made for her ignorant behavior. I don't know if they are racist or just unprofessional but I'd suggest going to a different location and not this one. I was embarrassed, humiliated, and offended. I'm posting about my experience on all my social media platforms. I am disgusted that CVS would even hire someone who lacks basic knowledge of transactions and professionalism. That aggressive behavior is uncalled for and she should not be working in the capacity of a manager. Absolutely not.

      This pharmacy has worse service, in all aspects. Multiple trips to get medication filled, because they don't answer there phone and when I get there they still don't have it filled and I have to make a second trip and most importantly be without important medications for me and my family. They are rude on top of that!!!!!

      Management at this location is horrible and a staff member accused me of trying to steal money from the self checkout when there was as an issue with the machine. If I could give zero stars I would.

      The pharmacy manager, Vine *******, is unhinged, unprofessional, aggressive with customers, and belittling. I have had numerous bad experiences when behaving appropriately with the pharmacists here, but Ms. ******* in particular is clearly not fit for the job. I have also witnessed her laugh at other customers to their faces, hang up on people (including myself), and yell at other staff members. I decided to transfer my prescriptions from this pharmacy to Amazon Pharmacy due to so many bad experiences with her. She is a menace and it scares me what a person who exhibits behavior such as this could be capable of, particularly handling people's medications. She needs to be seriously looked at and reviewed.

      Placed an online order and went to the store to pickup.The manager waited on me and when I tried to ask about the online order, she rudely tells me she can't help me, I will need to take care of any problems online that occurred with my order.I honestly, didn't have an issue with this, but I didn't know I couldn't ask any questions about the order when I walked into the store, but the manager could have been polite in telling me this information.I told her I had an issue with how she handled my situation and she told me, I could call the 800# if I didn't like how she handled it. I asked her if she treated all customers like this and she refused to answer. I really should have just handed her the items back and went somewhere else to purchase them.

      I went into the CVS ************* Jan. 5, 2025 because of head congestion and a sore throat. I entered my insurance information and credit card information into the cvs portal. I thought they would only charge my co pay. 5 days after my visit I see a $684 charge come thru on my credit card from CVS. After an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone. They informed me they didnt have my insurance information and decided to charge me $684 for a 15 minute visit and a strep throat test. I have been back and forth all day with my insurance company and CVS. They never sent me a bill or tried to call me before charging my card. They refuse to refund the charge on my card. After reading all the reviews about this same issue with so many other people, it is obvious what CVS is doing and it is extremely unethical!

      I have been waiting three months for a prescription to be filled and I get no answers when I go to the pharmacy. They are still waiting for it. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Why dont they put a special order in?

      If youre a complex patient and require multiple medications/prescriptions to be filled, stay away from this CVS. Not only are they refusing to fill my prescriptions - which can be seen as a delay in care, theyre also known to fraudulently bill my insurance for prescriptions by entering an incorrect days supply - which then leads to problems when I try to fill the prescription when it is needed again. Ive been polite and respectful with all the pharmacy staff - but because Ive complained about how the pharmacy thinks its acceptable to bill my insurance inaccurately - which is considered fraudulent billing and can eventually results in legal action from the appropriate government agency.

      Worst Cust Serv. NO ONE answers phones. On hold for 97 mins several times and still NO HELP. They took my money at store and do NOT want to refund my money unless I get someone on the phone!!!! WHY, why can't the store manager be able to refund my money. They kept the item and kept my money!!!!! I want my money back!!!!

      I went to pick up a prescription that I need as a young women battling cancer. And I was not informed that my co pay would be $549. When I asked why since I have picked up my meds before and only paid $25 I was told that they do not set the prices and I have to call my insurance. I said ok I will but if my insurance says its not then would I be able to speak to a manager. Instead of answering the question I was told the same thing again. I left the store. Their pharmacist *** *** called me and was explaining why it was that price and I said ok I will call my insurance and if its not from their end I will speak to the manager. I hung up the phone. *** *** goes to call me not once but three more times back to back to tell me that I will have to mail order my meds because Im no longer allowed to get them there. Long story short I spoke to my insurance company and they said they had to run the script again. *** *** was beyond upset he had to this, while he was running the script I was speaking to my sister on the phone and he was pretending that I said something to him and said I had to mail order it. *** another pharmacist is then threatens me that moving forward I am no longer allowed to say anything to them regardless of the situation or I will never get my meds again. All because my insurance company made them release my meds. At some point these pharmacist need to be held accountable for the illegal things they do,
