      I will never buy from ashley furniture again. ******* who is a manager in the ********** ** location tell lies to get sales. I saw on the ashley website that a dining room server I wanted to buy was on back order for about 10 weeks. When I asked ******* about the server she immediately said what you see on the website don't apply to this store and if I purchase the server I will have it within 2 weeks. All lies everytime I would call her after the 2 weeks it was one lie or excuse after another. It has been over 10 weeks and I still don't have my server. I would ask for a refund but I have the table and chairs to match the server already. I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.

      HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! We spend thousands on tons of new furniture. Our media center came and it was a diy setup. Delivery people left and when I opened one of the boxes everything in it was broken. Called the number and told the request to exchange it was denied. How do you deny exchanging something you delivered thats broken?? Then was told by a rude customer service rep that she had to place an order for every individual piece and wait until the factory gets them then they will send them and wont pick up the massive broken box. Also it could be WEEKS until we get it. The salesman and also the delivery guy told us we have up to 30 days to refuse anything and get refunded. The nasty customer service rep told me no refunds whatsoever. Nobody has their story straight. Even when its broken we cant be refunded?? Now we have to wait weeks?? THEN the rest of our order comes today outside of the delivery window so I was on a work call and the movers ran in and out so fast. When I went to look at the desk they delivered the legs were screwed on backwards, no hardware installed on the drawers, and the motor pump was never installed on the desk and has to be put on before the desk is even put together!!! Called customer support and told it will be 4 days until they can MAYBE get someone out to fix it. Called the *************** where we purchased everything from and they are no help with anything. Worst experience ever and will never order from them again. Buy elsewhere!!!

      I would truly give Ashleys a zero if I could. We bought a purple mattress that we liked when we sat on it, but with mattress you never know how you would like it until you sleep on it a couple days. We slept on it for three days and absolutely hated it. We called the company and they would not let us get a refund. Ive never heard of a company that doesnt let you get a refund for a product you dont like. Long story short we will never be buying from Ashleys again. The customer service and salesman was just horrible. They were not sorry or any help at all.

      Would give zero if I could,absolutely horrible delivery guys,then there's huge whole in couch(response we'll get b2u in couple days)day before delivery got call method of payment declined,but looked up card charged 3 weeks prior to delivery, and card company actually laughed and said it was all approved...WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

      I see that I am not the only one dissatisfied with the customer service that this company has. I bought a bed with two nightstands a month ago which arrived on the exact day I was informed it would arrive but the delivery people seemed to not give it any value because they damaged the bed along with the nightstands just by bringing them into the house. Afterwards I did not accept the product which they did not take since I had to inform consumer services, they again took the bed but they did not take the nightstands and again the bed was beaten. Since then I filed the complaint, they told me to solve it without giving me dates or other information. Two weeks passed, the bed is still new, I don't even use it. I filed a complaint why I no longer want this product and you tell me that I accepted it and signed it. And that's how I signed because the delivery drivers need a signature because they didn't want to take what I didn't accept until they would send them back to pick it up SINCE THE AHSLEY COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN DELIVERY GUYS THEY HIRE DELIVERY GUYS from other companies and to this day I continue Without being able to do anything it is a shame to have to give them a star

      They charged me for 5 star service & refuse to refund me the charges, Making me jump through hoops for their dishonest practices. I tried to file a claim to have the charge reversed but I am getting the run around on every end. Just want my money back & for *************************** to admit his wrong & bad business ethics. I assume he doesnt want it reversed because he get a bonus or commission for selling people things they dont need. They dont deserve a star but you have to put one.

      I will never buy anything from Ashley again they delivered a couch with burnt **** on it. They way they do the warranty take forever the Ashley store do not care what they deliver to you. It is going on 2 months I have not gotten my couch repaired yet. I purchase my couch on 8/23/23 they delivered it on 8/25/23 on 9/15/23 ******* cousin was siting in the Livingroom I was sitting on a chair by the couch I looked down on the couch arm on the left side there was a burned **** I called Ashley they told me what too do they should have been out here fix this issue it is going on a ********* have extended coverage no one has called me or I been call they have an excuse I want my couch fixed they last told me on it should be **** business days. I called on 10/9/23 now they are having computer problems. Here is is 11/7/23 more excuses waiting for the fabric to coming in DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY THEIR REPAIR SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL. ONCE YOU BUY FROM THEM THE DO NOT CARE THEY GOT THEIR MONEY. THEY GOT THE ***** WRONG.

      Ive purchased a mattress from Ashley home store located at ************************************************************* *********** ** 29301.Im getting a replacement delivered and they told me an estimated delivery today 11/1/2023 thatll it be an estimated delivery between 11AM and 2:30PM it is now going on 4pm est. time zone. A courtesy call to the customer/myself wouldve been nice. when speaking to upper management at Ashley there response is no resolution or common courtesy was give just inconsiderate, rudeness and disrespect. Unprofessional and poor customer service!!!

      I was told I could buy a table and chair set 10/27 and pick it up at their ************/28, simple enough 10/28 I show up at the warehouse with funds removed from my account and a receipt in my email....to be told I could not pick up the table I had already purchased I'm currently waiting on a refund and I have absolutely no faith a refund has even been processed because iv received no email indicating my sale has been canceled or, a refund is being processed 10/29.
