      Horrible. Cancellation if contract less than 5 days. Resort refused to refund deposit. Tried to take more money 3 times after contract was canceled. Claims can't send refund by ****. Certified mail return recepit,express mail return receipt or registried mail claiming post office will lose check. Refused to give refund by credit card used. Although bank say they could. Refused to answer emails or phone calls. Salesman made sexual comments to with and stepdaughter. Management at spinnaker approves of salesman behavior stating he is top salesman he can do whatever he wants.

      I can only WISH of never accepting their first offer?? Had I read reviews I would have told them the unkind words I told them today. Weve been owners since 2018. Have NEVER had a successful, stress free stay in our own condo. 6 years later and only a few thousand to PAY IT OFF and still just lies,lies, lies. Everyone we talk to just blames it on a different office. Never been fed by anyone or any business like this one. Flip them off and walk out. First meeting??

      Do NOT buy into this timeshare! Nothing but lies and dishonesty! They promised all kinds of things and cant get any of it. Their lawyers have the contract written so you are stuck for life!

      Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S NOT GOOD. I requested my money back because I'm not able to travel for to my parents health and they said no. I have called to speak to a manager several times and they have not contacted me. I called several months earlier and they said to wait a while. If I haven't used this package and I'm not a member, I should be given my money back. There are times where life can change and you have no control. I should get my money back as requested. I'm very upset being this and I will never travel with them EVER!

      Brought a package to travel to a resort and they wanted a ****** to book reservation and A ****** insurance fee so I woudn't lose money it i had to cancel you got to be crazy. These poeple are crooks why doesn't someone shut them down. I want to give them 0 stars

      DO NO PURCHASE THIS RESORT. LIES LIES LIES. We purchased in February 2024 in *************************** and haven't got to use it yet and want to cancel. We went through the spill if we signed the contract and nothing they can do. ******** promised that we could get out of it at any time as to why we went on with the contract. We thought it was the truth. That was a lie and now we see why it was never put in writing. We can't afford it with my husband being 76 years old and a Vietnam Vet, we encountered some disabilities with the promise of getting rid of our Hilton Resort if we purchased theirs. Please think before you sign with spinnaker Resorts as you can see the reviews are horrible.

      If you had less than a star I would be attaching this. I entered into this horrible agreement in 2007. Have been trying to get out since 2012. Mine is paid off and I have never not paid my maintenance fees until now. I am so disappointed. I have written a letter asking to opt out and they have never tried to contact me. They have now turned me over to a collection group that I think they own which is harassing me. Buyer beware, never buy a timeshare.

      I do not any feel like this resort should get a one star !!! They never return phone calls, they lie to you and tape record conversations without your knowledge when your office. Do not get trapped into buying this time share. They are not family orientated and do not care to assist you as long as they get there money! Not helpful at all. Fees go and and you can not get out of this no matter what they tell you its a trap!!!! RUN!!!!

      I talked with a guy who identified himself as ********************* in customer service. After my credit card was charged I had questions about the process they were using to confirm the reservation. **** became very unnerved that I was asking questions and then became insulting. I asked for a refund and he said I needed to call customer service, even though hes in customer service. Eventually he said my money would be refunded but I dont trust that it will be. Im awarding 1 star only because I cant do 0.

      Probably one of the most disappointing vacations I have taken my family on. Kingscreek plantation resort rooms were not ready by appointed time even though resort had plenty of staff on hand, mostly just sitting around, after we got our rooms after allowed checkin time, rooms were missing towels, toilets werent clean and the next day no TV or internet service for the whole day. After trying to register a compliant with corporate office they were of no use and management never called back. Would not recommend resort to anyone.
