      I purchased $*** pre-paid **** at ****** on 5/31/2023 for my minor child who would be traveling without me on a school trip. I checked the balance and it said it was on hold, even though there was a balance of $***. When I called I was told they would replace the card in 14 business days. This is unacceptable that I am not able to use a card that I can see has funds on it and I am now left sending a child across country with what I thought was a loaded card that she cannot use. I feel like my money is being stolen and or held hostage.

      I went to a ********* located in Brooklyn NY on 4/18/23 to reload my Serve card for $20.00. I’m given my receipt and I leave. Next day, I check my card for the balance and no monies have been added. I call ********* and they state the transaction processed correctly on their end and I would have to contact the card service. I call Serve and they see no transaction from ********* and they tell me to file a dispute that would take 10+ days or so. They also explained that they would not be able to issue a temporary credit in the meantime. No resolution was provided to me. I am sent a link to upload documents for the dispute and the link does not work. The website also will not allow me to reset password even when using the last card I was issues and other private information for verification purposes. As of today 5/3/23 I redo an email from Serve stating that no credit will be issued after their “investigation”. I call customer service for information about how they came to that conclusion and instead I was given angst and snarky attitude, no solution, no option to speak to supervisor or escalate the call and was told I would have to start another process for an investigation for another 10+days. Serve, as it seems, preys on lower income and underserved communities as they make it nearly impossible to resolve/ fraud and credit disputes and rather pockets the money with no resolution or courtesy offered to the client. They unconvinced them, make them wait for their own money and take it after claiming to had done an “investigation” Very unethical.

      was given as a gift and cards got blocked reported it and a set of cards was sent out which I had to wait 7-10 business days and the cards never got to me. I then called CS for a second set to be sent out and they said they would expedite them. Now they are telling me i have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for these cards again. I don't understand what type of business they run but it seems no one knows what they are doing and I am very frustrated with this whole situation. I want my money back asap. I gave them my office address and the cards never got here. I need someone that knows what they are doing and have them sent to my office address.

      On March 27 2023, I had my debit card used illegally. A total of $****** was used from various retailers. These included ******, **** *** ****** ****, ****** **** *** ******, ********, and ***** ***** , I have followed many steps to recover my money independently. I spoke to the ******** and /or Metabank now called Pathwards. This company after their investigation stated that there were not any illegal transactions made through my account. I filed a police report with ******* which was transferred to the City ** ********** where the thefts occurred. I requested videos of those retailers at that specific time of those transactions, which were not recovered. A ********** Detective, Tyler ********, is responsible for the case. I believe that i deserve my money that Pathwards stated was not illegal taken from me. I completely disagree with their position. Please assist me in recovering my money.

      I purchased a **** ride on April 5th 2023.The amount taken out of my account was $*****.The driver never made any progress towards the trip so after 40 minutes I cancelled since he wasn't moving.I have called **** and they said it was a pre authorization hold they have released and my bank won't give me my money back or release the hold because they claim falsely that I rented a car.I can't drive and I never therefore rented anything yet they keep promising me daily that my money will be in my account.I was quoted eight calendar days from the 5th of April now am being told 30 because I quote "rented" a vehicle.I want my money back plus an apology for my pain and mental suffering.

      Received a credit/debit card in the mail without ever contacting this company. Shows a bank account with routing and account number tied to the debit card. Has a 844 telephone number to call but strictly automated. Must enter your SS# (which I never gave them) and doesn't give you the opportunity to speak with a person(their website says you can speak with someone). Not sure if this is a scam, my identity stolen or a very bad marketing gimmick! The info I received says the debit card was issued by: *** **** ******* **** Account is a checking account established by, and the Premium **** Debit card is issued by Pathward, NA.

      Had social security check deposited into ********* for years. On Feb 28 of this year they quit doing business with social security. Was sent a letter stating my 10000 dollars would be mailed via check. They transferred all funds to Pathward. Upon calling several times they keep passing the buck between Pathward and *********. I am 72 and on dialysis 3 times a week. I need my money. It's now been 90 plus days.

      A giftcard with a credit card type (****) purchased for myself as a birthday gift has been able to be used.
      The amount is $****** from a ****** store in **** *** ***** by my mother.
      I have attempted to verify funds, however the AI system kept saying it is unverifiable.
      I reached out by phone and one of the Customer service representatives stated it was used in ****** & a claim would have to be filed in order to get a replacement card sent to me.
      After waiting & waiting the claim forms never came to the address or the email I provided to the gentleman on the phone.
      Please note that I also, attempted to verify the balance through MetaBanks website as well.
      ****** corporation was unable to assist me as well regarding the matter as well.
      ***the card had a $**** charge as well to be reloaded but the back states it is not reloadable!

      My fiancé ** * ******** She was given an end of year gift of a $*** prepaid **** gift card. When she went to use the card it had a balance of zero. We called **** and they said the card had been used in ********** and the remaining balance was zero. The card was bought in ***** and still resides in *****. We asked for a replacement because clearly the information was stolen. They refuse to replace the card. When I asked to speak to a supervisor we went back and forth for over an hour and she eventually just hung up the phone. Now every time I call back they put me on a hold loop and they have no intention of resolving this. It’s sad that a company of this size sells a product and won’t stand behind it ********** *** * ********.

      I am expecting a refund of ****** for a cancelled transaction. I was told I would receive this refund on 5/22/23 at midnight. When I did not I called back customer service and was told I had to wait until the 30th of May. I keep getting the run around from these people. I just want my refund. Not told different stories every time I call.
