      I used ******** *********** to sell a ****** sewing machine May 17th and I have yet to be paid for this item. I have tried multiple times getting in touch with Meta Bank to just be sent in circles and when I finally get to talk to someone they tell me that they aren’t authorized to help with this matter.

      Hello my name is Rickey ****, April 11,2023 my federal income tax in the amount of $********* was deposited into my ***** ******** ******* account . April 12,2023 my ***** ******** ******* account was suspended and locked without reason. I no longer have excess to the account and their refusing to send me a check for my remaining balance or sending it back to the irs .I have constantly reached out to them and all they do is hang up on me and tell me its nothing they can do.I need help getting my refund back * **** **** **** **** ** ********* ** ****** ,this company is *** *** **** and needs to be shut down * ***** *** **** ******* **** **** ******** ********* *** ***** *** ***** ** ******** .please help I hope to hear from you soon .

      MetaBank issues a gift card called *******- $*** gift card they charge the gift recipient asking them to use a separate credit card to accept a $**** charge to activate the gift. Their is nothing in the card that says this will occur other than the few that is paid at the time of purchase- in addition they could deduct that amount after activating which I would find completely appropriate

      My account was closed on April 20. I was told I would have the money in my account would be mailed out and I would have it in 7-10 business days. I’ve still yet to get my money from my account a month later. I’ve called 3 times total. Every time I call I’m told 7-10 business days. So when I called today and was told the same thing I asked to speak to a manager. Which still told me 7-10 days. I just want my money and they keep giving me a run around. Last call I talked to was with Lorri. She said her badge number is *******.

      So i received a message from the BBB and ***** ******* stating that they would send my three checks via ***** so i could track them. Said i needed to call so that could be done. Now once i’ve called they are telling me they can’t send them *****. And once again telling me 7-10 business days. This has been going on for close to two months now. So they have lied to me once again. and to you all. please help.

      This bank, operating an entity titled "*********" has illegally opened a debit card account in my name. The card arrived at my house with little information about what it is and why I have it. I have called the number on the documentation included with the card, ************ to have them close/dissolve this account, but they demand a date of birth or last 4 of my SSN which I am unwilling to share because I did not order this card. I do not trust this vendor, and sharing my identity with them may cause additional problems. Their system recognizes my cell phone (when I call in) and has a relationship between my cell and this fraudulent account. I attempted to speak with their "fraud" detection department, where they said they could use my address to identify me (but then reneged and stated they wanted (again) DOB of last 4 of SSN). The bottom of the attachment includes banking information (not mine).

      I have a **** gift card with a remaining balance of $******. The card has expired but the funds do not expire. Upon expiration, the user contacts ********* center to have a new card issued with the remaining funds. In March I contacted ************ to have the expired card replaced with a current card. I was promised the card would arrive in 7-10 business days. On April 13 I contacted them again by phone to find out why the card had not arrived. I was told the card was issued on March 6 and to expect it in the mail.
      I contacted them again on April 13, was told the card was issued and to expect it in the mail. I was provided a case number of **********. On April 24 I contacted them again and was told to expect the card in the mail, the case would be elevated. I was provided a case number of **********. I contacted them again on May 11 and was told the card was in the mail, the case would be elevated with a new case number of **********. So far over 1 1/2 months I have been told 3 times to expect the card, but it never arrives. This card is backed by Metabank, which was bought by *******. For satisfaction I would like for someone to send me the card with my current balance, so I can use it. This is a simple request.

      I purchased a prepaid **** gift card from a ****** store. I often time purchase gift cards to get points and then use them on regular spending. I actually purchased 3 cards. Two issued by another bank and then this one issued by Pathward. All were $*** gift cards. When I opened this card out of the package, two of the digits were rubbed off and not legible. I didn’t think much of it and thought I would still be able to use it in physical locations but not online. I attempted to use it at dinner and the card was declined. I called customer service. The representative advised me to send an email with a photo of the front and the back of the card, my photo id and proof of purchase which I did on 5/6. I called today 5/12 to verify it was received. They said I didn’t send it until 5/9 and that is a lie. I have proof. Nonetheless, they now tell me I have to wait 30 business days for an investigation and then another 14 business days for a replacement if they determine I’m entitled to it. This is an illegal practice. I am entitled to a replacement immediately. This is not on the consumer, it is the company that is at fault. I want my funds refunded or I want a replacement card immediately. Otherwise, I will be gathering other plaintiffs for a class action lawsuit. *** ***** ***** ** ****** *** ***** ******* *** ***** *************** *** **** *** ********* ** *******
