  I made the mistake of choosing this company to buy gift cards for my nieces. I needed to check the balance of the card but the website balance look up does not work; also the IVR (automated phone system) for balance does not work. I called customer service multiple times but they refuse to give me the balance because we forgot some of the account registration information. I have the card #, the expiration date, and the security code. Avoid this company!

  They took 500 of my federal return saying it was for tax pre preparer fee and another 300 dollars saying it was for other fees.

  Very difficult or impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep. All I wanted were simple $10 gift cards to give my neighbors for Christmas. To activate the card they require you to set up a complete profile and even require your social security number. That is way to much for an activation of a prepaid gift card. I would never trust a company like this with my social security number.
  Unfortunately I tossed the receipt from the 7-11 where I purchased the cards at and have had absolutely no success in reaching ******** customer service beyond the automated menu. They have conveniently made it impossible to resolve issues. I feel bad for the people I gave the cards to because instead of a gift I gave them a complete headache for a simple $10 gift. I would give this company a zero or negative star review if possible.

  I wish i can give -1. Customer service as a whole is TRASH not just for this location, the agents aren't knowledgeable, and they are just plain rude. God forbid anyone were to lose their card good luck trying to get a new one. I'm going on week 2 trying to get an order place. Placed it twice on the app i gets canceled, call in to talk to someone either they dont know what to do and hang up or they are just plain rude and hang up. God bless us with these new age representatives "representing" these businesses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

  I have spent the last 3 years going against ****************** and ******** always being promised that they're going to do something about the problem I've experienced and never doing so today I have been promised that money is getting returned to me I've been promised that money has been mailed to me this is all served to be nothing but a lie they close my account they put red flags around me and they continued to this day to not honor any accessibility requests not honor any statements that I've requested to be mailed for over a year and a half to two years as a victim of identity theft data breaches fraud I needed access to my account my information my statements they failed to provide this for me instead they've continued to ignore me they've continued to lie to me this is corporate headquarters that I've been dealing with not to mention the fact that they have made mistake after mistake and never been held accountable for it so I want to know if people like myself are expected to uphold our end of the agreement or our end when we deal with places like this then what exactly is their responsibility because they've never done anything that they were supposed to do especially now today I went without medication I went without food water things I needed to survive because they continue to ignore the problem whether or not it's stemmed from them whether or not they contributed to the problem they were my bank they were the people I trusted

  This company is worthless. There is no way to get a hold of someone from this company. I've emailed the president of this company and someone else responded but haven't been able to reach them when I call. I filed a complaint about some fraudulent charges but they said it will not be until Feb of next year until they conclude their investigation, but they are quick to collect overcharge fees and card replacement fees. CSR does not allow you to talk to a supervisor or anyone else. You ask to speak to their worthless investigators and they can't do that. Makes you wonder if such people exist. I have been a customer of theirs since 2015 and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with this *** company. I will be taking my money elsewhere **************************************************. This company only cares about their own pockets and not that of their customers.

  Closes your account with no warning until you realize when you try to login to your account. Lacks communication and can't even give you a clear reason on why the account is closed. ***************************
