      I had my refund go to this card, they closed my account because they overdraft Ed by charging me a .73 debit fee. So they closed my account. My tax refund hit the card February 18th and they stated they would send me a check . It’s April 2nd I still haven’t received a check they said it take 30 days. It’s been over 30 days . Then I called back they said 30 business days. 30 business days was March 31st. Still nothing. If I don’t receive a check soon I’m going to look for a lawyer . I work for Capital One Bank . And I’ve never seen any of our customers go through this. I will never ever recommend this company they should be shut down.

      They stole $500 from my broke ass!! Said I can't even file a claim bc there is no transaction. I have a receipt that says otherwise!! Used them for a year w no problems. Then, they got me big.

      We have used Door Dash at our restaurant for several years. In early March, someone stole our business bank information and we stopped receiving our money. Someone used Pathward to steal our money. Door Dash will not resolve this issue and they say they have no idea how long it will take to return our money to us.
      Pathward is a scam and is stealing people's money.

      By far the most unprofessional company I’ve had to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. Supervisors and representatives told me something different each time I called. One supervisor Jessie told me he’d hold the phone till 6pm. And then he’d hang up on me. Next supervisor had a screaming match and hung up on me all because I was informed of the wrong info more than 10 times of calling

      Got a $50 Visa gift card for my birthday and someone else used it before me in a store 6 hours away. They wanted me to get the original receipt from the person who bought the gift card then mail it off to them and then wait up to 90 days to possibly get a refund. This was after spending over 3 hours on the phone. Needless to say I gave up and my $50 is gone. This company is a scam and their customer support team is designed to frustrate you into not making claims.

      Had money on my cad ended when use it card being denied and saying no funds . Try checking it out online it keep saying no card number or wrong card number worse cards service

      Horrible experience trying to use their prepaid visa debit to pay bills
      And no one to talk to on customer service line, literally fake that you can request agent and routes you back to card info
      Extreme stress hoping the $100 that is on there will be accepted at register tomorrow
      Forced to travel with disabilities to pay bill in person rather than online
      Ridiculous sign up spent an hour just on that process with it needing to verify my phone and email twice and still not able to see if card is activated
      They act like you could set up your finances on this card but how truly????? If you can't tie your address to it you can't use it online
      Tells me the balance on phone but on website won't show card info even after asking me to register card
      Why have all the Visa Debit cards quit working for anything online and why don't they have to tell you that on the package now?!

      They do not deserve even 1 star. This company is coldhearted, disrespectful, unapologetic, shows no compassion nor concern for the customer. During Covid they were more concerned about charging fees than the health of a human. (The only reason I left a star is because I could not post without selecting a star) Other than that they are useless.

      I think that pathward.isnot a Bank is not a goodbank and ******** for refusing me from accessing government issued social security deposit been waiting science jan3,2023 I'm being kicked out of my apartment I also had to go to the hospital because of hunger pains furthermore I can't afford my hiv copayof meds

      I had fees taken out my federal refund my taxes was sent to them on 2/16 and they refuse to take their taxes out and and my federal to my bank instead Pathward is holding in odder to draw interest thats ashame how money hungry the world is
