      I have a Serve Pay As You Go card I have tried to register the card online and I have not been successful I can use it but I can't contact anyone at the company unless I choose an option that my card is lost or stolen! I am currently having issues checking my balance and I also believe I may have been scammed using my card I tried calling to report it but the person is foreign and can't even get my name rite whenever I got through to someone I had $50.00 left on my card and have had so many issues using it I will not be buying another one of this brand this is horrible!

      I never received my $100 card that was lost and I contacted The customer care team it issue a replacement and they never did the card was purchased on the 8th of October and today is November 13 2023 I’ve contacted them several times with no success and the representative was very rude and did not resolve this I don’t recommend this company their a fraud !!

      these people are full of crap so i received a direct deposit from my job i couldnt access my funds or still cant rather their company has been down for about 2 weeks ive emailed ive called still nothing i cant get a live person on the phone or anything then when you call card.com theyvtell me i have premium when i wasnt aware of their premium i signed up for the regular prepaid card

      I'm trying to contact anyone about the card website with pathward bank. Even if I could contact anyone who has access to my acct on ur end would help.
      Can someone please tell me when I can login to my bank card at www.card.com and unpause my acct so I can pay bills? I'm so scared I haven't eaten since Fri I can't get gas so my only option is to walk 2 1/2 hrs 7 miles. I'm so scared. I work hard for years to be responsible pay my bills have a job and I can't believe I'm going to lose it all. Is this even legal? Help help help hundreds of ur customers and their children are going hungry over this customer login problem. Most live paycheck to paycheck.

      No star: Pathward is the company behind the Serve Reloadable Visa Cards that are sold in Walgreens Stores. Pathward Visa Cards are a scam. The activation process requires you to enter the Visa card number, CAC number, a username, a password, name, address, social security number, after you initially enter the info it states that it needs you to login to complete registration as you tap that button it sends you back out for log in. As you log in it does note recognize your password, so you try again and re-enter the info for registration including Social Security Number and then it tells you there was an error with the system and to try again later. You call the Customer Service Number it wants to verify you are a person and prompts you to either enter the 3rd or 1st digit of a 3-4 numerical code it tells you or to enter a 2 digit code it tells you. If you don’t enter it the call disconnects. You call the Customer Service line back and it gives you an Addition challenge before you continue… 5 Plus 9 equals and it prompts you enter your answer. If your answer is correct it does one of two things. It will ask you for the card number to activate if you get that far the automaton voice wavers in and out and disconnects or it tells you that you can only do lost or stolen cards via the customer service number and to activate you must go back online. This is a huge scam. Please do not purchase this card. Will be putting in a complaint to Walgreens for selling such a thing to their consumers.

      These people only get 1 star because I can't give them 0! I have been trying to recover money from a pre-loaded card that went dormant from my deceased daughter. I have done everything these people have asked and I have been waiting 9 months for my money. I email and call often and have been given every excuse in the book. Just pay me what you owe me!

      Why is there not an option for zero stars?
      This is the most corrupt, evil, vile, despicable corporation in the world. They will steal your money, they will give you the runaround, and they will throw their own employees under the bus, especially new ones who don't have a clue what they're doing, and just following directions from their superiors and when you call them out on that, they retaliate because the truth hurts.
      They owe me thousands of dollars and I will get it. I've given them chance after chance to pay me what they owe me and they tried ignoring me at first but I have a big mouth. They then dismissed me, playing the "blame game."
      I have every single email. This is about to go public bc my mouth is about to get bigger. Social media, here, I come.
      You should've done the right thing. We're going on almost 6 months now and the longer you have put this off and put me off, the more you are going to pay me.
      I was nice and gave you chance after chance to do the right thing, and I suppose you thought I was going to shut up and give up.
      I even warned you not to let your pride and ego get in the way of admitting fault and paying me what you owe me And I don't care how big you are, you are not above the law. You'll be paying me, as well as thousands if not more, other innocent victims very soon. That's not a threat. That's a promise.
      I urge anyone and everyone who has been dealing with this corrupt corporation to go public, contact their state attorney general and rally with me.
      This vile corporation will be held accountable for the fraud they've committed (and continue to commit) and we, the people, will finally get what is owed to us.
      Dollar General, Spendwell, InComm, be prepared bc you're going to be paying for your fraud that you committed/commit with them.
      I warned you all. You didn't listen and thought you were about the law. You were very wrong. Evil never wins.

      I have been banking with Ace (Meta) for 4 years. In that t8me I was always charged to cash and deposit checks even though I had an account. Recently my account was blocked for suspicious activity saying that I used it too much and they didn't know when it would be unblocked. I could not transfer m9ney which caused problems with paying bills and I could not use my cash app even though it was tied to my account. I paid $85 to cash a check and then $5 to deposit it into THEIR account, $5 for maintenance and a withdrawal fee. You are better off getting a chime. They are a joke. The representative called and asked what time I was available to talk and never called. Please don't use this bank.

      I would give it ZERO stars if I could!
      I received a $25 gift card from a friend in a Thank You note. It DOES NOT WORK - not in person at a store, not in an app, not online, not even on their own website.
      It's SAD because my friend really couldn't spare the $25 and I can't bring myself to tell them they were SCAMMED.
      SAD, SAD, SAD that this company is profiting off of hard working families.
