      It’s not good I over paid 254 they both times kept my money with promise to return excuse is ten days but it’s a ach draw from checking they get next day then our service are awful we stay cause of und hockey but it trends constant interruption never ends I call it’s the same answer here let me reset it never works more then 12 hours then back to trending I even got told it was my tvs well I bought 4 new when I moved they are not same brand rca vizeo Samsung and Hisense sorry all 4 can’t be bad same time I wish und hockey was with someone else this is expensive and bad service but we want out hockey so it sucks for us we went to college at und Debbye J****

      Midco billed me $155 and I don't have an account with them. When I called to ask them to investigate the charge, the were not able to determine how they completed the transaction, who completed the transaction, could not find the dollar amount, or the account that generated the transaction. Their response to me was to file a fraud claim and close my bank account, because they could not guarantee this would not happen again. Talk about a lack of controls in the finance department.

Filing a fraud claim through your bank will certainly take care of this - there is a potential that someone represented themselves falsely when making that charge if we were unable to find it in our system.       Midco in Lawrence, KS has had a cable on top of ground behind homes on Crossgate Drive for over 12 months. They have been asked to bury it 3 times with no action.

      They shouldn't even get a star. They are thieves that take your money whenever they feel necessary. I paid an extra $203.48 on top of my $96.74, requested my money immediately and they refused to do so and justified it by saying, well now you don't have to pay your August statement that's due August 1st (said on July 14th). My bank also thought it was fraudulent and got me my money back.

      Every month, my bill went up by $10, $20 and then $50 with no notice. Even after calling in and being assured my bill would drop from $86 to $58, my next bill was $140, including a $10 late fee even though I've been on autopay for over a year. F*** Midco. You're better off without WiFi. Even after cutting my data in half, my bill doubled. What am I even paying for?!?! What a scam.

      They just hooked up the fiber line 7/6/23 it worked and speed was slow and they said it would get better, it was supposed to be 250 Mbps and it's 3 Mbps now, 2 hours later Internet keeps failing I don't know why the BBB doesn't shut this company down. I have holes all over in my new siding, wires hanging all over outside. The Tech just left and I called him 1 hour later (multiple times) and he said don't call me anymore, call the 1 800 number Rude and I wish I would have kept the old phone line that was 10 Mbps vs what they said I would get (250 Mbps) They lied!
      I want to sue them for the holes they put in my siding and in my house, They offered 250 Mbps NOT TRUE! BBB shut them down!

      Customer for over thirty years in central North Dakota. Loved the company. Moved to Fargo this year. Poorest and most incompetent service ever. Have xfinity in another location. Hope the buy them out or the franchise license is not renewed

      When I first ordered Midco it took a month for them to figure out how to correctly type in a mac address into their systems for my modem to work. I had 5 customer service calls and they couldn't figure out that the number was wrong how? I brought the modem into the store twice and it wasn't until the second time that they realized the mac address error. Then I have years of middling flakey service, and something happens to my account. I cant log in online, and don't know whatever my pin was. None of the account lockout issues were a problem though until I had to switch my credit card number for a security issue. Suddenly i'm billed for three months without service, their "one time payment system" just eats my money like a broken arcade machine eats quarters, and their competitors are half as much per month for twice the speed. Midco is half owned by Comcast FYI, so you could make the same Comcast jokes. Because its mostly the same, but with less modem compatibility than Comcast, and their software/website might also be a little like half baked Comcast. The service technicians and workers are nice though, but I payed $99-$120 a month for years, and they really want me to go a competitor and pay half as much for better speeds.

      Freezes all the time. Doesn't record most shows. Support is useless and will give you a copy paste response. Nothing will change unless a better company buys them and changes their ways.

      I have received nothing. I've told each rep each time to change the name and number but it never happens. I still get info with the previous owners name.
