      I purchased a ******* utv 400 online and picked it up on March 24, 2023 order number **********. The price was around ******* with tax.We brought it to our farm to travel our 50 acrea to attend to tasks, but we only got to use the machine once or twice before it quit working. The unit had 4 miles on it when we received it and we put 6 on it. It had a total of ten miles on it before it died.So, we deal with having to bring it in for warranty work. This place has had it for a month. They tell us motor is bad. But no plans have been made to rectify the situation.Its been 3 months and we need a farm machine. Paying interest on this purchase and can't even use it. I want a refund including tax. I don't trust this brand any longer. How does an engine break after 10 miles?

      Want to share the review I tried to post to TS on 6-25-23. Got an email saying the mod reviewed it and it "didn't meet guidelines" (no info on which ones). So they replied twice about the review that they blocked (to hide negative feedback). Wish I had seen the BBB rating, would have never purchased from them! blocked reivew by Tractor supply (and their response above) follows: *(TS) Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! (My review) One missing one damaged, still no response. Buyer beware, you may not get your entire order! I only received one of the two ***** of EZstraw that I ordered. On top of that, the one I did get was damaged. It minor, but considering I'm missing one it's really disappointing. I reached out to Tractor Supply thorugh the Contact page as soon as the order came in. The pop-up said I'd get a reply within 2 hours. That was around noon today, it's now almost 5pm and there has been no response from the company. I can't even use the bale they did send until i hear back from them about the one that's still missing. The tracking shows that it was delivered but I'm out nearly 20$ now because they didn't deliver the whole order. I would really like the product I paid for ASAP or a refund. Just be warned you might end up not getting what you paid for.* So basically they stiffed me on the one, blocked the negative review and made no effort to contact me to fix their mistake. I was charged $45.77 for the 2 ***** but only got one. Feels like I just got scammed. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew they would only send half my order. Be nice to know why they ignored a customer complaint about missing product but responded twice about the review. Still haven't heard from TS as of 6-30-23. No refund, haven't gotten the rest of my order they claim was delivered in full. Absolutely ridiculous that they still haven't made any effort.

      Ordered flowers from Tractor Supply on June 2nd as they were to ship within 2 days per the website and receipt. On June 7th received another email stating order is taking longer than expected. I have given it time and I reached out to the company on the 23rd. I spoke with a gentleman name ***** who gave me a reference number and stated he would reach out to the supplier as they were already closed for the day. He reached out on Monday, 26 June and stated he could not reach a "live" person as everything is automated and left a message for the supplier to please give me a call with a status update and provided all my information. ***** told me to call back on Wednesday, 28 June if I don't hear anything from the supplier. I called back to Tractor Supply around 3 pm cst today. Conveniently every time tractor supply reaches out to the supplier/vendor they are always closed. I have asked on numerous occasions to cancel my order and it is always, we cannot cancel your order. Tractor Supply has not held up to the "ships in 2 days" from the 2nd of June I ordered. Here I am almost one month out and cannot finish my lawn project due to no product and the cost pending on my card. I have been hung up multiple times when I asked for corporates number. When I call back in they state customer solutions is at corporate and there is nothing they can do. All I want at this point is for my order to be canceled and pending transaction on my card to be released so I can take my business elsewhere.

      We bought what was suppose to be 10 hen chicks. After 4 months we found one is a rooster. I called the ******* ** location to be told sorry that no one told you there is a possibility. We dont take livestock back and cant help you. Try to rehome or tradeWith no signs or any type of warning by sale associates I now have a rooster which I never wanted. Shady business tactics.

      Purchase of 100 foot zip line made on the tractor supply website. Product arrived but I changed my mind and went to the store to return it per the return policy posted online. I provided my order number and have the product in hand with me, but was turned away because the product did not show as having been delivered. After making phone calls to the corporate headquarters and escalating the issue, nothing happened. I was turned away and told to come back later in hopes that a product would show as having been delivered, so that I could then return it. According to their website, I only have 30 days to return this product and at this point its already been 9 days.

      Purchased Tractor Supply Order for same day delivery on 5/29. Order not delivered. Contacted Tractor Supply Customer Solutions Team and Store Managers (*************, ************) on 5/30, 5/31, 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5, and 6/6. Each conversation ended with a promise resolution to my delivery and a phone call back. Not once did the customer solutions team call me back. On 6/14 I contacted customer solutions team and was informed my order was canceled on 6/7. Tractor Supply never informed me they canceled my order. As of 6/13, Tractor Suplly has not refunded the purchase amount and tomorrow will be one week.Seeking an adjustment to the BBB Rating of Tractor Supply to reflect the shady practices of knowing some customers will NEVER have their orders delivered, and yet hold onto their monies for an unreasonable amount of time (over two weeks!).

      Tractor supply credit card offers promotional points of 5% in rewards on everyday purchases. We have not received any points since 02/09/23 due to tractor supply's IT issues of somehow merging accounts for my spouse/I along with a son who works at TSC causing us on multiple trips to not be identified in their POS computers. Also, by not being able to collect points due to us during our multiple trips throughout the months. We have an email chain steaming from May 2nd alone just with IT ***** and issue was logged on April 27th of issue. I am unhappy it has been over ********************************************************************************************************************************************* TSC stores but also on website.

      On June 4th I ordered a welder online for pickup at a store 48 miles away in ********, **. When I arrived I asked about the price match guarantee, the manager on duty was clueless. The manager on duty called his manager and the manager on the phone refused to talk with me but he made up all kinds of ridiculous excuses for not honoring price match that were in direct contradiction to the policy on the company website, in addition the manger on duty was extremely rude referring to me as "this guy" multiple times. Apparently common courtesy is not valued by Tractor Supply. The next day, June 5, 2023 I contacted customer support line. Later that day (June 5) the store manager, *****, called me to apologize and said he would honor the price match guarantee and give me $100 store gift card for my inconvenience. We arrange for me to visit the store on the morning of June 10th. When I arrived store manager ***** stated he was reneging on his word & corporate policy by not honoring Tractor Supply price match. The manager stated he decided this with the District ************************, the day before (June 9). I asked ***** the manager why, since the he knew I was traveling 96 miles round trip, he didn't give me the courtesy of a phone call to cancel our appointment. His response was "I was not told to give you Courtesy". I tried to discuss with him the reason for the change but ***** would not answer any questions. I remained calm and did not raise my voice, though I was frustrated and upset. ***** told me I had 5 minutes to leave or he would have me arrested. I was shocked! I responded I was leaving immediately. ***** approached within a few inches and I thought he was going to put his hands on me and assault me. ***** followed me out the store while calling the police. This was such a horrible experience that it is almost unbelievable the level of rudeness, inconsideration and lack of integrity Tractor Supply has. All I ask is to honor price match.

      This business has slandered me in there last response.  I have not abused anything; I bought the same item at 2 different  locations based on availability of the Hobart welder at their locations.  Per Tractor Supply written price match guarantee, which can be viewed at this link *****************************************************************************.

      When I inquired in store, the manager made several excuses that contradicted their written policy refusing to honor the company policy.   Then the manager said he would honor and wwe made an appointment to meet him and when I arrived the manager reneged on the agreement.  There was not abuse simply this store refusing to honor their written policy.

      This complaint was made 60 days ago.  There his been ample time to investigate.

      The matter is simple; i requested a price match based on the Tractor Supply price match policy.  Which states: " Tractor Supply will match any competitor's online or in-store price on any identical item, except the following:

      Products shipped from or sold by third-party or Marketplace sellers on websites **************** Amazon Marketplace)

      Competitors' pricing on used, refurbished, or pre-owned versions of our items

      Competitors' pricing on close-out sales or liquidations

      Due to the chargebacks you filed for both orders, purchasing at more than one store for a Price Match was sent to our Prevention Team.  The price match will not be honored.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I followed the Tractor Supply price match guarantee at the store.  I was given multiple reasons for not honoring the price match.  Every excuse given was contradictory to the written policy on company website.  

      Bottom line there was no reason to deny the price match.

      Both price matches in both stores were were not approved by **************** as is policy.

      This matter was sent to the District Manager who confirmed the price match was not to be approved.

      Chargebacks you filed for both orders.

      Multiple one order.

      This matter has been sent to our Loss Prevention Team.

      The price match will not be honored.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Why did the store manager not approve the price match?  I complied and abided by the written policy on your website.  Your store manager called me, said he approved the price match and set an appointment to meet.  Then when I arrived first our meeting  he cancelled the meeting and refused to talk with me.  He referred me to the district manager which I called multiple times and never received a return call.

      Why was the price match not honored?

      I had been a loyal dedicated customer of ******************** and regularly always shopped there for everything - all my needs, and it was a pleasure to support the store. I was given a TSC Credit Card (not the **** just the store card) that I was so happy to receive and so glad to use. I never charged much on the card. I ALWAYS paid my balance off ON TIME and also NEVER missed a payment and in fact paid more than the balance most times. Due to serious medical issues and progressive medical situations including Covid-19 and being disabled, I developed some financial difficulties that needed to be resolved during this serious time for me physically, Apparently Tractor Supply did a review of my credit score and CANCELLED my CARD on me with no notice and for the most flagrantly biased discrimination I have ever heard of. I have several credit cards, and even another department store credit card from one of the largest stores in the country and NONE of them did this nor followed this discriminatory practice of Tractor Supply. And I retain all of these cards to this day. I find what Tractor Supply did not only discriminatory but also done in a way to discourage a customer from feeling comfortable with ********************** and going to the store to shop. I have heard several other instances of this happening. Since then I have not returned to shop at TSC and never will again. The resolution of this that would make me feel good about myself despite my disability, would be for TSC to reinstate my store card. That's all I would ask, and that a practice they follow that no other department store or bank I know of, follows, would be reviewed as it is a form of discrimination based on what I have learned from talking to a friend of mine who also practices law. I use to love shopping at TSC for everything. I not only would not return myself to shop there but I would discourage others who have experienced the same thing I have, to be cautious as well with shopping there.

      Their response is not satisfactory as they control the business model for how their credit cards are handled.  This is not true.  Citibank owns other cards.  I know as I have them.  Its not a Citibank policy otherwise it would affect other cards I have with them.  Its a Tractor Supply policy and they need to admit that.  My credit card usage and payments were perfect with them and there is no need to punish someone who has a perfect history with them.

      Reading Tractor Supply's response, I did review the card member agreement.  It does NOT state that this policy is part of the card member agreement.  So This is in violation of your own agreement.  Citibank also owns other cards and this is not exclusively Citibank either.  Otherwise this would have happened with any card I have that they own, and I did check on this to confirm this.  I still am in possession of any of those cards plus my bank cards.  I made a complaint to several Tractor Supply employees when they asked me about my card status.  They told me off the record that you do this since you have financing options as well for large purchases and heavy equipment.   And that it has been done before, but its not a fair credit policy for those who charge on the card and never use that option.  That is what they told me.   I was glad they shared that with me and I would like to post that comment somewhere for others to read.  So basically the bottom line is, this is in violation of your own card member agreement that I have in my possession, and this should be reversed and remedied.  I am going to see if I can get further information from these employees I spoke with too.

      I purchased a grand Teton pellet stove from tractor supply in ******* ** and after a two months I had to install a new controller panel and shortly after that a new blower fan and exhaust fan then two more controller panels. I contacted tractor supply in ******* and they said if I filled out some paperwork then I could return it so I did that was in February of this year Ive contacted them on multiple occasions as to where my refund was and they tell me they are working on it. It is now June and they have yet to refund me over 1000$ and I would just like my money refunded and be done with this issue
