      On Feb 16th I purchased 2 dogs runs with assembly. I was never contacted by the company to set up the assembly so I called tractor supply to cancel it. Tractor supply got the approval to cancel it and a refund was issues. February 27th I received authorization charges on My acct for both assemblies that never occurred. I have contacted TSC numerous times about this only to be told they are working on it, nothing they can do, waiting for IT to fix it, the system malfunctioned. I was able to speak with one supervisor during all this,****** and was assured it would be resolved. On March 27th TSC reinitiated the authorization charges. I have called several times since then and was advised finally on 4/12 that supervisor **** would call me back that day. This never happened it's now 4/18 and this still has not been resolved. I have 2 charges for $179.14 each that need to be returned and no one can seem to get tho fixed

      04/26/2023, received email from Tractor Supply. Not sent to BBB but in response to my last email ****************** 4/06/2023.

      Advised me I did the whole refund thing wrong. I did take the time tonight, which does not show on their website. It truly is an 

      abomination on refunds. I filled out their form (secondary company) and was advised it will take 4-6 weeks for a Echeck.

      I am advising they have lost a customer who shopped this store since they opened St2222. I also, advised, instead of having

      a complicated refund policy for live plants they need to have one printed and displayed (IN VIEW) by the live plants. Not after

      you purchase a live plant, go online to a messy/complicated refund policy on live plants. Then it's to late to return the plant at the store.

      Too, advise the St2222 Manager to be knowledgeable about Live Plant Returns, NOT "We don't guarantee live plants-NOT RETURNABLE"!

      Please, keep my complaint on Tractor Supply's file.

      I have spent half a year dealing with an issue with the Producer Pride Defender Chicken Coop. Every call I spend ***** mins and end with "leadership will call me" and they never call or email me. I have had over 15 interactions now with various customer support staff (some more than once).The product was defective and the reviews all state a similar defect with the leaking roof. Instead of a replacement I was sent a replacement part. That part did not fix the issue, the roof still leaks. By the time I received the part and it was installed I was outside of warranty. The original defect I reported when I was still in warranty was never resolved. I am left with a chicken coop that leaks water inside everyone it rains and no one from Tractor Supply that will help me.

      We have offered to refund 50% back to the customer and refunded shipping costs as well so he can either get this one fixed or put towards the purchase of another one. We also already have given him $300 worth of gift cards and with the discount puts him at about $1,000 total for defective coop.

      Had a Tractor Supply credit card back in 2018 and defaulted due to Covid hospitalization. I paid my account in full , November of 2022 I asked for my collection to be removed on good faith . Instead of removing the collection they changed the date of the collection to 22 November 2022 , that makes my collection look recent, this has caused my credit to drop along with being denied several loans.

      Tractor Supply sent customer all Terms and Conditions that are applicable for customers who have a TSC card managed by Citibank November 2022, the BBB was closed. 

      Customer emailed ******************** Customer Solutions November 2022 to notate another formal complaint that his debt was showing paid but still not removed from collections.  Customer noted he will not shop with ******************** until ******************** removes Citibank as our Credit Partner.

      Customer must work with Citibank and *************** to have it removed from collections on customer's credit reports.

      On Sat. 3/25/23 I tried to do an online order from Tractorsupply.com and use my free SAME DAY DELIVERY from the local store #****. At check-out it wanted to charge me an extra fee to use SAME DAY DELIVERY. I called the local store in ***********, ** # **** and spoke to ****** (last name unknown). He said he was unable to fix the problem and to call the 800#. I called and placed my order for SAME DAY DELIVERY and got a confirmation email of my order # **********. At 5:30 that same day I had not received my delivery. I called the 800# and they called the local *********** store and was told "*********** did not have delivery drivers on the weekends and had not had a weekend driver for weeks." After speaking with a supervisor at the 800# named *********** (last name unknown) he called another local store ********, ** store #**** and was told by the manager they "refused" to send anyone to pick up ***********, ** order and bring it to me. My question is WHY did the manager of the *********** store ****** not inform me that they did not have a driver to bring me my order on Saturday. I never buy the Mare and Foal feed from the ******** store #**** because they never have any in stock. We had a 10 minute conversation about SAME DAY DELIVERY and he had every opportunity to tell me they did not have a driver that day.

      I am rejecting this response because: AGAIN Tractor Supply has NOT fessed up to s******* up, they are standing behind their lying employees instead of standing behind their customers. TSC's store #**** manager ******************************* response on 5/14/23 that two of their employees "***** & ******"  (from the two stores #**** & # ****) worked to bring me my delivery SAME DAY is a BLATANT LIE.. The 800# supervisor "***********" is the one who called the ******** #**** store on 3/25/23 and told me that store REFUSED to send their driver to Franklinton #**** and pick up and deliver my feed. Therefore validating ANOTHER LIE toId by a TSC employee. I received NO SAME DAY DELIVERY on 3/25/23. They need to speak with their delivery driver "*****" who called me on Monday 3/27/23 to deliver the feed and I told him NO since it was no longer needed and the SAME DAY delivery was supposed to be made on 3/25/23 but WAS NOT MADE. I spoke with ***** today 5/24/23 who again VERIFIED there WAS NO DELIVERY on 3/25/23 b/c HE was the one who me called on 3/27/23 and attempted to deliver my feed since it wasn't made SAME DAY on 3/25/23...so TSC has AGAIN lied through their teeth. So since the previous manager ****** is no longer employed by TSC then I want a written apology letter from Corporate admitting THEIR S**** UP and that THEY/THEIR EMPLOYEES LIED...!!!!

      I ordered a snowblower on 1/28/23 order # ********** from tractor supply online at a sale price of $900.00 reduced from $1039.00.with a delivery date of 2/8/23.Order never shipped its been 2 months and after several calls to customer support being told its processing or on backorder and keep checking my emails still no s owblower .winter is now almost over .I have called at least a dozen times only to get the runaround I have a receipt for the unit as proof. On 3/23/23 I call customer service and was told **** canceled my order due to price discrepancy I called toro and that's not true they don't cancel orders . I believe tractor supply mispriced the product online website and is trying to get out of it.I called my local store and was told if I have the receipt it should be honored..2 months waiting and being lied to for a difference of $139.00 is pathetic on there part. Tractor supply said they would refund me or to choose another snowblower wich at that price are made in ***** junk or a single stage not two stage like I ordered as of now I have been canceled by tractor supply.any help is appreciated sincerely *************************.

      The other snowblower are inferior to Toro I researched them  all consumer reviews prove this .I have spent hours researching and do not want a poor quality unit  ********** can still get them at 1400.00.So they are available there excuse is bogus.

      Online purchase date of 3-20-23, paid for item, and then they sent me an email and said it was cancelled. We called them and got nothing but excuses. This is the second time this has happened (this time we paid over $800.00) and someone needs to stop their false advertisements or they need to be shut down!!

      They put false advertisements on their sites, all the time, and get by with it. This needs to be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!! We called them and they can't even tell us "why" they advertise items that they don't have in the stores to begin with. We paid for, and ordered online, a pellet stove that they advertised for around $800. and said that they had one in the ***************. store. This was a LIE and they cancelled our order, via email (which said our card would not be charged...which is yet to be determined? as we can't believe them at all...I may have to file another claim on this too??) . A while back they had advertised a ****** Cable tool set (at a good price) and we were told that they didn't have that in ANY store, and couldn't buy it. This is an ongoing, LIEING, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT policy that they have and someone needs to take legal action to STOP THEM, and I was hoping it would be the BBB !!!

      Their response would be accepted, EXCEPT, this HAS happened several times before!! Their apologies mean nothing to me (heard them before). They need to be FINED for false advertisement, PERIOD!! We did get our stove from Rural King (same stove and cheaper and Rural King delivered it to our home (as they promised!). You (the BBB) need to keep them in your sites, as I'm SURE they'll do this multiple times, over and over (as they've done in the past). Thank you for your help in this matter.

      on feb 7th we bought a stove through the store on line and used our credit card. bsnk says it was fine. they said it was not do they 1st put on 2 credit cards. 1 for ****. 2 one ******. for a total of2******. then they transferred it to our credit card. stove never showed so on Feb 13 we cancelled order. never seen/ took possession of said *****. still in ********* for how long. Now no stove and No return of our **************. made many calls to manager ****** and 4 to customer solutions. nothing has happened and are having to make payments on something we never got. will not return our money. please help us get our money back or suggest someone else who will help us
