      Purchased a snow blower on Jan. 19th, my credit card was charged. As of Feb. ************************************ know when the snow blower would arrive. I then decided to cancel the order. I was told that a credit would be put on my credit card, after 6 business days, this has not happened.

      Tractor supply website has false advertising. When using their app. You can choose the options of free delivery for orders over $29. As a points member which I am. Today I placed an order. Chose the radial button for the free delivery for my order that was around $85. When I checked out. They charged $95 for delivery. I called to get this cleared up. I was told that what I ordered was excluded even though the option was there for those items. Its false advertising. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have paid MORE for shipping than what my total order came too! I cancelled my order. I want them to stand by the options on their website. I ended up cancelling the order because they refused to stand by what the website offered.

      I used this Job Smart compressor very little and keep it in side all the time ive owned it. and keep the oil level corrett, the compressor stopped working suddenly Ive used the compressor for personal use, not commercial for the price i paid for it it should have lasted longer than 20 hours use, please refund my purchase money thanks let ***********************.

      On June 20th, 2022 I bought a Pellet Stove from Tractor Supply with my Tractor Supply Credit Card. It's a Model # KP60-XH SERIAL# ********* Manufacturer Date: ******** The Stove was shipped to The Tractor Supply Co. Store in ****************, ***** and I picked it up middle of July 2022. I first used the Stove in about Mid November 2022 and on or about 1-2-2023 the Combustion Blower Started ***************** the metal blades were grinding with sparks and loud noises then a loud popping and shorting out sound and the control panel reads ERROR & won't turn on. The Igniter acted like it wouldn't spark and catch pellets on fire and the Stove has to be cleaned with Vacuum 2 to 3 times daily for the stove to work properly. This stove has major defective parts and is a severe fire and electrical hazard yet Tractor Supply Co Customer Solutions told me to plug the stove back in and take photos to show what the stove was doing. The stove wouldn't turn on when it happened and I will not replug the stove in as its a Severe ***************** Hazard which could not only catch my home on fire but also cause electrical damage. Company Refuses to fix their defective product & said they don't send Stove Technician to look at or fix stoves. They may be able to send parts but are now refusing to help me. Do to this I have had to pay for 100 plus gallons of #1 ************ Can't use the 6 tons of pellets bought for stove, and pay a technician & buy parts. Per the **************'s Implied Warranty of Merchantability Law. 11 M.R.S. ***** the stove is covered under warranty for 4 Yrs. See attached. This is so wrong and I'm left not only still paying for the defective stove but suffered great financial loss due to the company's refusal to help me. I wrote them a letter and have never heard back from them.

      Online order for Log Splitter placed December 2022. Called Tractor Supply Company using PayPal as payment method. I called TSC online order line when I did not see the payment come out of PayPal or receive any confirmatory email or text. I was informed that there was no confirmation of the original order, so the item was reordered. On December 12, 2022, I was charged $498.18 via PayPal, then again on December 13, 2022, I was charged another ****** via PayPal. I subsequently received 2 log splitters. I called TSC who issued a *** pickup, and 1 log splitter was returned. I have reached out numerous times to TSC and have still not received a refund for the returned item. TSC informs me they have no confirmation of the item being returned and they will contact ***. This is the response I have gotten 5 times of calling since January. I fulfilled my duty in returning the item which TSC initiated a *** pickup for, however I have not been refunded my money.

      I recently purchased 02-06-2023 an item at your ************, ********* location. Within in a couple of hours, I reached out to your ******, ********* store to see if they had any more of this item in stock. I was told that they had two. I asked them to put a hold on both and I was on my way, about 10 minutes later I arrived. When they went to ring these items up, they attempted to charge me more than four times the price that I had just paid at the other store. The woman that I talked to was named ******, I asked her who could I talk to about what I feel is wrong. She quickly let me know that she was the one to talk with. I asked her who was above her. She informed me that the person was named ***. I said ok I want to talk to him, she informed me that he was in the store. I told her that I would wait. She said wait but I would wait at least two hours and she walked away. After waiting awhile and seeing that no one was going to help me, I left. I believe that treating a customer like this is wrong. They should have been made to honor the other stores price, seeing that it was the exact same price.

      Order for giftcards were placed - giftcards were either cancelled or orders placed with giftcards cancelled. I have no access to any of the funds, and I have not been refunded for my orders. This is $3200 that I am missing that Tractor Supply owes me. I would like my orders refunded. Order ********** and **********.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The complaint will not be considered resolved until the money is refunded back to my card or I'm given the goods I paid for.

      All of the gift cards no longer work.

      All orders placed with the gift cards were either cancelled or the items were returned to sender before they arrived. 

      If you want the complaint removed, I need to have 100% money back or my goods. If a BBB complaint does not encourage you to do the right thing and give me my money back, perhaps an *** IC3 fraud complaint or taking you to small claims court will. 

      This could have easily been resolved by now. There is no excuse for how long this is taking. Refund my money.

      Tractor Supply is promoting the TSC **** credit card and is advising holders of the normal TSC credit card to switch it to the **** card. I did that at the store. I got approved and the original TSC card was cancelled the same day. **** has now rejected sending me the **** card saying I already have a TSC account. Which I do not. I checked today and it is cancelled. I am not able to get anyone at TSC **************** to help me. I cannot get anyone at **** to help me...no live people come on the line to help straighten this out. I called the store and they can't help me. So I hope that the BBB can help me draw attention to this and get someone that is alive to help. Otherwise I will NEVER trade again at a TSC store. My credit is excellent as well. I wanted it for the points.

      They can call me to resolve this.   If they wish to truly demonstrate true customer service in the matter.   I tried mt best to get a real person to explain this issue and they make it pretty hard to get to someone using those numbers. I had 3 different numbers that I used and none of them got me to a REAL person to explain this.    They can call me if they wish.    ************.  

      They have said that a **** card has been sent to me, but I have not received it so far.  Who knows these days.   When will **************** return back to the way it used to be......true CUSTOMER SERVICE.      Or they could ask to please leave my number and we will call you back at a minimum.  

      So disappointed.

      I made a purchase from Track Supply Company my purchase was canceled and the response that was sent stated that the item was our of stock. That was false my neighbor placed an order for the same item and was able to get her purchase. One of my items were shipped and the next day I recieve an email stating the seller stopped shipment to return to seller. I contacted the company asking can they send me an email stating where in there company policy that they were eligible to make this decision. The rep said they do not currently have a written statement in there policy to do this., I asked to speak with a supervisor she became rude with me and hung up the phone. Order #**********

      We recently identified the misuse of coupon codes, which forced us to disable key features of our electronic and Gift Cards for in-store and online purchases. The situation also affected our Buy Online, Pickup at Store orders which were delayed. Upon learning of the issue, we worked immediately to address it and now all online services are available.
