      On 9/15/2022 I joined the Tractor Supply ***************** Since then, my email has been inundated with spam. (At least 20+ per day) repeated emails to Tractor Supply have been fruitless. Nowhere in the joining process does it say that they will be selling my email, opening me up to spammers and possible hackers. The only option when signing up is to opt out of 'receive emails from our partners', which I did. My only other option right now is to shut down this email, which I have had for over 20 years. Please help!

      We are very sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Tractor Supply Company on 10/27/2022 suppressed your *************** account to cut off all future promotional and rewards emails from our company. This process can take up to **** weeks to completely remove the email from our mailing lists. Tractor Supply Company does NOT sell customer information to 3rd party companies.

      Immediately after I signed up for the ************** I started receiving (and still receive) at least 20 spam emails per day. I did not receive spam in this amount before signing up. Tractor Supply falsely states that they never sell email addresses. I stand by this assertion.

      July 28th 2022 I purchased a New 2022 ******* Outfitter UT400 for the amount of $ ******** Upon the first 2 weeks of use I was noticing it has gas power issues. About the 3rd week I was stranded away from home by this vehicle completely shutting off. I waited 2 weeks for TSC to be notified from the distributor where to take my New vehicle I just purchased in full. A month later the end of September I still don't have my New vehicle I paid paid in full.

      The Tractor Supply locations in ***********, Riviera Beach, and ********** are not adhering to Purina's satisfaction guarantee. For Tractor Supply's reference, we have attached a photo of the guarantee, located directly on the bags, and copied the text below. "Purina appreciates your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please return it to your authorized Purina retailer for a replacement or a full refund. The product guarantee only honors the original purchaser of Purina products who buy the products directly from an authorized Purina retailer."Purina's guarantee states, "If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please return it to your authorized Purina retailer for a replacement or a full refund. Tractor Supply can find proof of purchase of five Purina products in the files attached. Each one of these bags is $21.99 excluding tax and $23.53 including tax.https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/purina-duck-feed-pellets-40-lb-3004428-205?cm_vc=-10005 The total is $109.95 without tax and $117.65 including tax.Please advise management at the Tractor Supply locations in ***********, *************, and ********** to adhere to Purina's satisfaction guarantee, and issue a refund.

      I purchased a canine vaccine for my dog today. The store has the vaccines locked up. I asked for the set of vaccines and the employee told me she was going to leave it at the register for me as I did all my shopping, about 30 later I purchased my items and drove home. I live about 25 minutes away. By this time the vaccine has been out of the refrigerator for about a hour. When I went to mix the vaccine I noticed there was very little of the powder. I called the store back and spoke with a supervisor. He told me the vaccine needs to stay refrigerated or the powder will start to Dissolve and it is not safe to give to the dogs. I did not know that. The supervisor told me I could bring the shop back in for a refund or a replacement. I told him I would rather just bring it back and be refunded because I want to take my dog to the vet and get his shots done there instead of doing them myself. My husband drove back to return the shot. The manager ********* was extremely rude to him and told him she would not return it because it was open. He told her that I had called and explained that it was open. She would not replace it or refund it for us and told my husband to leave the store. I contacted guest services and the manager ********* lied to them and told them that she had offered us a replacement. She accuse my husband of putting a different liquid with the vaccine. Customer service offered to send me out a new set of vaccines but she was unable to because of a California law not allowing them to be mailed. At this point I just wanted to be refunded for the vaccine. It is in the trashcan and no good to us. The manager ********* at this location is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. She should not be working with customers and definitely needs to be retrained.

      This tractor supply location is the closest to our non profit animal rescue. All others are at least a hour away and this one is 30 minutes. I have been going to this tractor supply for over 2 years now to purchase supplies for the rescue. The new manager ***** seems to have a personal issue with me. We spend around $3000 per month and $35000-$45000 per year at this store alone. They hire young employees that are very rude and disrespectful which I've filed a complaint about in the past and that's why ***** is prejudice against me. I've purchased multiple bags of feed and hay from this location and over 5 times they have messed up my deliveries and in store picks up by shorting me on hay or bags of pellets. I went into this location when they already owed me 4 ***** of hay and then bought another 4 ***** since that covers a full week of feed. My truck was full of feed so I asked the male employee to load the 4 ***** I was already owed and would come back to get the remaining ***** within two days which is why I didn't have the employee sign my receipt for the new *****. When I came back the new manager ***** decided she was going to try and do research when I asked for the 4 remaining *****. She then took my receipt and contacted me within a couple of days telling me she looked at the cameras and saw 4 ***** loaded into my truck and to never come back to the store again. She has repeatedly cancelled delivery orders to the rescue not made by me but donations from other people. She has cost our rescue thousands of dollars because of her personal opinion on what she thought was the case. If we spend thousands there every month, why would we steal $80 worth of *****? filed 4 complaints with the district office. I would like to shop there for the rescue animals, a refund of the $80 I spent on those 4 ***** or the 4 *****, for donations to stop being cancelled to the rescue that has nothing to do with me. Thinking you lost $80 is not the same as losing $45,000 per year.

      I have NEVER received a missed call from the store or a voicemail regarding them trying to contact me. I haven't received an email either. There has been no attempt for this store to reach out to me regarding any of these issues. They have ONLY cancelled the donation orders people have sent in for pick up or delivery. They have also directly cancelled my orders.

      What has the store attempted to say when contacting me and who has tried to contact me, when? What is the outcome?

      Is this company going to continue to give the same response with absolutely no resolution? You have not answered my questions or left any contact info for me to call to see what's going on. These are just automated responses from the business. I have already addressed that not one time has the district manager reached out, not one voicemail, not one email, nothing.

      This complaint concerns TSC's failure to Unsubscribe me from their e-mail adds after several weeks of clicking on the un-subscribe button. It is against the law for TSC to ignore this request as they have done. They have (by law) ten days to act upon the request. That have ignored my repeated requests for much more than 10 days.

      For over a month I have repeatedly asked Tractor Supply to remove my email address, the one used for this complaint, from their mailings. I have used their unsubscribe tool on the emails that I received. However, they have yet to unsubscribe me from all emails.

      I purchased a wheelbarrow for $119.99. When I got home the sticker said $74.99. They refused to give me the price that was actually on the wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow is broken and I want a new one at the price that is marked with a $45 refund!!!!

      On 8/27/22 at aproximately 4:39pm I saw a advertised price of $1.99 on *************** layer pellets at Tractor Supply Company in Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. I took a picture of the advertised price and brought it up to the counter and showed the cashier and told her I would like 15 bags since it was that price. The cashier prodceeded to tell me there was a mistake and that they would not honor that price.

      On 12/27/21 I purchased a********** 120 38cc 14inch chainsaw for $229.99 also I paid the replacement plan $39.99 , last week when I was trying to used my chainsaw at work to cut some trees the chainsaw just turn off by it self , I try to turn it on again and only works for 10 min and again it turn off , I went to tractor supply located in highland NY and I spoke with the cashier and the manager and I was told that I need to send my receipt to the power equipment number in order to keep a record of my purchase,,, just to clarify when I purchase this product at tractor supply on 12/27/22 nobody in the store explain me any of this !!!!! I told the manager that when I purchased the chainsaw nobody told me that and she answered me that it was not her problem because she was not working there at that time and right now this is how things are done ,, they ask for all my information and also I brought my receipt , so she told me that in the store they have some mechanic that will try to help me to repair the chainsaw, I left all my information and they promised me I will get a call Back next morning, I wait and nobody call me,to tell what was wrong with the chainsaw , on Monday 08/22/22 that left me a voice mail telling me the chainsaw was ready to pick up at the store , I pick up the chainsaw this morning 08/26/22 , I went back to work and I used the chainsaw again and the Same problem happened again today , I am losing money because I can't finish that job because I need my chainsaw, this afternoon I went back to tractor supply for an answer or maybe to see if I can get my money back because I need to buy another chainsaw,,,, I ask to speak to the manager and when he came to me he said he can't do anything about instead he told me what the other manager told me when I dropped the chainsaw last week , send a picture of your receipt and text this number ,,, he said it's not that hard and walk away ! I was very mad !! If anyone here can help me I need my money back !!!!!!
