      November 10th I spent $775 in Tractor Supply in ******, **. for my non profit dog rescue. One of my items was a 10x10x6 kennel for the dogs. There was one guy to help load it and instead of putting it in the back of my truck carefully he just tried to shove it in there when it was clearly stuck and by trying to force it, damaged my truck. Not only that but when I said it was damaged he didnt say anything and walked away. I immediately took pictures of the damage and called corporate who told me I would get a call from the district manager within ***** hours. They gave me a reference number that was ims1121885. I waited a week and got no call so I again called corporate about the issue. Was told that this case would be moved up to the top priority.. that was November 17th. It is now November 25th and I have yet to receive a single call about the damage to my vehicle. Not only that but they allowed an extremely aggressive German shepherd into the store. It did not have a proper muzzle to prevent it from biting. It had a mesh muzzle that did not fit properly and was on a FLIMSY RETRACTABLE LEASH. It tried to lunge at myself and another man. Literally had its nose touching my leg. Even if it had a correct muzzle on, it should not have been allowed into the store. That is an accident waiting to happen and the employees did not care.

      Why does the company offer same day shipping if the products dont get delivered the same day? Why is the products online not match in stock ever! I

      The customer was advised that orders have processing time so that if a same day shipping order is placed in the late afternoon, sometimes it won't be delivered until the next day. Also, advised customer to reply back with his local store so I can forward his inventory complaint to the appropriate individuals

      I bought a toolbox from tractor supply company that advertised a 3 year warranty. The latches on the toolbox broke, when I went to tractor supply to resolve the issue they told me that the warranty was a manufacturers warranty so I contacted the manufacturer and they stated that they do not have any such warranty. Further more they informed me that this is not the first instance when this has happened and that they already notified tractor supply that they can not advertise a warranty that they do not honor. After contacting tractor supply back and telling me this they then proceeded to send me to a third party warranty service that they use. I have been in contact with one of their reps sending multiple emails and ******* has given me no response in regards to honoring the warranty and it has been well over a month now. I would like the toolbox replace or better yet I complete refund of my purchase since they are advertising a false warrenty

      I purchase regularly from my local tractor supply. I usually use the online app to make purchases then have the store load my products. I've been putting up a fence around my 2 acre lot and had to purchase gates. No normal gates would do, I had to buy farm gates. So I made a purchase online for 4 quantity, 10 ft gates order number ********** on Sep 20th 2022. These gates were loaded into my truck and were installed by a licensed contractor. Within a week, these gates started rusting. Now all 4 gates are badly rusted that they probably will not last one darn year! I'm ****** upset! I paid $647.96 on these gates and now they are rusting fast! I've filed a complaint with the store, I've written a review and have photos proving my statement! No one CARES! Tractor supply needs to stop selling this poorly made product! Now I've wasted my hard earned money on this product. Not happy pictures attached below

      the gates are already installed on my fence. So that means I would have to pay someone AGAIN to take them off exchange then pay someone AGAIN to install them! Poor quality gates should NOT be sold!

      I am filing this complaint as , multiple of my orders been shipped with empty tracking numbers for past few weeks, Ive reached out to support team multiple times with no answers... ORDERS ********** *********** *********** *********** , **********, ********** *********** *********** When can I get some answers as to what is going on with these orders/Most of my orders ship out with tracking no issues Please help

      What would you call a company that charges $480.00 to have an item shipped to their store? Makes you go through the return process even though you never picked up the item. Returns your money. Well, all but the $480.00 shipping charge. Leaving them with an item they can sell as new because it never left the store, and shipped to them at your cost.

      Tractor Supply Co ignores all requests to cease and desist email spam to my address. I have participated in their email "begin unsubscribe process" for two months, totaling almost sixty times and they still bombard me with email spam. I have closed my Neighborhood membership and they still send me email spam. I will NEVER shop with them again as a result of this, and my next stop if BBB is unsuccessful at helping, notify the FTC with a complaint. All I want the BBB to do is make TSC cease all communication with me. Thank you.

      On August 27, 2022, I purchased a chicken coop from Tractor Supply online for a total amount of $604.98. The order number is 1108601381.When the product was delivered to my home, I discovered a few broken pieces and called customer service to initiate an exchange. Upon receiving the 2nd coop, there were still broken pieces found so I called again to report and initiated another exchange. The 3rd(and final) coop was also damaged and I made the decision to cancel my order and request a full refund. After speaking to 2 different employees on 2 separate occasions, I was told by a store manager at my local tractor supply that they were in contact with corporate and would be refunding the full amount and allowing me to keep the coop with broken pieces and would have new pieces shipped to my home free of charge. I did not belive this to be true, so I waited and followed up a week later to find that was not true and the item needed to be picked up before I could be issued a refund. I understood and told the customer service rep on the phone what the manager had told me. I was told the pickup would need to be scheduled but the 3rd party company would follow up with me. Again, that never happened. After at least 2 more attempts on 2 separate days to try and resolve the issue and simply get my refund, I was still left with no response. I called last week and after explaining everything to the customer service rep, she informed me that a manager would follow up with me on Monday and call. Today is Tuesday, I have not received a call and I continue to have over $600 missing from my account because of tractor supplys failure as a company. I spoke with another representative today and she assured me she will personally work on my case to get it solved. That remains to be seen but I am beyond frustrated and demand I be refunded my money plus interest immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'm glad you spoke to the manager, I assume she did not inform you that after receiving 3 different chicken coops, all 3 had broken pieces which is why I initiated the refund process rather than be shipped a "new" coop or replacement parts. After contacting general customer service as well as the ****** store, I have yet to receive a refund. This companies lack of customer service is an embarrassment and you WILL issue me a refund.

      I have unsubcribed at least 20 times from their spam emails that they send almost daily. I even called their IT and had them unsubscribe me, yet I still am receiving spam emails. At this point the company is still harassing me with unwanted emails. It has been 2 months from the first time I unsubscribed, how is this legal?

      Tractor Supply blatantly ignores requests to remove my Proton email address from their bombardment of mailings after repeatedly going through the usubscribe process and going into my TS account and entering a Gmail address for TS to use. My ProtonMail is a business address which I never conveyed to nor authorized Tractor Supply to access.
