      I have been hearing a lot of complaints about chicken feed from tractor supply, company, reducing or stopping egg laying for producing hens. I recently sold my farm that we had for six years. From the get-go in 2016, we had chickens and bought tractor supply scratch grains and cracked corn. For the first couple of years, we never had any issues with our egg layers and feed. Within the last two years, we noticed our flock would stop laying altogether. We thought that maybe something was wrong with the flock and so we started giving chickens away for people to process. We started over again with a new flock of young chicks and pullets that we’re almost at the age of laying. We again bought the tractor supply feed that we had in the years past and fed him that for a year, with none of them laying any eggs. Instead of bringing those chickens with us thinking something was wrong with them as well, we again gave them away. After reading reviews about the tractor supply feed for the chickens, I’m beginning to think something was severely wrong with the feed.

      I placed an order online on 12/23 for a pallet of salt - have called your customer service number twice and both times no one can provide an answer to when I will receive
      It’s been over 3 weeks and on line it stated it would ship in 7 days
      What’s the story TSC ??? CS employees are less than helpful!

      I purchased a tractor supply brand 35 gallon water pressure tank for my well june 25th 2020. The bladder in the tank failed Christmas of 22. I contacted tractor supply on December 26th. I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer (*******). *******  told me it is tractor supply's warranty. That they no longer manufacturer the item for tractor supply. Tractor supply is responsible for the 5 year warranty even if they no longer carry the item.
      I have been going back and forth for a week and tractor supply has told me they aren't going to take care of it.
      In my opinion a company is only as good as its word, a warranty is an extension of their word. Refusal to warranty a product based upon you no longer carry it...... that's a company saying " we don't care what our warranty stated".
      Tractor Supply does not honor their warranty. Save yourself the hassle of buying anything from this company.

      Ordering online and shipping timeline is mis-represented. We paid an extra $8 for two day shipping and they sent the item out six days later (not even delivered yet). Customer service team stated it is because of ******** processing and item is actually arriving early. Tractor Supply does show a processing time on your email receipt, however this is not clear when you place the order.
      I just feel like it’s a way for them to get extra money- wish we would have ordered from somewhere else..

      I would rate tractor supply a zero if possible. Ordered a item off their website to ensure my 1.5 hour drive to their store would not be wasted. Order was canceled with no reason as to why. Emailed customer support and received a lame excuse as to why their inventory was inaccurate. No attempt was made by Tractor Supply to remedy their wrong. Never again will I be a customer for them

      Ordered online on Dec 10 for shipping onthe 14 . Have reached out to TSC CS every week and was told it would ship the following week 5 emails and 5 different broken promises on shipping later … I still do not have the product I paid for on Dec 10th .. total scam and nothing but constant lies

      This is day after Christmas and tractor supply is out of winter coats. They need to keep stocked with coats. Do not sell out of your heat lamps. People’s need those things. People rely on you to have these items.

      I am writing a bad review for the Retriever Orthopedic SKU:1661553 dog bed so no other person will buy this bed. We are retired Social Security and splurged to purchase this $69.99 bed for our dog, AJ’s Christmas present. Today when I went to wash the cover I wanted to cry. AJ has had this bed for about 2 weeks and the top chipped foam cover is nothing but thin cheap paper looking material and it was disintegrating.
      The egg crate mattress and its cover is fine. Now what do I do other than to make my own cover at my expense. I wish I could take it back.
      I never ever have written a bad review about a product bought at Tractor Supply before.

      Where to start.. TSC policy says they price match. I remember price matching wasn't common until ****** came about. This store refused to price match my items with the ****** listed price saying they do not match ****** at that location.
      Well someone needs to tell their corporate headquarters that that location doesn't follow company policies. All my Christmas gifts that I was planning to buy from there will now be purchased from their competitors.
      Doesn't sound like a good business plan for them to follow. But hey if they want to lose one family of customers at a time due to ignorant management then so be it.

      This ordeal went on for two weeks. I ordered an ATV online where they offer a delivery service with a fee. I received a call questioning me about the weight and size of my purchase from the delivery company (like I’ve inconvenienced them) and was asked if I could assist the driver getting it off the truck. When it arrived, the ATV was badly damaged. As well as damaged, you could clearly see there was no way you could get the ATV off the truck without a ramp. I sent the ATV back. After one hour on the phone to customer service they reassured me that they could deliver it safely without any problems next time. A week later I get notification it’s being delivered the following day. That morning (7:30am) I receive a phone call asking me to come and collect it from a loading bay because they can’t get it off the truck. When questioned, it was the same truck as before ….This is what you get for $800+ delivery service. Why offer a service you obviously can’t honor?
      I was told multiple times that they would be able to deliver.
