      Great communication, Amazing staff, and has handled the few issues we have had with in a few days. I set it up and haven't had to worry about my yards since.

      True Green killed my bushes when they sprayed my lawn. The manager came out and refused to say it was their fault.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.  A member of the local management team visited the customer's property and evaluated the landscaper plants.  The plants in question are in a raised bed of river rock, and are far enough from the lawn our sprays would not have affected them.  The manager who did the assessment did not think they were dead, but needed some time to regrow leaves.  The plants in question are 20 years old, and part of their decline could have been from wind damage from the storm on September 26.  The homeowner had trimmed back the plants.  The homeowner is not on our tree/shrub program, but we offered to apply fertilizer to help them recover.  The homeowner declined our offer, and requested their lawn service to be canceled.

      They are the worst! I have used them for over 15 years. This year Army Worms destroyed my yard. They didn't let anyone know this was happening. My neighbors yard wad fine because they used Fine Turf. This will be my new lawn service!

      I paid for a year in advance for service in October 2023. In August 2024 they began charging my credit card for service. This seems to be a fraud. If you pay for 1 year you should get 1 years' service.

      I would give this company zero stars if it was possible in a review. They have many inexperienced people spreading chemicals on your lawn and this company destroyed my property and the next-door property over a period of three months. They killed many parts of my lawn. Stay away from this company at all cost, you’re better off going to Home Depot and buying Scott’s fertilizers and putting it down every three months and you’ll do much better. They did refund my money or 80% of my money, but who’s gonna fix all the dead spots in my brand new lawn?
      STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE LARGE BROWN PATCHES ALL OVER YOUR LAWN- THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

      I entered an agreement with Trugreen on June 4, 2024. The agreement was for them to spray the front, back and sides of my home. I noticed during the times they came out, they were quick about coming out and leaving. I found out last week, 10/14/24 from the ***resentative who came out that they had me initially in their system to spray only the front and sides; not the back. He said he saw where I was paying for the entire yard; front, back and sides. I called Trugreen and advised I was only getting half service done and not the full service according to my/our initial contract and agreement. The *** on the phone advised someone told her to tell me that I was getting a discounted price, so basically because I was getting the discounted price, they were not going to make amends for their error/mistake. The ***. who came out to my house said and even showed me that I should have been getting my backyard done based on the price I was paying. He even checked with his manager. My complaint is that I had a contractual agreement with Trugreen for them to spray the front, back and sides and that was our contractual agreement. Trugreen did not live up to and uphold the contractual agreement that was initially made. This is unfair and just not right!!!! They need to reimburse me for missed yard applications or come out and spray my backyard for 3 or 4 more applications as initially agreed upon!

      I am a long-term customer. I prepaid for my services for 2024 in Dec 23. Generally, all services are preformed shortly after a TruGreen message is phoned to my home. Prior to a scheduled appointment on 23 September 2024, I received a message that the TruComplete aeration and overseeding was cancelled. I waited until 16 October 2024 for a rescheduled appointment - and then checked my account on-line to see if anything was indicated there. I discovered that a falsified work voucher had been posted, indicating that the work had been done on the cancelled date. It is NOT DONE - and a casual look at my lawn would confirm that - there are no aeration holes and plugs in my yard. The only grass seeding that was done was completed by me. I communicated this information to a TruGreen representative by phone yesterday. I was advised that I would be contacted. I am still waiting. That was a $500 ticket item.

Corporate customer care reached back out to the customer to confirm **************************** but has not been able to reach the customer.

      This service was completed on the day it was rescheduled. Contrary to the company's remark that they were "unable to reach the customer" - I spoke to at least two employees after the service was rendered - indicating that my complaint had been dealt with.

      A truegreen crew of idiots came out to spray my neighbor's lawn. The guy holds the spray head up so the toxic herbicide/pesticide mist gets carried by the breeze down the whole street and into people's open windows. The chemical smell is all over the street! It's not enough that three out of nine households on the street have members that died of cancer. And they don't post notices on the where the c*** was applied. Besides the neighbors being way underinformed of the dangers, the criminal truegree scumbags ignore all *** regulations on the maximally cautious application of these toxic substances.

      I have been using Trugreen for my lawn. Just horrible horrible lawn company. Once they did the service for weed treatment and there was thunderstorm within few hours. Which lawn company will do service on a day there is rain and thunderstorm forecast? Nobody knocks at the door that they came or leave a note or email but surely charge my credit card they hold. Anyways took me a while to get them back in to do reservice. Then conveniently charged me for the reservice visit. Took me forever to get the charge off. Then came back to do couple more services. I would always complain to them that the weeds are still visible. So probably last time just poured some heavy duty non-selective weed killer and killed all the grass around it. I sent pictures to the so called manager ****** who barely speaks English. He tried his level best to explain that his company didnt do any damage to my lawn. There are ugly dark brown patches of dead grass in the lawn. I told him to fix the problem. He said he cannot fix the problem. In whatever English he spoke he explained that the weed I am talking about is not a weed but its Dallas grass and that he cannot take care of the Dallas grass. And that the dead grass was not something he can fix. He said if he walked in my neighborhood all my neighbors have the same problem of dead dried grass was his answer. The company hires such outstanding managers who infuriate customers all the more. I told him I will be involving BBB. He said Thank you for your business. I dont know what he meant by that.

      I have been with Trugreen for over 12 years and was happy with my service until COVID. Constantly having to call for retreatments while my beautiful St Augustine grass is becoming dead from bugs and Bermuda grass/weeds take over. The Management in Houston will not return your call so if you are unsatisfied they send the same Tech out.
      Last year i lost approximately 2 pallets of St Augustine which they agreed to reimburse me for after I pick it up and lay it. This year is about 5 pallets to fix the damage from incompetence. The Service Manager cancelled my 12 year account noting I said I wanted the cancel and I was threatening to come up there to the branch. This was totally untrue and even offered the recording from my camera to Vicky in Customer Service at the branch.
      I called the Memphis Corporate Office today and am told someone will call in 24 hours. That's what was told last week and many other weeks before, we shall see. I cannot see how the company can "guarantee" a beautiful healthy lawn when they refuse to care about their product or service.
