1 starAbsolutely horrible. Killed off 1/2 my lawn. Reckless spraying killed or damaged several Lavender, Purple Coneflower and Russian Sage to name a few. They cancelled our contract and gave us $200 back. Horrible service, good phone service but words were not put into action. We were getting our home ready to sell but now it looks like the Arizona landscape.I am going to take pictures and send it to my local ************************ to help repair the damage. I am not a suspicious or paranoid individual but I have 100 fold amount of weeds I had before!Review fromNela A

TruGreen is a deceptive company. They never notified me about my contract expiration date, but were very quick and constantly filling up my email or calling me offering additional services. My displeasure with them is that, they performed lawn service twice, four days apart, that I never authorized after my contract expired and then billing me $420.00 for it. I feel that they over charged me for the one year of service they did provide. The service provider would take 5 minutes to spray my lawn, whenever they showed up but that's on me for not verifying how much it should really cost. And my lawn doesn't look any different or better then before I hired them after the one year of service. When I called to dispute and stated that I never authorized these services, they in turn said they will send my acct for collection. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will tell anyone who will listen to never use them. They are not doing business in good faith.

Gave this company 6 months to do what they promised with my yard. They tried to lie and say I had mosquitoes and upsell me when I use another company for mosquitoes. Never noticed a difference in the amount of weeds in my yard and when I complained about it they came and just started randomly spraying and killing the grass and bit the weed and made my yard look even worse. I used them to treat fire ants and they said it was 1 treatment per year and it did not work. They had to come and reapply it and 2 weeks later I still have fire ants. I cancelled my service and tried to get a refund and they told me they would not issues a refund but instead I needed to reopen my account and keep paying the see results. This company is a complete disaster and I feel like I was taken advantage of. All these treatments were not cheap either. Very disappointed!TruGreen

I had the lawn service for several years. It was hit and miss with the results. Recently, the company lawn service representative failed to totally service my yard and the tell tale sign was the failure to leave a service ticket at my front door.TruGreen

I cant say enough bad things without taking a few hours here. They spray for weeds when its raining by running up and down the yard. I had Army worms that destroyed my yard.I have been trying to schedule my aeration and seeding for2 weeks now. They came out in August to seed and aerate, when it was 92*. I told them it was way too early. I live in **************. I said please come back end of September. I never heard back from them. I have made 3 phone calls since Monday spending an hour and a half to no avail. My neighbor called and got put on the schedule in 5 minutes. Please dont use TRUGREEN HORRIBLE SERVICE.TruGreen

This is the last chance that I allowed TruGreen to rectify the situation. They claimed that they spraying my yard to kill crabgrass but yet there was 5 large patches growing in plain sight. I called them with my concern and they sent someone back to respray which didnt do anything. I went to hardware store and weed killer and the job myself. This is one of the worst companies *** ever dealt with. Now they want payment for a service with no results. My yard was destroyed by weeds which they said the sprayed for.TruGreen

This company is very shady and misrepresenting their customers. I was quoted one price and then when I was billed it was completely different. I tried 20+ calls to get to the bottom of this and was not successful in getting anyone to look at my account, pull the call or provide any sort of customer service. Then when one person called me he said I was over charged for my lawn originally, If I was over charged how can the company not be sure that I was miss quoted in the first place. Even at that call I asked to speak to someone above them who could hear my complaint which was 5 weeks ago. The miss direction, mis-communication and horrible customer service should not be happening. You cant quote on person and then bill them a different amount and in the end say we don't have proof that we told you that amount even though the call was 3 months ago.TruGreen
