      Scam! Paid for 1 year service $475 on 09/21/23. On 08/13/24 I get a bill for $58.40 for an application. Not even 1 year has passed. I was told it auto renewed and I never agreed to this nor was I informed . More importantly, the results of the applications were VERY POOR, IF ANY RESULTS!!. I immediately noticed this and had to spend more money with my own fertilization from the very beginning. I thought I would give them a try I got severely bit!

      Thank you for your feedback.  The service Trugreen provides is continuous from year to year unless the customer calls and tells us otherwise.  When a customer prepays for service, they pay for a certain number of applications, not necessarily all the services the customer would receive within a 12 month period. The scheduling of services may change slightly from year to year due to different environmental conditions, so the prepaid amount may be exhausted in either just less than or a little over a year.  We contacted the customer to try and discuss this.  At this time, the customer's service has canceled as requested, and the balance for the last application has been credited.

      This company put a large portion of my lawn on the 3rd time they serviced my lawn. A worker from truGreen came out to the housed to look at the damage. He did tell me the lawn was **** by the amount of fertilizer that was used. He said the I need to give the loan a lot of water, with the amount of damage it will be impossible to just water the **** grass. I asked him for a refund and he had idea if that can be done. Then he left/The next day I called TruGreen and the could not help me so I cancelled with Trugreen

      Totally disappointed. Charged for 2 services only did one. Still tons of weeds. Asked several times to cancel and issue refund but no response. Msg and emailed them asking for refunds. Still up to date nothing. Their own technician stated that their salespersons are liars just to get business. So I had to have my credit card company dispute the transactions. I definitely would not recommend them. Use ****** or ***** Services. Its unfortunate that in this market where great service is a must, companies still dont care.

      I had an agreement with TruGreen lawn service. The agreement offered the option to cancel at any time during the service period. After 6 months of lawn treatment I decided to cancel my account. I phoned the service and conveyed my reason for calling to an auto service device. A person ultimately answered. I repeated my reason for calling and he said his computer was slow, shortly thereafter the line disconnected. I called again and repeated the robo part of the call and finally got a person who asked be to hold on before the line was disconnected again. Three attempts latter, as soon as the phone line connected it disconnected almost as quickly.The contract allowed auto withdrawal which raised my concern. When I attempted to Communicate through my TruGreen app, I discovered it had been disabled and is disabled as I write this. This morning I received a notification from TruGreen that they updated my next treatment and were coming today. They appeared at 9:00 AM., Perhaps to get in one more installment. I have been in contact with my bank, after payment for todays service TruGreen auto withdrawal will be blocked. I regret that this became necessary to cancel. I will never do business again with TruGreen

      TruGreen caused an infestation of Armyworms on my lawn and they won't come out to kill them. It started right after their technician came out and sprayed my lawn. TruGreen doesn't want to send anyone out ASAP. They waited three days before sending someone out.

      On behalf of TruGreen we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer. ********************** service manager *********************************** spoke with the customer during the property visit he conducted, he stated that there were army worms present on the lawn. He assured the customer that ********************** did not put them on her lawn and that we would address them on todays service call which was on August 14th. They also discussed the overall health of the lawn. Its drought stressed and had compacted soil. He gave her our watering recommendations of 3 times a week in the absence of rain. Ms. said she will begin watering. As a save attempt and for her frustration, we will perform a free aeration for 2024, which will be done next week on August 19th.

      Do not do business with this company! They lied promised a service they had no intention of providing. Called customer service they would not take my call. After requesting chat they Told me there wasnt any record of me, what? They deleted any information they had of me and services that they had provided. Scary!!!!!!!

      We have used TruGreen for the past 3 years and our lawn has gotten worse each year. Called to make a complaint and they blamed the lawn conditions on us. We cancelled our subscription and will go back to the lawn doctor

      Trugreen sales rep give a ridiculosly low price for lawn services. They want a credit card on file for these services. I was promised 37,95 for 3 services, After checking on real cost at website,I was charged ******. I immediately cancelled service and removed card on file. Be very cautious the local business in ************** is just starting up and they will say anything to get an account and then charge correct price.

      Multiple calls and texts that my rep will be here between 8 and 1 today. No show. Called 800 number and was told the rep had vehicle issues. No calls or texts regarding delays. Asked for full refund as my yard has more weeds than when I started service. Submitted for 'review,' within 24 - 48 hours. I asked if they worked on the weekend and was told no. It may be by Tuesday someone would get back to me. The rep texted me and said he would get here today. I told him I had cancelled service and asked for refund. He followed up to confirm and said he would help me because, 'lately the people over the phone haven't been cancelling when a customer asks to do so and they'll still have us send out to their house for services. I'll make sure to help you out on my end and make sure your account is actually cancelled.' Saved text and screen shot for proof.

      PLEASE PICK ANOTHER LAWN SERVICE. Evidently owners retired, idiot kids took over and have no idea how to run a business. The left hand does know what the right hand is doing. Since day one Trugreen has dropped the ball on every account. Emails and phone calls get no resolution. I have talked to customer service, supervisors, technicians, sells men claiming to be able to fix problems and someone that should not be in authority. I paid for weed control and all that is done is fertilize. I am still waiting on a certain supervisor to schedule to come out and see my yard and explain why I have so many weeds after 6 months of service. Another someone came by and told me that Trugreen does not have a weed service. I will not mention names here. I am to assume that TruGreen only wants your money and doesn't want to do anything for it. No accountability, no supervision. Even the fertilizer is cheap, it has not greened my yard up but instead turned it yellow. Not how a centipede lawn is to look. They need to fire someone or everyone and regroup.
