      Their product did nothing for a vast majority of my lawn weeds. ****** priced for something that doesn't even work. On top of that, as a paying customer, you will still get repeated - weekly - calls from them trying to upsell additional services. When told to stop, they will say how "easy" it is to be on their "do not call list." Despite being told to stop calling no less than four times, I canceled my services with them. The entire time they were telling me how "easy" it is to get on that list.If it was so easy, why is the borderline harassment still a problem?And even then, a few days AFTER I canceled, I got two calls, once yesterday and again today. The first one I didn't answer, the second one I did. It was someone from ************ wanting to offer more services at a cheaper rate.What kind of logic is that???The lady on the phone this last time told me that the "easy" process takes an entire month to get on their "do not call" list. That is absolutely abysmal.Steer CLEAR of this company. Their predatory sales practices combined with their ineffective lawn care product is clear abuse of their customers.

      True Green did not provide the services I paid for. I requested my lot be sprayed for mosquitos. They sent out an employee the next day. He showed up for ************************************* trees. Just a few shrubs in the front. I have it ALL ON VIDEO. he did not enter my back yard at all. I was home too. No refund and no attempt to make it right.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.  A member of our corporate care team reached out to the local office regarding the customer's concern.  The manager met with the customer on the property, and apologized the service was not completed as scheduled. We agreed to do the next two services at no charge because of this.  The customer stated they were satisfied with the solution offered.

      First season using trugreen . they offered better price with offer of more service then my current *** who I had for 8 seasons. Yard was in geat shape until they started treatments. Cancel service after 4 treatments, Yard was destroyed,Learned a ****** price saving is not always the best choice.

      True green has charged me for services they never completed. When I brought up the issue to the new weed person, he got an attitude and told not to tell him what to do. I wasn't, I was simply asking him to focus on a certain area of the yard where it has been missed in the past. He then proceeded with yelling at me and said he wasn't finishing the job.

      Trugreen is a great company with the laziest technicians that I have ever seen. They know cameras are watching them and could care less. They must know what we are finally learning...NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. It's like driving down the highway and letting down the window and throwing money away.

      Tru Green charged me for **************** services after I explicitly told them I already had another company covering that (along with ants and other insects). Received a bill for it, and they tried to claim a service was already accomplished. Never again. Fully cancelled (but wont send an email detailing the cancellation, definitely not suspect...).If zero stars were possible...

      When I bought this house I noticed a number of neighbors used Trugreen. I asked for a "free" estimate. The estimate was for about ******. I told them that it was more than I wanted to pay. For the next three weeks I was called by their salesmen at least three times a day and their estimate eventually came down to ******. I complained to the regional sales manager about all of the calls and he said: "It's not their fault, I'm the one who called them".So I watched some ******* videos and bought my own spreader and fertilizer from TSC. I just followed the instructions. My lawn looks better than any of the Trugreen lawns. In my opinion, Trugreen is a low integrity unscrupulous company

      Our sub-division is clearly posted "No Soliciting". ***** from Tru Green came to my door soliciting my business for lawn care. This company clearly will not comply with the community wishes.

      Very poor service. My yard looked much better with me treating it myself.. Called about the excessive weeds and was given dates they would return for another treatment. Never showed up. Once you pay them the service stops

      Truegreen is more of a scam and people need to stay away from this company. I normally take care of my lawn but had to hand over the maintenance to true gree due to family emergency. In the one year that the company maintained the lawn it completely ruined the lawn and patches started appearing in multiple places. I was very upset with the company and wanted them to fix the lawn. I gave them more than 6 months time to fix the issue but they weren't able to fix it. They even started to charge me more amount for the service even though they couldn't fix the mess they made out of my lawn. Unfortunately there isn't a star below 1 so i am giving them this rating.
