  Even if you have cameras they will still charge you and not show up, or charge you and you have on video the driver sitting in his truck and not even getting out. You complain and they apologize. Apparently enough people do not pay attention and just assume they are getting what they paid for. I'm not sure how they can stay in business otherwise. Look through the complaints here and notice how many people with cameras say they don't show up, or they don't do what they are paid to do. It's up to you, it's your hard earned money. I will never use them again, and I certainly would never recommend them to anyone.

  I wa scheduled for a follow up for lots of weeds to be treated. No show. I am so disappointed in this company. I have asked for them to come back out and do the job correctly and there is always an excuse they read to you. I want my money back in full.

  Tru Green did not apply grub control that I paid for and now I have grub damage. i can not get a supervisor on the phone or to come to my house. I have been a customer for 25 years and get the round around from all the phone operators. Tru Green admits they did not do grub control but won't do anything to fix it. I am at a loss as what do i will post on ******** that the company is bad and seek legal advice.

  I would give a zero star if possible. We prepaid TruGreen a year in advanced. We have had nothing but issues and lack of service. The last straw was when the tech showed up on 3July2024 and told me he was there to do a lime treatment in the front yard only. When I asked about the back he stated someone else would be by to handle the back. I received a charge for the service even though I prepaid for a year of service. When I called the **************** line they stated he did the entire yard when I told them he informed me he was only doing the front they scheduled someone back out with the promise of a supervisor coming by. 2 weeks later the same tech showed without a supervisor. I showed him my issues with the lawn and crabgrass all over my yard. He insisted that it was call wild grass. He then started to line my front yard again. He said it need a second application. When I asked about the back he said someone else handles that. When I called in they said it was on his work order. I told them to have someone at my property that Friday afternoon. No one showed. I called that following Monday to cancel my service and was told only the local branch can. I received a call from the local branch 30 minutes after my complaint. The GM/owner of the local branch set an appointment with me for tonight @6pm to review my issues. No call no show. I called the Customer Support team again was not given any assistance. I told them to cancel my service and I wanted a full refund. They couldnt assist at all and keep pushing me to the local branch that couldnt even keep an appointment. I will never recommend TruGreen *********************. They are the worst company. They dont care about their customers what so ever. All about the money. Find anyone else possible to handle your yard.

  Thank you for your feedback.  The general manager was unable to meet with the customer as scheduled due to an emergency.  We apologized to the customer.  The general manager has offered to treat the back yard at no charge asap,  do a free aeration and seeding for the customer in the front yard, and refund the lime application that was only done on a portion of the lawn.  The customer agreed to this solution.  ************* will monitor the account to ensure the service is completed as promised.

  I recently had Trugreen come to my home to take care of the weeds in my lawn, which were not many. I have sod. Well, within three months, I had tons of crabgrass nut hedge grass, and all other kinds of weeds. I am so disappointed with this company they did give me a total refund Because I told them they will not be coming here anymore. Supervisor called me and asked me if he could come out and look at the place and straighten it out. I said no I did not trust them anymore. I actually watched them walk right past crabgrass and not spray it , so disappointed in this company please do not use green for your lawn

  Tell keep calling me several times a day!!i keep blocking their number but they call anyway. They say we owe them money but i told them no we dont . i have a signed contract from them stating this

  I paid for a service for Tru Green ********* with weed control. I have actual footage and documentation of the workers not spraying the weed killer down that they are stating on their summaries. I have called Tru Green time and time again complain and having them come back out to apply the weed killer. I have **** Grass and Clover taking over my lawn and we never had this problem before and our lawn with the weeds is spreading everywhere. I have informed their customer service line I have footage of the workers not spraying at all and they have a little spray bottle they are using and spraying it in random parts of the lawn.. in the ditches. I pay for a service to be done by their applying of sq. footage of the property and they aren't even doing that. I have called and complained countless times asking for a manager to call me because their workers are falsifying documents stating they are spraying my yard when they aren't and have camera footage to show for it. This company are thieves and stealing peoples money for services we pay for by signing a contract in full and can't even perform their tasks. They provide 100% guarantee and they aren't doing that. I have filed numerous complaints by calling in and i haven't got call backs keeping sending guys out to do nothing. The last one on 7/19/24 the guy sat in his truck for 25 mins and walked around for 5 mins spraying our front ditches not even our 1 acre property. This company needs to be shut down and sued.

  Thank you for your feedback.  The local manager spoke with this customer. He apologized for the experience she had with the last technician who visited the property.  The general manager set up a free service call to have the crabgrass and weeds treated due to the last service not being done thoroughly.  We will also do the next regularly scheduled application at no charge due to the experience the customer had with our technician.

  This is a corporate complaint since I mostly dealt with a call center. I called looking to replace my current lawn care service (fertilizer, weed control). I got an estimate for $982.13 if I prepaid. I declined. I received several calls the next day. They were labeled telemarketer, so I did not answer them. One of the callers left a voice mail offering to lower my estimate by $20/month. I still did not sign. She called the next day and we spoke personally. The following day I received a call from a different representative offering to lower it more. Again, I refused and told them to take me off the call list. My complaint was that they were estimating off a satellite image. The representative offered to send me the image, which he did. There was no way to see the flower beds, easement or property lines because of the tree canopy. He offered to send someone out to my house to measure. I said no, I'm done with ********. You have given me three estimates, all based on an inaccurate image of my property . Three days later Tru Green shows up at my door to do a personal estimate. Since the gentleman was there and was very polite, I told him to go ahead with the estimate. He gave me a written quote of $577.28. That's over a $400 dollar savings from the original estimate. Although it beats my present company by several hundred dollars, I cannot deal with a company that lacks integrity. I will refuse their service.

They dont do anything a monkey couldnt do, and the monkey would do better! They don't do you whole yard even though the invoice says so. I have cameras and they neglected my back yard all the time. After 6 months, my yard was worse than it was before I hired them. My grass got ruined and now I have bare dirt patches everywhere! I complained and was ready to cancel, they gave me a free service to "make it right".   Save yourself from stress and save your bank account. They burnt an area of our lawn April 2024 we are now in July 2034 we are still to get TruGreen tech to come lay sod in the area they killed. My wife has called them so many times and they kep ghosting her, or come and tel you to cut and water when they have burnt and killed your grass. Corporate is of no use they promise to fix the problem but never do.Run as far as you can from them they are scammers. Also they will say they came and treated your lawn and your ring camera will show they did nothing . They dont care
