      I do not trust true green. They are not honest even when l was at home they did not complete all areas and they skipped the backyard. I prepaid for all services and I feel Im being ripped off by this company. When they arrive, they skip areas and they do half a** job that I have to call again for them to redo. I dont trust them and will not renew with them again.

      TG used to be great. Not so much anymore. I expressed my concerns to the guy who came out and sprayed my lawn (which is pretty much all they do) about brown patches on my lawn and about a young tree that doesn't seem to be doing well. (I had contacted TG about the tree a month or more before and they assured me someone would contact me- never happened). He did no soil test or nutrient test on the soil and barely glanced @ the tree. Told me I needed this and that additional services. Wow. I think they spend more time teaching their people how to upsell than actually educating them on what they claim to do. Zero customer service, it's all about money. Wouldn't reccomend them ever. Next time I'll burn my $600 instead.

      For two times in a row no service on day it was scheduled. Then you go to their chat line and spend ***** trying to get an answer, only to get it rescheduled for 1-2 weeks later. I have used them for years, but this year is a nightmare. Looking for another service for the next year.

      I was charged $182 for my first 1/2 price lawn treatment that i was quoted as $57. When I called TruGreen about the bill I was told that the 'Grub' application was an additional ~$125 charge. I explained that no one informed of the extra charge only that the cost for the first application was $57. The representative argued with me telling me it was an extra charge and would not hear that I was never informed of the extra charge. I requested the service be cancelled and was met with an insistence that the fees were correct, and she would not acknowledge that I simply wanted to cancellation the service. (I cannot conduct business with a disreputable company that I can't trust.) I had to repeat my request for the service to be cancelled 5 times before she acknowledged that she would cancel the future services. This was a very bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

      i had good service from them in other property's, but i moved to ************** and cant get them to see the job trough. i paid the full year up front, the first treatment the man only did half the property, so they sent a man out to do what was lacking, he said the areas you want treated are not listed on the work order i would have to call and speak to a representative, i did the man pulled up a picture from ****** earth and described the entire property to me and said it is all on the work order, so again they sent out the first guy to redo the job he did in 13 mins and gone. so my next treatment i get a text that my technician is out side on the property to do my treatment and answer any question's or concerns i might have, i rush and go out side but i done see him or the truck, so i waited thinking he is on his way here.... then i get a text that he has just now finished my application and want me to review how he did . no smell of treatment, no lawn treated sign. call and they tell me he did the wrong property. what a joke, so finely a man came to treat it July the 1st - !0 mins gone, weeds in the front yard look like they have been working out at the Gym and Drinking protein drinks . I fired them and will curse the name of true Green chemlawn Forever, and post nothing but the truth of what they put me trough in *****

      true green and its business failings. I have cancelled true green for the following failures in service,quotes and billing in our mutual agreement. In 2023 they agreed to provide grub control along with treatments for my lawn at my home. In the fall of 2023 my lawn had a grub infestation and I called true green for a remedy. I was informed (with a unapologetic attitude )there was nothing they could do because it was too late in the season. I went on you tube for ideas and ordered treatments for my lawn from amazon and my lawn began to recover before winter. Because of their lack of professionalism in my service i decided to seek service elsewhere in 2024.I was bombarded with calls and promises to restart my service. I was promised a lower service rate and free grub control for 2024.Then in June i was contacted about a mosquito control service which I informed true green I didn't want to pay for and i was paying them enough at the time. The salesman promised me a $39 one time fee then a $78 fee per service. I.i asked can i cancel the service after the first treatment and he said yes i could. I received the mosquito service early June 2024 and was billed and paid early June $50.50 and $78.32.I have made multiple calls to true green for my refund.1)hung up on with no result 2)i was told they would investigate my billing issue 3)i was told i would receive a refund for both charges but they couldn't allow me to pay for the mosquito service i received and would have to wait 5 business days for a refund 4)never received a refund instead got a credit 5)I was told i have to wait 5 additional days for a refund and still no way to pay for the mosquito treatment 6)called and was told i was charged $50.50 instead of the $39 initially agreed upon and the $78.32 should of been $98 for the second service i never received because i cancelled the mosquito service. I was offered multiple percentage discounts for the remainder of 2024 service treatments but declined because of ethics.

      In review of the inactive customers complaint, corporate care contacted the customer directly apologizing for the inconvenience caused, confirming a refund in the amount of $89.66 will be returned to the credit card on file within the next 3-7 business days, educating the customer on the continuous service plan, educated the customer on service plans etc., confirming the account is cancelled/closed

      I signed up for their service and then decided I wanted to do some more shopping around. I canceled within the required time period and expected that would be the end of my experience. They will not stop calling to try to find out why I canceled. I told them why the first time they called and they will not stop calling and asking the same question. Their marketing tactics are abusive and predatory. Based on their sales tactics, I would recommend you stay away from this company.

      Worst customer service. Keep lying about re application when they messed up. Keep telling you it was never scheduled and they would lead you down the rabbit hole by re scheduling and not showing up and do that over and over again. Their warranty about re application etc is a big LIE. Their customer service is also a joke and good luck trying to cancel!

      The worst customer service representative and local access to employed representatives. Calls are answered by call centers that cannot answer questions
