      This is the worst customer service organization I have ever dealt with. They showed up in the spring when there was snow on the ground AND it was currently snowing to 'fertilize & broad leaf/weed' control. I asked if they should wait until there is no snow on the ground and he assured me that is it fine. Well, we all know the outcome of that. I called and complained about it prior to the next appointment, and they told me to talk to the technician and let them know (no refund or financial compensation offered). I talked to the Tech who told me they never should have performed the visit with snow on the ground. I called again after that visit and complained about paying for a service that clearly should not have been done. Again, apologies made, but no financial compensation. I still have a yard full of crabgrass and weeds and they will do nothing about it. The 3rd visit was a couple of days ago. He came to the door telling me they were doing 'fertilize & broad leaf/weed' control again. Well, looking at my bank statement I am charge DOUBLE becaue he did grub control - didn't ask for it and he didn't tell me he was going to do it. I called AGAIN and they refuse to do anything financially - truly not good customer support. I told her that I will be looking for a different lawn service for 2025. I am so tired of fighting with this compant who has no concerns for what the customer wants. Reading through these reviews this is a repeated theme from TruGreen. Don't work with this company - the continue to 'take your money' without following any guarentees they talk about. They tell you you have to reach out to them within 3 days of service and they will 're-apply' - how do we know in 3 days if it worked or not. That is terrible customer service. I am done with **********************.

      The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have called multiple times asking for a supervisor and haven't received one call. Ive had multiple customer service reps tell me they would contact a supervisor and have them call me as we as calling me themselves to follow up. Not one has. My lawn looks terrible. There are too many customer service issues to list. I am a current customer only because I paid in full at a trade show. Biggest mistake ever. How your company is in business I'll never know. Stay far away from them!

      TruGreen damaged my yard while serving my neighbor's. After more than 3 hours on the phone talking with 9 different people including the local general manager and service manager, they have done nothing to fix their damage. If your problem can't be fixed by some person at a call center with a computer, it won't get addressed.

      My grass looks worst now than before they treated it 4 months ago. Huge bare spots and yellowing. Plus weeds are still popping up in my yard

      I signed up in June 2023 for a 1-year service plan and specifically told the salesperson that my lawn had weed and **** issues that I wanted to be controlled and that a "generic" service plan would not be enough to handle my lawn's problems. The salesperson stated that a technician would evaluate my lawn and adapt the services accordingly, and my satisfaction was guaranteed. In November 2023 I went to TruGreen's' website & expressed my dissatisfaction with the services, several were unneeded, and my property was not improving because the services were not focusing on the problems. I was then put into a customer service loop in which I was told to call a number in which a customer service agent listened to my issues/complaints but they (customer service) were unable to access my account and could only "take notes" and have them attached to my account. Back and for the emails, with representatives yielded no results and no changes to services. In January of 2024, I talked to a customer service agent and asked for all services to be suspended until TruGreen would acknowledge my concerns and alter the services accordingly,; I was sent an offer to have a different service plan when I signed up for another year of service. I responded by asking for a refund for the remaining services if they weren't going to satisfy my request for specific applications for the remainder of my services I also canceled my services via text when the company connected me to inform me of an upcoming service date. TruGreen then made 2-3 trips to my house without notification and without my approval (which completed the original annual agreement) and even continued to charge me for services afterward and I had to put a stop payment on my credit card (which they had on file). Only then was I able to stop them from coming to my property. I am not paying the last application fee they are trying to charge me and I will never work with them again. Wasted money and a considerable amount of time!

      Terrible customer service and terrible service. Signed up with the usual promises about how their the best and will show me if given the chance. I asked to schedule a time that i would be home, the first visit, i had to be there, which is great, but the Sr **** didnt know what he was suppose to do, i had to walk him around the property so he could spray. He missed a huge area, i walked inside so he could spray. They came back and repeated, I asked that i be home so i moved my schedule around. The second visit the tech ran out of materials and said he could finish with ********, i said ok, he sat in his truck and left, the office said they didnt know why he did that hes one of the best they have.The next time they said it was too wet, they had to go through a cattle gate to access by the lake, I had to be there and then i had to reschedule my day to be there for next trip.The tech shows up and says he cant go back there because it rained, i showed him it was ok and i authorize him to access. This tech did the entire yard, finally.The next appointment they said between1-4, i arrange my schedule and the tech messages via there app and says hes on the way 0938, i called their office and spoke to customer service and told them i had scheduled for 1-4 not 930, please come at agreed time, they canceled it. so now i just wanted my afternoon.Lack of follow through, lack of scheduling and follow through, they advised if i cancel i wont get the deal i have now but would almost double, i advised you matched my previous vendor, want told it was a super one time deal?Asked to speak to a manager, no one ever called, my neighbor was looking for a service, i had to tell him not these guys they cant seem to figure out a simple yard application.Needs serious training and stop misleading people about what great service you provide when its been a pure mess.

      -  phone calls to cease within 30 days
      -  emails to cease within 3 days
      -  regular mail to cease within 4-6 weeks.

      i was using a professional lawn service for the last 5 years and thought I could save some money by trying a different company. I had TruGreen come out for a quote and went with TruGreen. Their 2nd time out spread out something that has had a devastating effect on my very expensive Zeon Zoysia sod from over 2 years ago. I have notified my Sales Person She at least texted back but no response. I then called the office that treated my lawn and was told that a Manager would contact me on that day or the next. Still no contact. Every time I look at my what was the envy of the neighborhood a few short weeks ago is now destroyed.and ugly. **************************** must be very proud of his operations.

The local manager evaluated the property and determined the zoysia will recover given time. We offered to refund the last application due to the decline in the turf, and will be completing a free aeration to aid in recovery.  ********* care will continue to monitor the account to make sure the turf recovers.

      Each time I noticed from my live video that the TruGreen technician came in and only spent a few minutes, then reported service was completed. As a result, the grass was completely gone in couple of areas in my lawn. And couple of other areas are getting worse & worse. Late last year, all my St. ******** grass died and I had to put new sods in April. TruGreen manager and technical insisted that my St. ******** died because of the weather. But the St. ******** grass in my neighbor's lawn was perfectly fine. I had been watering the lawn twice a week and each time water for 20 mins in each zone. My neighbor didn't even water twice a week like I do. For example, the lawn service was performed on 06/14/2024 at my property. I was watching the live video. The technical spent 3 mins and briefly spread the fertilizer in the front and back yard. Then he sent a message that the service was completed. I came out, checked the lawn and hardly saw any fertilizer pebble ***** in the grass. The technician told me TruGreen requires Technician only spent between 5 - 7 minutes at each property because he is normally assigned with more than 50 properties every day. How would a technician make sure the work is done properly if he can only spend a few mins at each property? I expect every ************* of my lawn is treated and spread thoroughly. But obviously the technical didn't do the work properly. I had paid almost $500 for the lawn treatment to TruGreen each year, but getting crappy job done on my lawn from TruGreen.Trugreen Branch info: 5415 - ******************************************* Branch license #: *******
