1 starHorrible customer service and complete SCAM. Had issues with them not providing services I was being charged for so I canceled and filed a complaint back in 2022. Now I call to give them another try and they want me to pay a balance from services never provided AFTER I canceled everything. From their technicians cussing at me to this shady nonsense I'm never calling them again.Review fromChristopher L

1 starTrugreen killed my lawn. I went to cancel my service, had to deal with multiple people emailing and calling me to process the cancellation even after every person said that my service was cancelled and I would receive a refund. 1 starTruGreen is the biggest joke ever. They have only shown up once and did bits and pieces of the yard. We have it all on video. They refuse to reimburse us for the visit. They say they will come re-spray the yard but never show when promised. Dont waste your money with these scammers. They will contact you faithfully until you agree to the contract then ghost you. I had TruGreen for years at a previous location, but since I moved the service has been terrible. There has been two times that the technician said they completed services on my lawn, but in reality, they sat in their truck the entire time and performed no service. Upon calling, the customer service rep just rescheduled the service. If I hadn't been home to know nothing had been done then I would have been charged from a service that was not completed. I don't understand how a company can charge for services not performed. Two times in less than 6 months is not a mistake. It is a terribly run company with no consequences. I'm switching to a company that wants to do a good job.TruGreen

When solicited by True Green I explained to the sales rep and his ******* that my yard was mostly weeds but the yard was green. I also advised them I did not was a brown backyard. That if, the treatment would leave me with brown patches I would wait until the end of the summer to begin treating my yard. I was assured my the rep's ******* out ********* that it would not. A few days after the 1st treatment my brown patches. I called in to ask questions and to complain about it, they sent some to do another treatment. now my entire yard is brown and the front part is mostly dirt. Now they are saying that there is nothing they can do other than me paying for an aeration treatment of course at my cost. Not happy at all! No I am not paying !TruGreen

1 starTruGreen has charge my credit card twice without any authorization. We purchased lawn services and provided a credit card number and now they have used it not once but twice.With regards to services they told us that they serviced our lawn and left a flag but our cameras did not capitule the work they state they provided. I bought my home 1 year and 1/2 ago from a man who took immaculate care of his lawn. Perfectly green and weed free.I hired TruGreen to maintain my awesome lawn.The first time they came to my house we watched them and they failed to spray any of my back yard.I called and reported it and the tech gave me a call back saying his line didnt reach. Supposedly they came and sprayed the back on another date as opposed to the scheduled date.They then notified me before the next scheduled (pre-paid) treatment which I was not home, and weeks later my entire yard is full of switch grass and weeds. This maybe could happen with absolutely no weed treatment at all but this does not happen to a perfect lawn treated to maintain a perfect lawn. This is happening from no treatment at all.So like many other reviews claim, they are completely skipping my lawn, watering down the product, selling the product to make more money and spraying my lawn with water, I have no idea how their scam works but its clear why they demand pre-payment.You pre-pay then they provide you with no service whatsoever or a destructive service as many have claimed completely destroying your lawn.How is this company still in business?TruGreen

Thank you for your feedback. One of our local managers contacted this customer. He assured her the products we applied to her property have been put out at the correct rate. He let her know he would follow up with in about a month once the bermuda grass starts to green up to check on the lawn condition.Review fromEdward S

I have been a TRUGREEN customer for just three months and I have to say I was not pleased with my first issue! Until I spoke with my representative *****. This professional called me back and explained why my services was pushed back due to holidays and offered for him to personally come out and look/service my lawn!! Not only did this make me feel like I was an important customer but also about a company that gives its employees time off for holidays. Thanks *****.TruGreen

I left a negative review on their feedback survey. They reached out to review my lawn and try and make it better. We scheduled a day and they never showed up. I tried to schedule a new day and we couldn't find a day to work. They cancelled my account without my approval. I get a refund for 30% of the money I paid but I still had 5 of 8 services owed to me. How does that math make sense? I should have received a refund for 5/8 of the $900 I paid. This is stealing and no accountability for their actions.TruGreen
