      I have been a TRUGREEN customer for just three months and I have to say I was not pleased with my first issue! Until I spoke with my representative *****. This professional called me back and explained why my services was pushed back due to holidays and offered for him to personally come out and look/service my lawn!! Not only did this make me feel like I was an important customer but also about a company that gives its employees time off for holidays. Thanks *****.

      I left a negative review on their feedback survey. They reached out to review my lawn and try and make it better. We scheduled a day and they never showed up. I tried to schedule a new day and we couldn't find a day to work. They cancelled my account without my approval. I get a refund for 30% of the money I paid but I still had 5 of 8 services owed to me. How does that math make sense? I should have received a refund for 5/8 of the $900 I paid. This is stealing and no accountability for their actions.

      The TruGreen technician showed up, got out of his truck and started to unroll his hose is hose and began to walk across the front yard, and I went to the front door and yelled out stop I do not want your services anymore. The technician stop turned around and rolled up his hose again walked around and got in his TruGreen truck. He set in his truck for approximately 15 minutes and finally pulled off and went around the corner. Eight days later I got a bill for $79.95 for service call.My grape is a did nothing to earn their money.DGT

      SCAM!! Driver came out, never walked the property, left a receipt showing he did the fertilizer but home security system shows Trugreen employee never walked the property. Called the number, got a call center in *******, IL with the rudest woman that did not care to rectify the situation. DO NOT USE!!

      Tried to cancel my account many times. Called in a year ago to cancel and thought I was done. They continued to call and charge me for the whole next year and I don't even own the property they serviced any more. When I called they said they had no record of that call and a new account had been created for me that I don't have access to and they continued to charged and service some fantom lawn. The best billing said they could do was offer me 50% off the remaining charges! Awful ************** Awful customer service! I was assured a year ago that this was settled and I didn't need to worry about it anymore. What the hell!

      In review of the inactive customers complaint, corporate care contacted the customer confirming the balance of $320.95 has been waived leaving the account at $0, confirming the account has been cancelled/closed, the customer requested no further contact moving forward and they have been placed on our DO NOT CONTACT queue

      -  phone calls to cease within 30 days
      -  emails to cease within 3 days
      -  regular mail to cease within 4-6 weeks.

      They burnt my lawn last year, then called 4 separate times to book this year. I said no thanks and used another company 3 weeks ago. I just returned home with an invoice on my door saying true green sprayed fertilizer again without permission in my back yard and now I'm waiting to see if my yard completely ***** again because of their incompetence

      I called TruGreen to get a price and it was very high. I told them that i thought it was to high. I received a call form a gentleman that said he was the sales manager for my area and he would look at my request and see what he could do. He did that and gave me a price that was very reasonable. When they came to treat my yard the tech stated that he didn't have the equipment to do my yard. Then when i called to reschedule my yard i found out that TruGreen had canceled my contract. after i called and asked why they said that the person i talked to was not a manger and he had misquoted my job and they would not do it for what i was quoted and had paid in advance. After some time on the phone with them i got a call from the supposed regional manger and he finally said that they would not do the job for what their salesman quoted, They did say they would refund my prepayment. I would not recommend TruGreen to anybody. They are a bait and switch company.

      SCAMMER ALERT - TruGreen - *********** TruGreen claims they serviced my property but in fact they never even entered my property!This week we had a service for mosquito control scheduled. I received messages confirming my appointment and that a truck is headed towards my property. I was home the entire time and I did not see anyone approaching. Next I receive a message that the service has been completed and I am now due the $85 fee. I check my security cameras and discover the truck simply passed by and stopped somewhere down the street and pretended they executed the service. I have sensors on my backyard gates that never went off because no one opened the gates to the backyard.This is not the first time it happens. Last month we were scheduled for a lawn maintenance service. I watched as the truck pulled up in front of my property and the driver waited in his truck for over 20 min before coming out and spraying about 20% of my front lawn. Never entered the backyard. We were of course charged as if he performed the complete service. I complained and received an extra service for free, as well as apologies. Now it happens again which makes me believe it was not a one time ocurrance but this is in fact their business practice. We have noticed a lot of weeds in our lawn, as well as mosquitoes which clearly indicates their services were not performed correctly in the past either.Needless to say we will request a full refund, but we are considering legal action as well. We are certain we are not the only victims in the neighborhood so we wanted to warn everyone else using their services or considering using them in the future.

      Wont stop calling when I asked. They cant offer me mowing services. They keep calling multiple times a day
