      I called twice with concerns. Today, 5/13/2024, we were discussing issues with applications and service, I don't believe he could hear me correctly, he was very argumentative. He refused to give me the owner's name or take a message. I usually speak with a very accommodating woman. I told him to stop all services. He went on to relay they couldn't reach their workers by cell phone as there already was a planned order today to be done. I found that rather troubling as what if there was an emergency for the persons who work for this company? I believe he told me he was the person who does the billing person. He threatened collections and hung up on me.

      Total waste of money! Their business model in my area, represents fraudulent service practices and takes advantage of seniors. I had five "services" and my lawn looks worst now than it ever has. My last service involved being charged twice. The bill on my door said one amount BUT my bank account statement showed being charged twice for an additional service I never asked for. After receiving a refund check, I cancelled my service. Then I got a call from some barely understandable person who tried to convince me that for "free", a service manager can come out to my property do soil samples and a Ph test, and assess my lawn. I reminded the person I cancelled the service. Then she goes on to say for "only $30 dollars" I can get my lawn surveyed (or something to that affect). Constantly trying to re-enroll me. I'm tired of being ripped off from companies like this in my area!

      This company is HORRIBLE. We were forced to switch from our old lawn care company who we loved as Trugreen bought them out. I had read and heard from neighbors about how bad Trugreen was but I decided to give them a chance. When the scheduled the first service, both my wife and I were home. We watch the guy pull up, walk around the front and back yards, and leave after about 5 minutes...he did NOTHING other than walk around. I immediately called to complain and cancel the service, but I kept getting a bill for $62. I finally just paid the thing just to they would stop bothering me and to ensure it didn't affect my credit score. To some, this would be fraud, but I just think they suck!

      ************** called this office to get some information about their service. I decided it was too expensive. I told them that when they called back. But they have continued to harass me on the phone about getting me to sign a contract with them. I keep telling them no but the continue to call me. 4 calls since Monday 5/6/24. Also even sent a representative out here yesterday to "survey" my property, which I never requested. At this point I don't know how to stop them. They won't take no for an answer.

      I always took care of my own lawn. I purchased a new home and over watered my lawn. I called TruGreen. ************************* from TruGreen contacted me and gave me the sales pitch " we take care of the **** course" personally I could care less, I care about my lawn. ****** gave me a price over the phone without even coming out to see what my square footage what was more important, what the issues were. He stated he googled my property which was three times the actual square footage. After much discussion, he called me back to state the DM, *********************** would be stopping by. **** identified I had a fungus problem. We agreed on a price. After the first treatment I talked to the associate if he would be applying a fungicide. He stated he did not have any of the work order or chemical. He stated they would send someone out. After two weeks I had to call customer service to get a fungicide treatment. They came by in two days. I have complained to each associate doing each application about the POOR condition of my lawn, never a response and have never gotten a visit to review level of service. I also sent a survey which was not a good one....................never got a response.I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THE **** KEEPER. "TruGreen" all talk no walk.

      I was called by their marketing asking me to sign and their service is GREAT. I signed and the FIRST service is a person came, spent 4 minutes and put a hand full of 'seeds' and left. This service as per them is to get the seeding and fertizaler done.Trugreen told me that they don't believe me as he spent 15-minutes, whereas my security camera shows he came at 8:49 and left 8:53.Calling a Customer a LIAR is disgraceful. How can security camera LIE?

      I called to order a ONE TIME ***************** Killer treatment. I spoke with two ****************** BOTH TIMES that ONLY THE ***** YARD and part of the SIDE YARD was to be done as I had a dog and did not want him in the poison. I was assured BOTH TIMES that my request would be honored. I came home Thursday to discover that the ENTIRE YARD HAD BEEN DONE. I started calling and was given the run-around saying it hadn't been done yet even though I had a front door card and one in the yard! I told them it looked like both the front and back had been done and was told that could not have happened as that isn't what I ordered! I said I needed to know what was put down. I asked to speak with the person who put it down and was told he couldn't be reached. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that they could put a request in and respond in ***** hours. I TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER I NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN DONE AND WITH WHAT CHEMICALS AS I HAVE A DOG THAT I COULD NOT RISK BEING POISONED!! I was told to go outside and see if I saw any granules and if so, it was probably a dry fertilizer. If not, it was probably sprayed on. (I didn't see any granules so it was probably liquid) FINALLY, the work invoice was posted and the entire yard had been done. The invoice showed only fertilizer was put down, no weed killer. I called back again (now almost 3 1/2 hours later) and demanded to speak with the supervisor listed only to be told he was gone for the day. Despite phone calls on ****************** I never heard from anyone until Monday (4 days later). She wasn't sure if granular or liquid fertilizer had been put down since it said "fertilizer" on the invoice. Since the card left on my door said "weed block" but nothing was on the invoice, she said he "probably" put down weed block as well. She did send the *** to review with my vet & agreed to refund my $200! ****** learned....DON'T USE TRU GREEN ...their customer service sucks!

      Just because I inquire on the TruGreen web site for pricing does not mean or give you the right where you can just show up at my residence unannounced. Then you ask if I inquired? your knowledge of grass and its details - you don't have any. You keep saying they threw you into this, you can't even operate your tablet for quoting pricing. When we simply advised we would be a pay as you service customer if we wanted the service, you pack up and b line out, never providing your credentials as a TruGreen rep, no contact info left with us, etc... then we advise you to call in several days and we will have made a decision. you called, we did not answer, then you again show up at the residence unannounced 20 minutes later. Unacceptable, then you call numerous times after, we sent you message and you responded next day with the excuse why you showed up, that was to get accurate calculations for footage to be serviced. you did nothing, no measurements, nothing, no walking around property, you walked back up the driveway to your car, that's a lie, you were caught and cannot accept responsibility for your wrong doings / approach. this gets you nowhere. Potential clients beware of these latest tactics, suspicious and red flags. saddest thing is we had TruGreen for many years at previous residence and he wouldn't even research services we had that's because he was thrown into this as he said. Not so confident he's even a TruGreen rep, very suspicious behavior. Bet ya next time he shows up at the residence, he will be escorted off in cuffs......
