      It was the worst mistake I couldve made giving them a chance to service my lawn. Not only did they not do a good job but when I cancelled the Service by phone 4-5 times, they continued to call my home and they continued to send ppl out to my home to do treatments. They came to my home at 7 am ringing my doorbell and messing around on my lawn, after I cancelled, several times. I had to send them a Certified Letter telling them to Stop coming to my home trying to Bully me into keeping a contract with this SCAM of a company. Enter into a contract at your own risk?

      Don't ever give your number to TruGreen for them to call you with information! They will call you every hour of the day until they reach you and then they will have more people call you again, over and over, if they don't sign you up. It's harassment. And, they won't give you any info without getting your address so they can harass you some more. Horrible way to earn customers. Had to block their number.

      In review of the non-customers complaint, corporate customer care contacted the non-customer directly by email apologizing for the inconvenience caused, confirming the non-customer has been added to the DO NOT CONTACT queue listing their email address and name only, confirming email correspondence was sent asking for additional information to add to the portal including phone number and address, confirming the information was not received,

      Years ago I had TruGreen service. I did not have much to complain. But I got a new house and decided to get TruGreen service again for lawn care. Well, the service was the least I have expected or should I say that the agent only treated less than half of the front yard and spent relatively 10 mins and called it complete. No total treatment coverage of the front yard, no treatments of side yards and no treatments of back yard. The treatment pdf summary from TruGreen for todays service was that the have serviced ***** sq feet. Well, I was present in the house when the agent parked his truck and remained until he left. Definitely TrueGreen charged me with prepay for the whole to cover *****sq feet but barely covered a thousand sq feet of the total property.

      TruGreen ************** spoke with ************ and apologized for the specialist not completing the service. I scheduled to have another specialist go out to treat the property and ************ stated that the specialist was very professional and knowledgeable. He says that the specialist did an excellent job!

      Not recommending this company to anyone if you care about your health. They are using very harmful products and not doing anything about it. I used TruGreen tree and shrub service for multiple years and my neighbor said the chemical spray went over to her yard and she felt burning sensation in her eyes when she was in her yard. We received a letter demanding compensation for her medical bills and injury to her eyes. I've been trying to get a hold of someone to discuss this matter, just getting the run around. They do not want to acknowledge and take responsiblility. This is very unprofessional and unethical. Attorneys have even complained. A company like this should not be in business. It's not fair for the consumers who trusted TruGreen and are left with health problems and poor customer service. I hope ******************** can assist us with the serious matter.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.  The injured party, has made similar allegations against Trugreen in the past.  Our legal team is aware of the situation, and our insurance company is investigating the matter.  They will be working directly with the claimant and their attorney to reach an amicable resolution.  Our corporate care team spoke with our customer to let them know.

      I requested treatment around spring off 2022 from trugreen. In the initial call to set up service, I stated please contact me in the evening as I'm a 3rd shift worker. In May I took a job out of state. During this time my wife told me true green treatments occurred and we were billed. I checked my security cameras and 4 out of 5 times the applications weren't applied, just a truck parked in front. Our grass went from green and healthy to dead and crunchy in less then two months. Late June I called and requested no more applications be applied without physical presence of myself or wife. ******* said they would send someone out. ******* walked all but 50feet and attributed dead grass due to dry weather, with a letter to water my grass and it would improve. After that visit my request to not apply anything was ignored and charged. I finally made it home and tried to address this issue of killed lawn. I was told my account would be reimbursed for the applications. One I did receive. The second one never received. True green still applied mosquito per my request witch only increased activity near doorways and windows. True green continued to pursue the second charge that was supposed to refunded. Calls all day and night sometimes vary early or unreasonably late at night. I explained how I was supposed to be refunded and even then in June I asked for all applications to stop until my dead lawn was addressed. She continued with lecturing me about paying them. Eventually I lost my cool after months of harassment from True green. Slightly aggressive I reintroduce the facts and a time lapse of security footage of our grass dieing only after True green start to apply it treatment. She immediately hung up when I stated I would like a full refund for prior services as they were harmful and when addressed was told it was my fault for not watering the grass on a corner lot down hill. Summer of 2023 provides the weather was far more dry and warmer then 2022, so consumer blamed

      I have tried reaching out to the customer several times via phone and email. The customers account is now at a zero balance. Any collection letters the customer receives can be disregarded.

      Just a couple hours after it is becomes above freezing (34) for the first time in 3 days. Driveway a solid sheet of ice. Snow on the lawn, still frozen grass. Freezing rain in the forecast with a 10 low overnight. @TruGreen though January 18, was a good day to fertilize my lawn. ?? #TruGreenFail

      I received text messages stating the TruGreen representative was on the way, then updates that they had arrived and finally one asking me to *************** which they had just finished performing. Only problem was that no one showed up. This is dishonest business practice.

      Servicemen came to the house, parked his truck, sat for a while, then got out and walked to my door and placing a service ticket on my doorknob, then got back in his truck and drove away. They still call asking why I'm not a customer anymore.

      Terrible, I sympathise with all the other people that left reviews. I also paid for the year. I have lived in my house for 23 years and enjoyed *************** but not anymore. If I could post fotos I would - before and now. Almost all of my grass died. Sure they send people out and offer you a refund - so far nothing - so I had my family here for xmas to look at a desert. Lets see how good they are as a company - I will probably need to get 6 pallets of sod to replace this mess.

      TruGreen branch service manager ***************** has spoken with the customer. ***** has agreed with the customer to split the cost with him of resodding the lawn. The customer has agreed to contact ********************** with the invoice amount before giving the contractor the go ahead to an agreed upon price. TruGreen corporate care will continue following up with the customer throughout this process.
