      Not getting good service. Twice this year Trugreen claims to have treated my yard when in truth they did not. This morning, was texted that they arrived and by the time I got ready to go outside, got another text that maintenance was completed and chemical applied, in less than 5 minutes? Found two flags planted front and back yard. Called and cancelled my prepaid service. I do not recommend.

      I had prepaid over 600 dollars for complete lawn service 2023. I was assured that all aggressive weed will be eliminated from my lawn. This company is a total rip off stay away . My lawn is in worst condition now.

There was noticeable henbit present in the lawn and spurge weeds. Mr. **** has agreed to provide the customers lawn service for **** at no cost to the customer to get the weeds under **********************.

      I signed up for TruGreens lawn care, mosquitoe repellent, and inspect and bug treatment. After the first two treatments my grass wasnt greening up as I thought it should. I called TruGreen and they scheduled someone to come out for a courtesy treatment. When the technician came he walked around the yard then sat in his truck for 15 minutes and left. Later that day I get a write up stating that he put down 16th of fertilizer. I called customer service and told them why was going on and they said they would look into it. After about a week I got a call back saying that the service manager was with the technician and watched him apply the fertilizer. My cameras around my house recorded the entire event. After fighting with TruGreen for two months they finally sent someone out to look at the footage to see that both the technician and manager had lied. To say sorry they told me they would give me two free services. They only ended up giving me one. Then sent the same technician that lied back out to service my property. If this wasnt enough I also called about still having an ant infestation after treatment to have someone come out. After a month and a half of waiting I just gave up and canceled the service all together.

      In review of the customers inactive account, corporate care spoke directly to the customer and apologized for their experience. A refund has also been entered for the last two lawn applications and the perimeter pest application. The customer can expect to receive that refund in 3 to 7 days.

      I contacted TrueGrren in June. I told the representative the problem I had-I had an invasive weed-GROUND ELDER-that I needed to have eradicated. ******* said no problem we can take care of that for you with 4 applications and if after the 4 application should you still have the issue, TruGreen will continue to treat your property. They processed the charge on my credit card. Four months later and multiple calls to tell them their service was not working, the problem has gotten worse. I have contacted the to request a refund because they sold me a service that they did not provide. Yesterday they told me that someone would be in touch with me to discuss the issue and of course, nothing from them. This is the worst, most unprofessional experience that I have ever had with an organization. I do not recommend this organization to anyone. ************

      Two years ago, you tripled the price over the previous year. I canceled the following season. A representative called, stating the price would be reduced to double. The rep promised I would have the same seven annual treatments just as the year before. This turned out to be a lie as you whittled the number of treatments to five as opposed to the promised seven.This was the first nail in the coffin. Your latest bungle? The tech came to the door (ring doorbell, monitored time). My neighbor watched as the tech laid product around a three to five foot perimeter directly encompassing the immediate perimeter of the house, failing to apply to the vast majority of the 1.1 acre property. The tech was in and out within 12 minutes!I called a representative to have the yard re-treated, and the rep promised that I would be contacted by a supervisor within 24 hours. Needless to say, this failed to happen. Three days later, I finally received a voice message from an obviously disgruntled manager who told me to call him back. Seriously? TruGreen has never responded to a concern unless it was broadcast on social media for the public to view and critique. Yet again, TruGreen crawled right back into their, "Do as little as possible for as much financial gain as possible," mentality.To add insult to injury yet once again, I called customer service and asked what might be the approximate time they will show up. TruGreen said it's now rescheduled for the third time. This is three times I had not been notified of a change in scheduling. Given the relatively large property, I spend six hours each time preparing, blowing leaves / mulching with the mower getting ready for a company that never bothers to show up and never apologizes for their continuous ineptitude. I am fed up with TruGreen and will never deal with this incompetent to the core company again!What a nightmare! Find another company. Any company would serve you better than TruGreen.

      TruGreen is the worst company Ive ever dealt with! Their customer service is terrible as I had to call repeatedly all season for treatment. I finally sent pictures of all the healthy green weeds in my yard and was refunded $130. after opening a case. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      The service was not provided as paid for. A company employee for another service not ordered even said the service wasnt done right. They refused a refund and wont provide the service done right at no charge.

      Very deceitful. They sent a woman out to treat our yard. We have cameras around our house. She did a half assed job and didn’t even go to one side of our house. We complained and asked for someone else to come out. This company sent the same woman after they said they wouldn’t. So she left and did not treat the yard. We were told a senior tech would be out today to treat the yard. At about 3:30pm I received a text that another ladie (Maria) was here to complete the work. No one ever came. Then 5 minutes later I got a text saying the lady was done treating our yard. This company blatantly lies. No one ever came. Buyer beware.

      This company is a horrible company. They ruined my yard with their equipment and also the product they put down is VERY DANGEROUS for your pets!! My dog had a bad rash all over his body. Then they dont make it right when you cancel after first treatment. Nobody helps you out. They sell you bad bill of goods!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

      Been using them for a year now and no change to my lawn they sure like to give you the bill I have cameras on my yard and it shows they haven't done anything to my yard but charge me still have weeds dead patches of grass I would recommend using someone trust worthy and true green is not
