      TruGreen is a huge disappointment. I was excited to sign up for lawn services in September, '22, and I paid a lot of money in advance for about a year of treatment for my front and back yard. After about three months, they STOPPED treating my back yard. I called to ask why after each front yard service. One time I was told that I hadn't unlocked my gate (I had), once they said that I didn't have a gate (I do), and once they said that I didn't even have a back yard!!! Once they claimed they don't do contracts (I signed one for a year), and once they said my contract (???) indicated I would have service on my north yard (there is no north yard). I have called and told my story to about 10 different reps **** and each time they said the *********** supervisor would call me back within 3 days. No one ever called, TruGreen never performed the service I paid for, and they denied my request for a refund or free treatments. I have been ripped off and lied to. It's a shame that businesses operate this way.

      TG never didnt do my service and still charged me, I canceled the service and 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund. Total scam, its impossible to even talk to anyone at all, all I get is automated responses. They brought there equipment out and I was here at home watching them, they werent able to aerate or anything, I canceled the service on October 6, 2023 its now October 20 and still nothing. Do not use this company, they promise a lot but dont deliver.

      Their so called 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. I called twice, once about the lack of weed control and was basically dismissed, then for the unacceptable aeration. I had to hire another company to do it since I had seeding scheduled. When I called TruGreen a week later, I was told I was too late and should have called that day!!! If I could give a minus star review I would.

      This company service.It's really some of the worst service I've ever seen. The first four months was great but the second four months were atrocious. We'd started coming back with a vengeance. Almost completely overtook my sideyard. Which told me that they were not spraying for 2 months. They corrected part of it but promised me a free spray.And the technician sent a message said he was on the way at noon. It is now 8 o'clock at night. And I've tried reaching out to them twice with no good response. When you call the trying to get help. They just kept telling me that they're on their saying it's dark outside. How can I be on their way?

      On Sunday, October 15th, I requested a quote (*******, **) via the website. On Monday, I received a text message from ***** (903 six, nine, eight, ****) wanting to talk about the requested quote and the 50% off deal. I explained, via text, that I had difficulty hearing over the phone and how their competitors send out a representative to inspect the lawn and leave a quote on the door. No response to this text message but the next morning (Tue. Oct. 17th) I received another text to call in if interested. Once again, I tell ***** that I have difficulty hearing over the phone. I receive a text saying TruGreen is unable to schedule appointments via email or text and they don't send a technician out to inspect the lawn like their competitors. I am then asked if someone can assist me on a phone call. I reply with a no. ***** then unsubscribes my number from the campaign and blocks my phone number so I can't restart our conversation or the quote request. I guess TruGreen doesn't care about Disabled Veterans/Americans with Disabilities and would rather block us instead of working on a way to provide a quote and possible gain a new client. Maybe this happened for a reason? After reading some of the reviews this experience might have saved me future problems. You know you have ********************* issues when you receive a review from a person that is trying to receive a quote for service.

      - emails to cease within 3 days
      - regular mail to cease within 4-6 weeks.
      In review of the non-customers complaint, the customers information has been sent over to the sales manager to have the customer removed from and upcoming promotions.

      This company over promises and under delivers. We paid for 3 services, lawn care, bug spray, and tree treatments. The rarely came into our back yard for treatment, 2 of our trees died, bug control was much better at other companies, and we have lots of weeds in our lawn. They scheduled a repeat service to actually spray our lawn for weeds and they didnt pass along the neighborhood gate code to the technician so he just decided to cancel the appointment per our request according to their documentation.

      This company can not keep promises. They have destroyed my yard. Bare patches and weeds still present. I called corporate and asked for a stop service while looking for a refund. I had spoken to employees on-site as well. My yard is so horrible the *** is now sending me notices to put sod down. So one year subscription to trugreen is now going to cost me $6,000 in ************. This is not a company anyone with an *** should use!

      We don't even have an account with **********************, they came out to service our next door neighbors house. We just put over $600 into killing and reseeding our lawn, they parked on our front lawn, then drove on our sprinkler and killed our side law with the aerator, when we called we were given the run around that a "Manager Ticket" was escalated on Thursday last week and we would get a call within 24 hours, and we keep calling back and told oh it will now be tomorrow that we will call you back. Even our neighbor called with no fruition. They have ruined our yard, we are about to seek legal and punitive damages as we just had our yard done last Monday and they did this on Wednesday of last week.

      TruGreen has great offers, but cannot delivery. I cancelled their service once before because they were billing me for services that were never delivered. Their specialist even went so far as to submit a generic report, however, perhaps he forgot that we live on a farm, and he has to have either my wife or myself let him into the gates in order to perform the service. We never did, however, we were waiting for him to show-up, and he did not.Then I was called again by a very good salesperson, who apparently believe in the product more that their management did. I requested, and they agreed to perform the first mosquito service day before, or the day of my wife's birthday. No show, then I get a scheduled appointment for 2 weeks later, when the mosquito's have dissipated. I cancelled again, and requested that they NEVER reach out again.
