      The other Reviews are true after over a year of service we continuedly witnessed product not being applied or even getting the completed report before stepping out of the truck. and after repeated calls to complain and cancel still haven't gotten a clear answer on when I will see my refund for a payment that came after I cancelled my service. now I get to find a new service and probably pay extra to get things corrected.

      I didn't see any improvements in my lawn for the past couple of years I've had them. I still have weeds in my lawn. I've also complained about the service since last year the person spraying our yard would damage lights on our lawn with his hose. This year, he would park in front of our driveway when servicing our lawn which made it so that nobody could access our driveway and we would have to ask him to move his vehicle if we wanted to go anywhere. They also spring up services that aren't part of the plan. Such as aeration/seeding that is $230 and I was under the impression this was just part of my lawn service when they called saying they're coming to do our lawn. Later, I realized there was an additional $230 charge on my credit card for this service. I currently have 1 more lawn and tree appointments for 2023 and hopefully won't get automatically renewed for **** as I don't plan to use Trugreen next year. They're too deceptive with their plans and additional charges that you are under the impression is part of your normal plans but actually costs extra. In addition, my lawn hasn't had any noticeable improvements and still has weeds and is nearly dead in some spots. With how fast they service my lawn, I am wondering if they sprayed my whole lawn or cut corners.

      What did I think? It wasnt worth the one star rating. I thought your services sucked and they were not good, The reason why I cancelled my account in August 2023. my last date of service was in the middle of August the 15th. I cancelled my service and paid for 8/15th service. what gives you the right to charge my card a month later for $159.03. you had no authorization to do so and that is fraud. I have had no services after the August 15th date and I did not request any. what gives you the right to charge my card without authorization one month later after I cancelled? I did not like the services you provided and I canceled my account. the $159.03 better be back on my card tomorrow A ******* ***** ***************, *******

      BAD FAITH - TRUGREEN damaged my sod in March 2023. Back in May 2023 I was advised they will be taking ownership of their negligence. It is almost October 2023, and to date they have not provided replacement of the sod Trugreen damaged.

      Signed up for fertilizer service and aeration. Paperwork received said would send out someone to do analysis and email report. Tech came out and did aeration and neighbor showed property lines since i was having surgery. Missed a lot of property. No report received via email. Payment made through credit card. Fertilizer tech came out and said the reason area not done because not my property--been paying taxes for years!! Refused fertilizer called co. Tried to cancel service was told if I did then they would not complete/correct aeration even though paid for. Continued service so they would complete. Called customer service said they would complete Monday and would email when tech on the way. No email so I called again said they had been out during the time I was on the phone--no sounds of aeration. Phone guy said I should go out and check for overseeding--since I had just had eye surgery I could not **** down to check. canceled service. Wanted to send out supervisor I said no cancel. Neighbor checked for me--no aeration or seeding in area!! I paid a lot of money for very poor service.

      So I switched to this company because a sales person gave me false information. I spoke to the a customer service rep after the allotted service they had me wait for, and they tell me that what the sales person promised me was not real. I had canceled with a previous lawn care company in hopes to get a better looking lawn. My lawn started drying up in certain places where I had planted pallets of st Augustine grass. I called to have a supervisor come and look and this company promised I'd get a call to schedule a walk thru of my property. I waited 48hrs for the supervisor to call but no one called. I called them back and again they told me to wait another 48 hrs. I waited and I received a txt message saying that my free service was schedule to come soon. I waited and no one showed up or called. About 6 mins later, I get another txt saying the free service was completed. I immediately rate and review the service with the link attached to the txt saying that no one came and it was a lie. After completing the survey it say I would get a call back because I rated the service badly. This was Thursday. I waited until Monday and no one called. I call them back to see why a supervisor didn't call and why they never showed up, but I was hung up on. At this point I'm fed up with this company and their lack of customer service, so I decide to cancel. I call back and the representative isn't listening to anything im saying. In the end, I get no where and I cancel. All in all, this company charged me alot for services I never wanted to begin with and my lawn has patches in it. A waste of money.

      Today I experienced the exemplary driving of a true green lawn driver.This driver blew through a stop sign without hesitation pulling in front of me on ** Highway almost causing an accident within mere inches.This driver then proceeded to drive at least 15 miles under the speed limit in the fast lane. This driver seemed out of it and completely unaware of his surroundings.I could not get a tag because the trailer he was pulling covered the back of the truck. When I called the 800 number on the truck, the only representative that I was able to reach said they dont take complaints and could not give me a direct number to customer service.What a fine establishment you have going on here.

      I been with trugreen for four years. I lost 6 evergreen trees and lawn is worse than I started. **** has a lot of dead spots and all trugreen wants to do is put more chemicals done. Well do a soil test and see what the real problem is. As for the trees. Last year was bag worms. But they didn't see them until it was fall and the trees where dead. Two years ago we had army worms and trugreen never acknowledge them. They are in a hurry they lose the personal reaction to the customers. They say they guarantee the work. Well they don't. I ask if a manager can come out and we can talk about it. Did not receive one call.

      This company should not have an Aplus rating. The chemicals they have been using on my lawn are ineffective. The guarantee is that I would have a lush green lawn and after a year I am seeing no results. The technicians are inexperienced and can not answer any questions concerning my type of grass. They have given me free services to no avail. I was promised a soul test by corporate and when the technician arrived he knew nothing about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is really awful and all of the reviews I have read are absolutely true. I think they charge you for putting water on peoples yard. They need to be shut down!!.
