Tru-************* in my area has been quite disappointing. Fortunately, I have been home on more than one occasion they have arrived to spray for weeds. I have watched them in my security camera and had to ask that they go back and spray areas missed - areas where weeds were flourishing. This was easy to see since my lawn man had not arrived to cut the grass. I have been asking for some time for them to treat my lawn for grubworms. They even called regarding my enrolling in other services, to which I replied that I had not been satisfied with the services received. I then asked again when my grub worm treatment would take place, and that I did not mind paying the additional cost. I was informed that it would be in the spring, which is clearly too late. Most lawn companies who treat grub worms, in an effort to help prevent moles, treat in the fall. I was told they would be treating that week. No one showed up - but the moles. Now I have to start over. I had not had moles in years. Thanks to Tru-Green I have a breeding ground for them. Fortunately, I only have one more spray for this contract.TruGreen

I am truly disappointed in this company. Do not use this company. You will be so disappointed. I have tried to call to talk to a manager and I never get a call back. Its bad enough they dont put much fertilizer on the lawn but I paid extra for aeration and seed. Its 5 weeks and it looks like . No grass growing in. I called and told the customer representative I want a full refund since its 100% guaranteed. Im still waiting for the manager to call me back. Then they came out for the final fertilization on my program and charged me. Im so mad. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general this week. Tru Green has let me downTruGreen

1 starMy grass and scrubs dont look any better. I prepaid for a year and after 9 months they charged me and said I only prepaid for 6 applications. This was not what I agreed to. They also call and say they want to set up you service for bug spray or call and say they are setting up your service to aerate your yard but they dont say this is not included in what you already paid. If I hadnt questioned them about it they would have charged me more money without informing me. I wonder how many people they have scammed for additional services. Finally cancelled my lawn and landscape services. I kept giving TruGreen one more chance, but Ive had it. Last week they showed up to fertilize my lawn, but only did the front and not the back. The tech was there for literally 7 min from the time he texted to say he arrived to the time he texted that the job was complete. There was no way he did my entire lawn. They rescheduled the back lawn for this week, but never showed up. Done.TruGreen

The worst service I ever had, I called numerous times about my lawn I received a call from customer service a man named ****** who asked me what kind of weeds do you have. I informed him that was why I hired True Green. Now I was informed by a profession company that my lawn is infested with grubs, which was supposed to be treated in July. My lawn is coming ** in chunks from the grubs. Thank You Truegreen what a scamTruGreen

TruGreen has a very aggressive sales process. They sell the service then they do not complete the agreed upon services. They bill you for work not done. I used TruGreen last year and had few problems, this year it has been a nightmare. Numerous times they have text me that they would be to my home and never showed up, then you reschedule. Maybe they show up, but on numerous occasions they have not and then you reschedule the service again. I have talked to the manager numerous times and her excuse is always how difficult it is to find and train people. If you can't do the work, they stop selling the service.For last billing when I questioned it they told me that they a problem with the person assigned to do the work and that they have terminated their person for not showing up to complete service at numerous homes but they still billed me for the service and refuse to remove the billing, This is a complete sham of an operation.TruGreen

literal garbage. Trugreen will have you thinking youre getting one service for $36 dollars, then provide an additional 2 UNAUTHORIZED services for more money, then charge your account for the entire 3 services! Even after being in the phone with them for 2 days now, they are only willing to do half because the UNAUTHORIZED services were preformed in error on THEIR part. Trugreen, do better. If someone can make this right, I will be willing to revoke my review.TruGreen

I had weeds all summer after paying for their services in one annual payment. When I call them to come back to kill the weeds, they showed up and weeks later still weeds. They say they used the wrong weed killer. When you have them back for not doing it right the first time, I get an email the day before saying that they will be here tomorrow for your free service call. It's not free, I paid for a service that wasn't provided. Nothing is free.TruGreen

Poor Service for ********** My lawn is much worse than when I employed TruGreen to be my lawn specialist. I have complained to them, letting them know their services were not meeting my standards, but their technicians just wanted to tell me what I was doing wrong, or how the road heat was causing the problem or other excuses. Weeds kept coming back, and my lawn seemed to be dying. I had to replace a large portion of my lawn based on (in my opinion) their service. I asked a manager to call me back, but they were rude and did not seem to care. I asked for the General Manager to call me back, but that did not happen. I am out money since I paid for a year's service but canceled them halfway through the process; therefore, it cost me more than anticipated for a much worse lawn. I would not recommend anyone using them since their "see the difference with TruGreen" motto on their home page is not true. My lawn is the proof, and they have my year fees for only half of a year's service, which my lawn is no better now.TruGreen
