      The main issue with this company is the inability for customers to communicate directly with the service agent who is scheduled to complete the lawn care. I wanted to change my application service but calling the main number to make this request was not helpful since the agent didn't see the change request in time (cause you don't get notified until the day/afternoon before). Their app is terrible and doesn't give you a way to chat directly with the agent to provide updates about your property or situation that could lead to unwanted service or cancellation. The app should have a dashboard that informs me of, at a minimum, when the next scheduled service will occur (at least a week's notice) so I can plan ahead. It should integrate with all of the major calendars and allow me to request a reschedule if the scheduled time is just not doable. I will not renew my service once my annual prepaid service is complete. It's less hassle to do my own lawn care.

      I have never given a company a bad review, I guess this will be my 1st. I prepaid for the tree and shrub plan which was to provide me with * 2 horticultural oil applications, one in the spring and one in the fall * 2 fertilizing - one in the spring and one in the all * 3 insect and disease controls- all to be done between April and Nov. We received our 1st spring oil and fertilization with no problem. Tech told me by May our 1st insect application should happen. By mid-May I called to see when they would come out. The answer was we have you down for next week. Great, however, no one showed. By the end of May, we had caterpillars eating all our cottonwood trees, so I called and they told me you are scheduled for the following week. Again no one showed. by now 40% of our leaves are eating and caterpillars are getting larger. So I went to the local farm store and bought my own insecticide to kill the caterpillars. Called Tru Green again and was told they will be there next week. Talked to a manager and she told me she would get someone out ASAP, which ended up being July 7th. We were not home when he came out, but security cameras timed him here 12 minutes, I have a huge 3-acre yard, he did a half/assed job. By the end of August, no one had shown up for my remaining contract. So again talked to the manager. Our next insect application was done Oct 21st. Not sure when they are going to get all the rest of my contract filled, Pretty sure they are not. Frustrated that I have to call and beg Tru green to come out and do the job they are paid to do. I have 3 applications not completed and it is Nov 22nd. I am not going to call them again until Jan 1st and then demand a refund. Would not recommend this company. I will spray my trees myself, which I was trying to avoid from the beginning, but at least I know the job will get done professionally and in a timely manner.

      This company doesn't do what they promise. I'm not at all satisfied. The customer service reps would rather hear themselves talk than hear what you have to say.

      We started a service with the ********** ***** location - General Manager *********************. We told them about the problems we were having with our new grass that was in stalled a year ago. They came up with what they thought was the best solution. We started using them and the problem was never resolved. In viewing our homes camera, we noticed that they only did a small portion of our yard in the front and in the back. They did not treat the majority of our backyard. We contacted them to let them know and we emailed them all the pictures that we had on our video. They refunded some of our money. We told them they were unethical and did not want them back in our yard. We then get a notice in the mail from a creditor saying we owed $113.38. I explained that I was furious about this and was mad that this was going against our excellent credit. I called the company 5 times within a single month. The first four times they said they would have the general manager ********************* call us back...it never happened. On the fifth attempt, *********************** Coordinator in ** stated that she would clear out the claim. I asked her if they could contact the creditor that they sent this to, to let them know it was a mistake and she said no. Tried calling the corporate office, could not get thru to anyone. I would never ever refer someone to this company. This is considered fraud! If I could leave a zero star...I would.

      I have spoken to a customer service representative at least three times. Seems each time I speak to someone I'm either lied to or I'm getting false information. The first time they set me up with an appointment and a payment plan and services. The second time I called about a bill I got so I called to make sure that my payment went through. Low and behold services were supposed to be rendered that day. Yeah how convenient. So I rescheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday and request it a phone call so I can speak to the tech. No response no service. This morning is the Tuesday that they were supposed to be coming out so I called customer service skin to find out what's going on because I'm still not receiving any phone calls. They have no scheduled appointment for me. Now I'm pissed! Then she proceeds to tell me that nobody scheduled anything for me And that my service will not be till after January 2023. That is not what I have been told and that is not what I have been promised the last three conversations prior. I demanded my refund and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to make sure that I get it. I do not recommend this company! Someone else may have better luck than me, but I will never recommend this company.

      My complaint is Tru Green has not reply to several of my calls concerning my lawn to get authorization for me give them full access to my back yard. They continue calling me for payment I did not authorized.I spoke to a supervisor that said he would take off the charge of ******. I'm still getting calls concerning this matter. Just today *********************** Service Specialist came to home and spray my lawn without authorization and left the notice in my mailbox. His supervisor name is ********************. Have not received a call or reply from the supervisor. Have ask several times for the supervisor to contact no response. Please reply.Thank you,**********

      Absolutely horrible!!! No shows, then when they do show skip the back yard. Last two services the tech walks around with a pump up sprayer for 10 minutes then leaves. Then they proceed to bill me full price! I have an acre lot, no way he does it all. I have weeds everywhere. They are supposed to call the day before so I can lock up my dogs. Close to 50% of the time they do not. Then they show up and do not do the yard. On more than a few occasions, they have shown up when I have locked up the dogs, and still do not do the yard. I would not recommend them to my enemy. If I could give zero I would.

      We started out with a $59 then after a year it went to $93, we asked person that was applying to cancel, then left message to cancel..still came and charged us. Then, called and they kept us on phone for 30 minutes arguing about why we are canceling..finally canceled.Do not start with this business will never end!!

      TruGreen on more than one occasion has informed me though an automation system that the tech was on site and I immediately sent a notification saying that was in a correct statement. 30 minutes later I received a bill. Please note if there's no sign in your yard or invoice on your door they just invoiced you for a service they didn't perform. This happened to me multiple times and after this last time, I cancel my service. This is unethical and not the way I would run a business and don't want to do business with anyone that does!I work from home and hopefully this helps someone!!

      Thank you for reaching out to us.  A member of the local management team reached out to the customer and visited their property.  They were able to set up a property evaluation with the customer.  They discussed the customer's concerns and treated the property while there.

      Worst service ever, they came did a half#ssed job and left. I had to put another 100$ in seed down to get grass to grow. When trying to get them to make it right they came and took a soil sample mailed me the results. Then proceeded to blow me off not returning my emails or phone calls. Paying 200+ for grass to actually get 50$ worth of work is not worth it. Don't use them!
