      They ruined my lawn. I called, used social media etc on numerous occasions with no resolution. They have the worst customer service but have no problem taking your money. They should not be in business and are a scam.

      A member of the local management team met with the customer.  The manager evaluated the property and did find damage to the lawn due to the products we applied.  The manager offered to do an aeration and seeding for the customer to help the lawn recover, but the customer declined.  We have entered a refund for the services the customer received this year.  It can take 5-7 business days for the refund to process.  A member of the ************** Team will follow up with the customer to make sure they receive the refund.

      Terrible company. They would clearly try and get away with not treating your whole property. I would find that they would just do the front yard and not the back, the weeds would take several applications to kill.I also paid to have them aerate and overseed. The plugs pulled out weren't deep at all and I never saw a single seed or a single blade of grass from the seeding. The next year they just showed up and did the service again, without authorization from me, or warning the service was coming from them. They completed the service to the front yard only and when I complained about it, they tried to get me to pay a portion of the service if they came back out to do the whole yard.They're a scam that is clearly hurting for business/money and feel that they can cut corners and cheat their customers to make a buck. Hire someone else.

      A member of the ************** Team has been in touch with this customer.  We apologized for the issues he experienced when calling customer service.  We verified the account has been canceled, and the customer has already disputed the charge with his credit card company.  We will keep an eye on his account, and when the dispute comes through we will credit the aeration and seeding so he will not have an open balance.

      I am getting the run around about burned places from 8/17 treatments. Have called more than 6 times and sent a comment by email. Started calling 8/28. I was out of town when the treatment on 8/17 was done.People always tell the same story!!! **** notify supervisor and that no one has responded to their requests. Someone came out on 9/1 and did nothing. The following Wed they did. Free treatment which I did not request. I only asked for a supervisor to come out and review the damage, Tell me what they are going to do to fix the burned places. No one has contacted me and I get the same run around answering time after time.Anything you can do to help would be very much appreciated.

      A member of the local management team visited the customer's property last week. We determined the lawn was burned by one of our applications. We will be providing a free aeration and seeding for this customer in October to help the lawn recover.

      This is a terrible company the *********** herbicide plan was not what we agreed on but they sure took our money . A full year payment upfront. Then they sent a collection company after us saying we owed them money. Shame on you Trugreen you lied to us and collection company. We will tell everyone about your dirty dealings in business. ********

      In review of the customers inactive account, Corporate customer care contacted the customer directly via phone on *****. Corporate customer care made contact with the customer directly on *****. Customer has confirmed speaking with ICS about current balance a few days prior. ICS offered customer to pay $30.00 received via check on ***** and  they would clear remaining balance of $15.17.

      Terrible customer service. They don't schedule you and you have to call to have them come out. It didn't work either I've had them for almost 2 full years and my lawn is worse than when I started. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      Worst **** care Services Ever!!!. My husband has emailed them weeks ago and still no response. ******** AND ******* is a better name for this company. So embarrassed to say I have used this company for 15 years and our lawn looks awful. I'm so frustrated and want my money refunded..

      True Green . In ******** ** fails to perform what was contractually agreed upon. Then when you call to complain a supervisor or manager is never availabile. Just this week came on the wrong day and then when they came back they left our fence gates wide open. This is just a couple of examples. Others are we paid for our entire yard but then when they come they only do a small portion and we have to call and remind. This was the first visit of a new contract and they assured things would be better. It is not. We want a refund

      I inquired about their services to see if it was what I need for my lawn. It was more than what I need and more than what I wanted to pay. I told one of the agents that made a follow-up call that I wasn't;t interested. They sent me an e-mail acknowledging that I wasn't interested in their services. For the past 3 weeks they have still been calling me from various numbers from around the country to try to get me to sign up.. They had a local guy email me also. I told him that i was not interested. He acknowledged that he understood. He still sent me a follow-up email to try to get me to sign up.I block all the numbers that they use to call me but they keep getting new numbers to call me from.

      A member of the ************** Team has reached out to this individual by phone and by email.  We have placed this individual on our internal Do Not Call list.  It can take 30 days for their information to be removed from all calling material.  In the email sent, we them know they have been placed on our Do Not Contact List, and listed their information to verify it is correct.

      We hired TruGreen to perform aeration on the front and back yard, with only over seeding on the back because the front is Zoysia grass. This was specified in the initial sign up, it was in the notes they place on the account, and I even had the service guy show me the pad he uses to see the jobs and it was there on the screen saying to not seed the front yard. Well, they aerated and seeded the front and back. And not only did they seed over my Zoysia grass, they got seed in my front flower bed and in the mulched areas along the side of the house and in back. I had them call their manager immediately and he stated he would come to my house to see what could be done the following day in the morning, about 10 a.m. He did not show up or call. I called customer service to request a refund for this service and cancel all follow on TruGreen services. **************** was able to refund me for upcoming services and sent a request for a refund of the botched aeration job to the local office. We will have to see if they refund the service, but meanwhile I am left trying to figure out how to remove seed from my flower bed and Zoysia grass. I would definitely not recommend TruGreen to anyone for any service.

      A member of the ************** Team spoke with this customer today.  *********** manager was able to visit the property last week, but arrived later than planned.  We have agreed to refund the aeration and seeding.  It can 5-7 business days for this to process.  The local manager agreed to come out and remove any grass that grows in the flower beds.  ************** will follow up with the customer in about 3 weeks to see if we need to send someone out.

      I have been trying to get a representative in management to talk to me since March 2022. I've complained about the way my lawn has looked. I've had to replace some of the front lawn with sod. They have not yet called or been by. I am livid, the workers are nice but they have not a clue. I have been a customer at three different residents and by far the last 2 years have been a trip to H***
